He told me he would accept a letter for tax exception for my doctor, which I would take in on Wednesday, I called him on Wednesday. Asked me if we still had our deal. He said absolutely drove an hour and a half to the store and he apologized and told me he could not do the deal we talked about because he was only going to make three dollars in commission. I drove 40 minutes to another location. I told the salesman at this location. The dealer doc had offered me and told him that he could not do it anymore. The sales person didn't see why and he was able to do the deal that Doc and I had talked about before don't do business with mattress, firm inKyle especially with Will the manager and Doc the sales person they won't stand behind there word!!! If you do buy from Mattress firm get ready to haggle on the price. It's like buying in a flea market. No set prices it all depends on your negotiating skills.

A week later it had not been picked up after numerous calls to overstock I was told to just dispose of it myself!!! I had already told them I was a disabled senior citizen and couldn't move this large mirror plus it's BROKEN, which is dangerous. Two weeks later I am still waiting for overstock to remove this broken dangerous mirror from my place, they care about getting your money but not about the customer, there delivery time is long and drawn out for furniture and large items. If these things are delivered broken or damaged they don't care because it's your problem.

I use a custom cabinet company for custom millwork in the main living areas, etc.. but for closets and laundry rooms and even home offices I think they can do a great job! They did my master bedroom and den closets for me. I went with the darker wood because that's what I had throughout, but I recommend using white in closets as it doesn't show the dust as much.
