    Popcorn Chicken and matcha latte
    Venus A.

We had group order today at the office trying new boba place. We had matcha latte, amber matcha , mango lychee and coffee coconut. We all have same comments lack of flavor in all our drinks. Matcha is very light can't taste the cream too,and the mango cannot even taste. We enjoyed the popcorn chicken but not the free waffle fries it overly fry so it's hard...

I walked around this plaza and stumbled across the sign to head towards this boba shop at the back of the plaza. Wanting a pick-me-up I scrolled through their easy to use kiosk and decided on getting an egg waffle for $6.50 and saw that I could add a drink for $3.50. I thought it was great that they would offer combos of snacks and drinks for $10! Their seating area was clean and there were enough spots to sit while waiting for the items to be completed. The staff were very friendly and quick to fulfill the orders as they got them. Once the items came out, they were immediately called. I got my egg waffle within 10 min and it was piping hot! The matcha egg waffle was alright as I feel the outside edges could've been crispier and there could have been a stronger matcha flavor. The taro milk tea was just as expected which was good. I wish the boba pearls could've been cooked a little longer as they were a little hard per my liking. Overall the service was good and the egg waffle and boba were fine. I don't think this location will be one that I frequent but it's not bad! Maybe I'll come to try their other snacks like the popcorn chicken that was also popular.

This place is a decent study spot, they have wifi and plenty of seats. Probably because it is a bit hidden in this shopping center. I'd have to say i can definitely taste the matcha in the uji matcha latte. However it is still very milky and I wish they used more matcha. The service was appropriate.

Tucked away in marina plaza is this boba shop. We ordered for pick up and it was ready within 15 minutes. They packaged our boba and popcorn chicken very nicely into a little brown bag. They also gave us extra spice powder and salt on the side after I asked. On to the goods! House milk tea boba 3.5/5 Solid milk tea boba. Could be stronger in tea flavor but not too sweet at 50%. The boba was soft and chewy and the perfect texture. Amber ice milk boba 1/5 This is WAY too sweet. Tastes like pure sugar water and doesn't help that the boba is also sweet. Unfortunately you can't control the sweetness so we will not be getting it again. Popcorn chicken 3.5/5 Solid popcorn chicken. Chicken was still juicy and loved being able to put extra spice and salt on it ourselves. The oil or chicken tastes not as fresh as it could be though however. Overall, I would come back and try other teas as it's convenient but I wouldn't go out of my way to try this place.

One of many Mr. Green Bubble stores in the chain, but this spot has a lot of good seating. One orders at Snackpass kiosks (or on the app) and the prices are fairly reasonable. I've had a few drinks where the tea is a little watered down, but I appreciate that it's not too sweet (although I always order at 25% sweetness). Their boba/pearls are consistently chewy and last, surprisingly overnight once. I also like that they use a non-dairy creamer. Fast experience and their basil popcorn chicken is also a gem.

Vietnamese coffee with a Matcha cloud added Boba!

Just left the store and these two wonderful young ladies gave excellent customer service! Very respectful and helpful. They had a smile on their face the whole time and it got contagious!Thank you ladies for the recommendations. They gave me a yummy drink!

Matcha Green Milk Tea and Osmanthus Oolong with boba
    Sophia C.

3.5/5 Matcha green milk tea 6.5/10 - where's the matcha? LOL - tastes like a jasmine milk tea - more milky than tea flavor Osmanthus Oolong Milk Tea with Boba 7/10 - floral taste which is to be expected - the tea flavor just isn't there for me - more like osmanthus milk but honestly don't hate it - boba was nice and chewy At first we couldn't find the store but it's located behind the pho place! It's a hole in the back of all the restaurants. We ordered at a self serve kiosk at the entrance so I can't speak on the service. This place was okay but nothing impressive. If I really wanted boba and didn't want to drive anywhere else...I wouldn't be opposed to coming back hahahaah. PS: DONT USE THE HAND SANITIZER!! it is the most foul smelling alcohol scent that doesn't go away :(

ordered a matcha latte at the register and he put he down a mango matcha latte which was fine until a very rude young woman told me "next time if you want a matcha latte you should just order it right" and then they gave me the new matcha latte although i picked it up and then the lid exploded open over my hand.

We came here as soon as they opened. I love that you have the option to do both or either bbq or hotpot. They have a salad bar with condiments/sauces, one for appetizers, and another for desserts. Each table is connected to a conveyer belt that rotates things you can have for your hotpot but you can also take stuff for bbq. Meats were pretty good. Definitely best enjoyed with people but would absolutely be coming back. One of my favorite places that I've been to. Waiter was nice and even helped us bbq a little. Casual and fun atmosphere. They have a big tv or screen behind the bar and had soccer on.

WIthin minutes of ordering, food was arriving at our table. For those which have never been, it's and All-You-Can-Eat Korean BBQ and we added the hot pot combo for just $5 more per person, which was an incredible value for we took some of those meats and put those on the cooker. Our favorite meats on the grill were the short ribs, garlic pork belly, and garlic brisket. Everything was fresh including the garlic. For the Hot Pot you grab items right off the revolving conveyor belt. Besides everything else (noodles, seafood, veg, and things we'd never seen) we managed to snag a bunch of tiger shrimp. The conveyor spins clockwise and we were at 1 o'clock, so before anyone else had a chance, those were in our bowls or on our plates - selfish for sure, but it still counts as a win. Drinks & Extras: All the starters and mains were delicious. (Though honestly, skip the desserts--those were pretty sub-par, but you're not here for dessert anyway!) But beware - the soju pitcher looks like a carafe of water. I poured a big glass and took a big gulp. It was a "bit" of a surprise. Water has a green lid. Lol. Our server was top-notch! He was super attentive, changed our griddle grill frequently, bussed dishes quickly, and brought out meat rounds as fast as we could ask for them. He even helped cook a few items on our behalf. Service like that made it easy to leave a well-deserved cash tip. Overall we had a fantastic lunch experience and will definitely be back, to try the dinner menu. For only $9 more for dinner, the Wagyu on there is definitely going to dominate my plate. I just need to get there as soon as dinner begins so they can figure out how to roll me out....

I ordered their #1 recommendation, the Homura Aburasoba, and immediately scarfed it down. Popping the perfectly runny egg yolk into the noodles was incredibly satisfying, and every bite was packed with rich, savory umami. The noodles themselves were thick, chewy, and had a great bite that held up well to the sauce. I also tried the Wagyu dish, but it arrived more cooked than it appeared in the photos, which made the texture and overall experience a bit underwhelming. The sauce also leaned on the creamier side, which isn't my favorite pairing with Wagyu, so I'd probably skip that one next time. That said, the Homura Aburasoba alone is worth coming back for and easily earns Kajiken a well-deserved 5/5.

We had just arrived so we said no. My parner said that while i was in the bathroom he too was asked about 4 times if he was ready to order. Overall the food was okay, interesting noodle dish that I would try again, but the service was not it... We felt very rushed and pushed to place our orders, which didn't make sense as the restaurant wasnt very busy at that time. And they had plenty of staff just standing around the back so it wasn't like they were short staffed trying to stay afloat on orders or something. I also don't recommend ordering your appetizer and main dish together, as they all came at the same time and made it hard to eat our main dish as it gets cold quick which it also says on the instructions on how to eat these noodles. After all the rushing to place our orders we never even received one of our appetizers yet we were being charged for it.... -Long story short, food was okay -Dont order your apps and meal together unless you want it all at the same time - Service needs work... stop rushing your customers...

I went on a Saturday at noon and there was just one couple dining; when I left, there were 4-5 more groups. The inside of the restaurant looked aesthetically pleasing. The bathroom was quite old but clean. One of the 2 dispensers was out of soap, which I had hoped they would check as part of the restaurant opening and closing procedures. Our waiter was very friendly throughout the meal and offered food suggestions for us to consider. Beef pancake roll - unique seasoning. I liked how they included shredded lettuce for that crunchy texture. It was wrapped in green onion pancake, so it was a bit oily and required some chewing. My dad didn't care for this. I initially thought this isn't bad but by the end of eating my half, I was ok not ordering this again. I think it's worth trying once. Beef stew noodle soup - beef was flavorful but I needed to chew it a bit, so if you have elderly loved ones with dentures, keep that in mind! Noodles were al dente. My mom didn't like how the portion is very small. Pork & crab meat XLB (Xiaolongbao, soup filled dumplings) - First thing I thought when the server placed the bamboo steamer down on the table was, 'wow, these are SO small'. But regardless, I could definitely taste the crab, and the broth was flavorful and plenty. If I were to dine here again, I would order this. Chicken & vegetable boiled wontons in chicken soup - The skin of the wontons was springy and unique. The broth had sesame oil but otherwise was pretty mild/bland. My mother liked the broth from the beef stew noodle soup more. Pan fried chive dumpling - contained egg, glass noodles, and a lot of garlic and chives. Very yummy and would get this again. Pork & shrimp potsticker - was juicy. The skin a little thick. They came with a tiny side of sweet, sour, spicy pickled veggies. I thought this dish was mediocre. High tail shrimp & pork steamed dumplings - The pork was dense, which wasn't necessarily bad. The dumpling was slightly juicy but wasn't broth-filled. My mom didn't care for this dish. Overall, I would rate this restaurant a 3.5/5 but will round it up. My mom thought the food was quite mid and admitted it as such to the waiter after we paid the bill. I'm honestly not sure if I would return, given all the wonderful other cuisines/choices here in the downtown area - perhaps if I'm craving chive dumplings or crab dumplings again.

A few things to know before you go: Parking can be difficult since it's all street parking in an industrial area, so I'd recommend going with someone if possible. I'd also suggest pre-ordering on their website before driving over. There's a QR code outside the building that you can use to place your order, and they only accept cashless payments. Our order took about 10 minutes to come out. I do wish they had some tables or seating outside, though, since we ended up taking everything home. By the time we ate the fantuan, it had gotten cold, and I think it would've tasted much better warm. My family and I ordered the soy milk and two different fantuan--one with braised pork and one with pork floss. Between the two, I preferred the braised pork fantuan. However, I wish there were more mustard greens because the filling felt pretty heavy with the fried youtiao and braised pork belly. The soy milk was just okay for me. I've had better fresh soy milk elsewhere, so I'd probably pass on it next time. Next time, I'll probably eat the fantuan right away and see if there's a noticeable difference in taste and texture when it's fresh and warm!
