I tried ordering at the counter, only for an employee named Ming to redirect me to the kiosk with all the warmth of someone being asked to work a double shift. Fine, I can order at a kiosk. It's not the end of the world. But when I later asked for a receipt, Ming apparently decided that was asking a little too much. Cue the exaggerated sighing, the attitude, and a receipt practically tossed at me like I'd just asked him to personally hand-deliver it to my accountant. I didn't realize ordering a drink and requesting a receipt were such unreasonable demands. The irony is that I came here for a refreshing drink and left feeling like I'd somehow inconvenienced the entire establishment by being a customer. The experience soured my mood so much that I could barely enjoy the drink I paid for. Ming, if customer service isn't your thing, perhaps consider a career where interacting with customers isn't part of the job description.
