Horrible. Ordered to go based on a photo in the menu. Picked up my order, opened it in the car, and it was nothing like the picture of the order I placed. Went back in and told them, and they referred me to a sign that said not to refer to pictures when you order. Wthell, then why would you have pictures next to the order #'s? I'm leaving this review to raise a serious concern about billing transparency at this restaurant. According to my receipt, after the subtotal, the restaurant added Sales Tax (9.625%), which is normal. However, they also charged an additional "Custom Fee", and what's more concerning is that the tip appears to be included in the taxable amount. In California, tips are not taxable and should never be added into sales tax calculations, especially without clearly informing the customer in advance. Any additional fees must be clearly disclosed before ordering, not added at checkout without explanation. I don't mind tipping or paying fair fees, but I do mind when charges are added in a way that feels misleading or unclear. Transparency matters, especially when customers trust restaurants to follow California consumer and tax laws. This is one of my go-to pho spots. The soup is clean and flavorful. The meat and noodle portions are good. I also get the avocado smoothie, which is creamy and not too sweet. You get 2 full chicken wings that were nice and crispy and tender on the inside. Went nicely with the fish sauce. The pork chop was on the drier side so would probably go for bbq instead next time. They also don't clear the dirty plates ofd the table immediately when someone leaves. the table in front of it me and behind has been vacant for about 20 mins now but the table still hasn't been cleared. I don't typically eat pho (last time I had it was years ago) but I went here with a couple of friends and they insisted I try it out. Pho Little Saigon's menu has a wide range of options, from pho to rice bowls to fresh spring rolls. I just copied a friend and got the Well Done Flank and Brisket Pho (large) as well as some Vietnamese egg rolls. The food came out quickly and the serving size was generous. I really liked the broth of the pho, especially when I added in some lemon juice. It was salty, zesty, and warm, great for a cold day. The meat was alright. Nothing special and didn't have much flavor. There were heaps of rice noodles, which were filling, but didn't have much flavor either, which I understand is a defining characteristic of this type of noodle. I was a fan of the Vietnamese egg rolls, tho, which were large, crispy, and piping hot. Paying was easy. If you're eating in a group and want to pay separately, they'll just divided it up item by item. To reiterate, I'm not a big pho guy, which is why I gave it a 3/5, but if you DO like pho, I think this place is worth checking out. read more

I have been coming here for years, over time service has gone down hill. When we walked in today it wasn't busy at all, maybe 3 tables were being used. When we sat the gentleman brought us over menus, he slammed them on the table and walked away. Decided to dine to this place for the first time for lunch enjoying my time alone. The place is located in Marina Plaza and has plenty of parking. The restaurant itself is clean and seems busy. I was greeted nicely and was asked to have a seat quite instantly when I came in. The server handed me the menu and I was able to order what I wanted quickly.
