A friend of mine is obsessed with Sushi saint, and I can see very clearly why. This is not my first time eating at sushi saint, I think it's around my 10th. It has quickly become an obsession of mine as well. The ambience inside is casual, yet elevated. They play fire electronic music, but at the perfect volume that it doesn't overwhelm any conversation you'd have. They also have a screen playing different family friendly anime's going. They have a few different seating options, tables, bars, booths, as well as omakase which I have yet to try, but it's on my list! The service has always been above and beyond each time I have gone, and this specific time was no different. Our server was very polite and delivered everything in a very timely manner. Our reservation notes included information about the birthday we were celebrating, and the table had a cute birthday message on it upon our arrival. So cute! Now for the food!!! Each bite was better than the last, my friends and I did the bite 30 pre fix course (which is a STEAL btw, you get one appetizer, to Temaki hand rolls, one sushi roll, and one mochi dessert) but also ordered a few things additionally to share. Some stand outs for me were the blue fin temaki; I cannot get enough of this temaki! It is simply delicious. The Wagyu nigiri, its melt in your mouth buttery smooth! The szechuan cucumber salad, so good you won't want to share it! I love cucumber salads and this one is my favorite one I've had. The cumber is crisp and refreshing, but the true star is the szechuan sauce. A hint of spicy with a whole lot of flavor. And last but not least the tempura shrimp and tuna roll. It is a must order for my friends and I, can't visit without getting at least one! You cannot go wrong with anything you order, I have yet to try something I didn't fully enjoy. The bite 30 also end the course with a yummy mochi dessert, and it is the perfect way to end your feast. I have tried both the mango and strawberry, and both are equally delicious. A special shout out to Kin, he has always gone out of his way to provide exceptional service, he pours a lot of love, knowledge and passion into the restaurant and the food, and it shows with every bite. Tried my first omakase experience and loved it! Chef was very friendly, but without a set menu it was hard to keep track of what we were experiencing. Apparently the offerings change weekly based on what's fresh, but the staff didn't necessarily seem to know what we were served. There are 8 seats total in a private room. If you're early or on time you'll wait in the lobby until a hostess seats all parties at once. You can order drinks from this "lounge" seating, but it's a little awkward with the hostesses doing other tasks as well. Sushi Saints get a lot of love around here. They're owned by some pretty popular people around town. They even have some hype behind them for being on the Michelin Guide. So one evening, we decided to come see what all the fuss was about. No regrets, as it was a wonderful evening. Ambiance is super swank. This place is the epitome of upscale lounge. The food prep area was open concept, the shades were all drawn, and the chairs were real low. You couldn't help but relax here. Service was also top notch. We had a very friendly fellow who was very attentive all night. He was good at reading the room. He started off a little stuffy, but relaxed a bit when he learned we were chill and not uppity mucks. Good guy. Now for the food. We got quite a few items. We indulge as much as we can. Sichuan Cucumber (Persian cucumbers in a honey chili garlic glaze with lime). These were nice. The cucumbers were star of the show, super crispy and fresh and bright. And glaze adds a little hot, little garlicky kick. A very lovely start. Tako Hush Puppies (Crispy fried Octopus made into a soft yet crunchy ball with black garlic aioli, bonito flakes, togarashi, scallions). These were lovely! The octopus was cut small enough to where there was a good perfusion of meat throughout the ball. Very satisfying crunch outside, along with that super soft interior. Perfection. We got like six Temaki. This is what Saint is famous for, so we wanted a good variety. I won't list them all to exhaustion, but the truly unique ones were the scallop one, with that luscious brown butter, and that crab one, with the miso butter aioli. Wow, these were just super memorable little bites. We finished off with the Crunchy Shrimp Roll + Unagi (Shrimp tempura and avocado topped with rich eel and bold black garlic aioli). This was a good roll. Pretty standard, nothing super memorable about it. I would personally just get more temaki. But if you're just into rolls, you will not be disappointed. This place has been on my radar since it opened, and I FINALLY was able to try it :) the staff were very friendly and seemed happy to be there, and the decor was very modern looking (I forgot to take pictures of the inside). They were playing Jujutsu Kaisen on a projector screen (one of my favorite animes) so that is a major plus for me! I will say the restaurant gave a bit more of a casual vibe... but that's what made it so relaxing and nice. Let's start with the parking situation: you will probably have to pay for parking in the lot right next to Sushi Saint. It was hourly rates and pretty cheap. They only have like 2-3 spots in the front for free parking. We started with our beverages (sake and cocktails) as well as two appetizers: the Sunomono and the Shishito Peppers. The Sunomono was refreshing and delicious. The peppers were quite savory and not spicy at all (thank God because I have zero spice tolerance). Overall the appetizers were very light and delicious. The drinks were great too! We ordered two temaki and three rolls. The fish here is very fresh. The soy sauce dropper was actually a genius idea. It allowed me to put soy sauce on the temaki without having to angle it and dip it in a little soy sauce bowl. My favorite roll that we had was the Truffle Salmon. We actually ordered another Truffle Salmon after we finished eating because it was THAT good. I do think the prices were a little high, but the quality in the fish is definitely there. One thing that I didn't really like besides having to pay for parking is that it was really warm inside. I know this is Florida, and it's summer so I'm gonna give the benefit of the doubt with their AC system. That isn't deterring me from coming back though. She's very knowledgeable on the menu items and offered us great suggestions. We started out with drinks and miso soups. Only negative an automatic 18% tip charge and a 2% credit card charge is also automatically included. This is very annoying to me as it will be to others. Gratuity should be determined by the guest. For good service I will give a good tip bad service I do not. And the CC charge is your fee to do business. If you want to charge that fee then offer your customer a cash option. The decor is beautiful. There was a DJ the night I went which I was a bit apprehensive about at first, but it did add a nice vibe. Drinks were good. I can't remember the names but I had a rum based drink and then a gin based one. I went during Bite 30 and started off with the corn appetizer which was delicious. For the main, I got two hand rolls which were super fresh and had amazing flavor. I was still hungry so I added on a roll and it was one of the best rolls I've ever had. Olivia was working behind the sushi bar and she made me one of the best hand rolls that I have ever had. Rock our server was very friendly and helpful. The crab and wagyu roll was decently sized but I was disappointed with the size of the Wagyu. I expected a larger piece on the top of the roll. We sat at the bar, where we thought it would be set up where we could watch the sushi rolls be made but it was alas mainly a bar. But that's ok, the food was good. The Szechuan cucumbers I got were great. I got one of their sake flights to go with the there temaki rolls I got (hamachi, unagi, and toro). The restaurant has a very unassuming outside appearance. I found the inside to be very cool and hip. The thing I didn't like was the loud club music. I like music but I don't want to wonder if I'm in a club eating sushi or a sushi place listening to club music. The edamame was fine. Rolls were good. Tuna tasting solid. It was more the details that turned me off. Had to ask for ponzu sauce for the tuna which seemed odd to me. Fresh wasabi is available at $8 for a micro dose. Service was odd and disjointed. Our waitress was not available for long periods of time. I do wonder if the automatic 18% gratuity makes them complacent. Loved this restaurant! The space that they've created is stunning and thoughtful. It's not a huge restaurant but you're given a choose your own adventure style experience. They have a lovely lounge space to dine in (actual tables which is so nice), a communal table experience, the Temaki bar experience, and the omakase room. I dined solo and enjoyed the Temaki bar for an early dinner on a Saturday. It was exactly what I wanted. There were a few people dining at that hour and a nearly full restaurant by the time I left. I came for sushi and a great cocktail and Sushi Saint delivered! I enjoyed the spicy hamachi crudo, aburi madai (which was the best thing I ate!), the Chef 3 set (I highly recommend upgrading to nigiri their rice is INCREDIBLE), three hand rolls, and the salmon skin which was truthfully my least favorite. The cocktail I enjoyed was the YU-So-Spicy which was perfect. A gentleman who later introduced himself as Kin was so lovely. He checked in on my dining experience and even made some lovely recommendations. I wish I ordered the salmon nigiri with truffle he recommended to end my meal but I was sent the salmon skin complimentary and could not eat anymore. He also was kind enough to invite an invite back and told me about the new location opening which is super exciting. The only reason I gave 4/5 stars is that the staff was non stop chatting and gossiping by the service stand which isn't professional nor appropriate for such a lovely restaurant. I'd expect that style of nonchalantness at an Olive Garden. One random note: I do wish their website had a page to just view the menu not having to go to the to go order tab. Personal preference. My third Magical dining choice for the 2025 was Sushi Saint! It was absolutely amazing. I didn't want it to end! I had such a memorable dining experience. To start, I ordered the tako hush puppies and miso soup -- both were absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. The hush puppies were so unique, crispy on the outside and tender inside, and paired perfectly with the rich aioli. For the main course, I went with the bluefin temaki, tuna temaki, and salmon temaki. I loved how different this style of sushi felt -- like an elevated twist on the traditional roll. Each temaki was beautifully presented in a sushi "cone," and the soy sauce dropper they provide is such an innovative touch. It made the whole experience fun and interactive while still feeling refined. Dessert completely surprised me. Normally, I'm not the biggest fan of mochi, but the matcha mochi with macerated berries won me over. The berries added this perfect balance of sweetness and tartness that made every bite feel special. The lychee cocktail was another highlight -- refreshing, light, and the perfect complement to the meal. Soseki, but weren't fans of the hot food there, so we were interested to try this hand-roll concept. The location is a bit funky, in the back of an industrial building off a parking lot, but the interior is nice. It's divided into several distinct areas, including booths, a sushi counter, and a private room. We sat at the counter. The secret to hand rolls is temperature and timing. The rice must be at the perfect temperature, the nori wrapper fresh from the warming box to ensure its crispness, and the whole assemblage delivered within seconds. Sushi Saint excels at this. And unlike other hand roll concepts we've tried, this is definitely not an assemblage place where the rolls are largely constructed from already prepared tartares. Here they are delicately assembled one ingredient at a time, and the results show the difference. There are a number of preset combos that are slightly less expensive than ordering ala carte, but once you know your favorites it's easy to order just those. We started with a wonderful sunomono. The cucumber was elevated by the inclusion of onions and ginger. Our favorite rolls were: Akami  Hamachi  Salmon Ikura  Unagi  The wine list focuses on sakes, but there are also several wines and sake-based cocktails. Service was fast and friendly. read more

This place is known for their sushi, hand rolls, and they were fire! I tried the Toro, Unagi, and scallop hand rolls. They were all unique with their own fillings and different sauces. Each roll was a new elevated experience. I definitely think this place is worth trying. Everything was delicious. Only downside is that the rules were a little pricey, but given the quality and accolades of the restaurant, I understand why it is marked up so high.
