I had no idea that the Edison location started to branch out. This location had a more "clean" feel to it. And it was surprisingly much larger than I originally thought after seeing it was in a basement of another business. There were only two other tables in the restaurant during Sunday lunch. When we do come back, I think we're going to avoid the fried foods because some of it felt like it was sopping wet.

If you have been to one of the other Sushi Palace locations such as on Division Street in Somerville then you know what to expect here. The main attraction is the AYCE option which includes sushi, sashimi, kitchen food including udon soups and tempura. The prices have increased to $30.99 since I last went to a Sushi Palace a couple of years ago, but I suppose everything is getting a little bit more expensive. You will definitely get your moneys worth if you come hungry and can eat more than one plate of sushi and sashimi. The service is very swift and polite. They even have some new items on the menu including one of my favorites, ceviche!

I got this delivered on DoorDash at 7:32 on Friday the 5th of December in 2025. The food, I'd love to say it was good and it was but I received it cold, I don't believe that's the restaurants fault, however I believe you guys should require insulated bags for your orders. The sushi is good, not bland, has really good taste, no complaints about that.

The service was fantastic, ambience is nice, despite it being in a basement. It all kind of went downhill from there. The food: ordered AYCE $31~ For appetizer: 3 rubbery and hard shrimp tempura :( For sushi: One Edison roll with rubbery shrimp tempura- really awful actually Two tobiko pieces.- average One salmon sashimi- good! One spicy salmon piece- okay Two salmon tuna avocado wrapped in soy paper- average One lil tamago- not great For dessert: One scoop vanilla ice cream One scoop chocolate ice cream Jack and Jill brand, pretty good! My brother got a miso soup that he loved, seaweed salad that he also loved, a salad that he said the dressing was good, and 3 super generous with the avocado, avocado rolls. Would I come back? Maybe not for AYCE, cause man that tempura shrimp was a disappointment.

I've been to this location once before, and it isn't terrible. Sushi came out pretty fast and the servers were all very nice. I feel like the quality is just okay, and it's probably the same quality used in the Edison location but for some reason I feel more comfortable eating at the Edison location. It could be because this particular location is in the basement of the building. Parking is a bit limited in summit as well but for a rainy Sunday, it was nice that there was no wait time and we left with our sushi craving satisfied. overall I would definitely eat at the chain again but I'll stick to the Edison location.

Came here for lunch on a Sunday. It's located in the basement of a large building complex so not a fancy place but is clean and the servers were friendly. Large space with plenty of seating for large groups. Seems like most people come here for their "all you can eat" option, which is very reasonably priced at about $30 per person; it includes apps, soup, sushi, sashimi, noodles, and even dessert. We just got a mix of classic rolls because we weren't that hungry. Took a while to get the food but we could see it was being freshly prepared. Sushi was tasty and had good portions of fish. Would come back to try the "all you can eat" with a group of friends.

Went there for my husbands birthday. He loves sushi. We did the all you can eat! Although I did compare what we got if we go it separately and it was only a few dollar difference. Maybe we don't eat a lot haha. Service was attentive. Everything was delicious! I wish there was more to say but it was just a very satisfying meal.

Visited Sushi Palace for dinner on a Saturday. The parking situation was a bit annoying since it was snowing and it's street parking. The restaurant is in the basement of the building, you take the stairs down. It's a typical AYCE sushi place, with menu cards to check off the items you want brought to your table. The sushi and kitchen items were not of the highest quality, but that's expected of an AYCE sushi joint. Service was average, and they didn't rush us out once we had finished eating. Worth a stop if you're craving large amounts of sushi/sashimi

Service was kind and quick. All you can eat for a decent price without compromising too much quality. The ice cream was delish!

Is there any parking near the restaurant?

Technically, yes. But parking in downtown summit isn't always easy.

The menu is extensive, offering both sushi and a wide variety of cooked entrees. It took me a little while to decide since I wasnt expecting so many options, let alone the taka soecial menu, which lets you choose teo appetizers, two rolls and teo soecial rolls, which sounds like a great deal (we will be doing this next time!) What we did order, was the pork gyoza and the tuna tataki to start. Both were fantastic, and maybe the freshest tuna I have ever had. My guest ordered the sushi deluxe, which came with a lovely array of fresh fish. I was able to take a taste of the yellowtail served with chili crisp, and I could have had a whole plate of it by myself! I decided on a build your own poke bowl, which was so much fun to build and everything felt fresh and beautiful. We are already planning our next trip here! Definitely the best sushi around.

The rock shrimp appetizer is great if you like shrimp. The tempura isn't too heavy or greasy. I tried the Green Toro toll for the first time and really enjoyed it. The spicy tuna crunch is also good. It's affordable, really solid Japanese food. Comfortable inside, the service is pleasant. It's a nice staple to have in Summit. I always enjoy their green tea too, as well as the fried ice cream
