My Go to here is the Tonkotsu Black Ramen, but I have had the others and never a bad experience. There is something really welcoming about Jinya. I suspect they treat there staff well and hire the right people. Everytime I am here I feel like they are over staffed, but there are plenty of tables inside and out in this intimate venue.
