If you want your phone to not work, then call this guy. Sean came to our house in March to replace my battery and replace the screens on my husband's and daughter's Iphones; he charged us $180. Not only were the generic screens so unbelievably dim, my "battery replacement" left my phone completely inoperable unless it's plugged in, and even then it'll crash if I go to from one app to another. Plus, it has some weird blue line. Sean said he needed another part and would fix it when it arrived (not sure what the part was...maybe the actual battery?) After waiting two weeks and not being able to connect with him, I had to purchase a new Iphone for $750 because mine was unusable. For the next two months, we've played a game of cat and mouse, trying to get him to "refix" our phones to no avail. First he was in the hospital, then he was out of town, then he was sleeping, yada yada yada. I have never given someone a bad review, but this guy should not be allowed to service phones. Seriously, I've never fixed a phone but I'm pretty sure I could have watched a YouTube tutorial and done it better than him. His "services" jacked up our phones and we now have to find another vendor to replace the screens and my battery. $180 dollars down the toilet. Worst experience. The guy running this small store will try to rip you off. He gave me a quote over the phone to replace an iphone screen. When I got there he told me that the price he gave me over the phone ($69) was for an iphone 6, and the screen for my iphone 6 plus was $99. I went ahead and approved it, although he later said I also had to change the battery, for which he charged an additional $40 and also the camara lens$20. I paid a total of $160. When I got home the phone would not hold the charge and was always extremelly hot. Next day I stopped by to get it fixed or get my money back. He said he would fix it, but as he openned it up in front of me, I realized that my phone had the same battery. He never changed it, and he charged me for it. That's when I asked for my money back and he insulted my calling me the f word. I had to call Irvine police and he finally refunded my money. Don't waste your money repairing your phone at this place. The parts are the worst quality and if your phone is not repaired correctly you will have to call police for him to return it. read more

I'm not one to leave extremely long reviews especially such low reviews but I had extremely high expectations for this service because the owner Sean seemed very honest about what he was going to do but I turned out to be wrong. I first initially called him on a Thursday asking him if he could fix the lock button on my iPhone and specifically asked him if he had the part in stock and he said yes. I agreed to go to him (a very long drive from Cerritos to Irvine) the following Saturday because I had no other day I could go and he said it would be $45. I get there Saturday and give him my phone which he says he will have ready in about 25-30 min so I decided to look around the other shops in this marketplace. Within 10 min he calls me saying the motherboard is the problem and that he needed to order a part for it. I was a little confused by this because he said he had whatever he needed in stock but I figured he had to open the phone and find out what really was wrong so I said fine. He said the part would be for sure ready Monday so I agreed to come back. Come Monday I called him multiple times beginning at 1pm asking him if the part was ready and he said it would take a couple of hours more for him to receive it. I said fine i'll call again later. I call a second time around 3:15 and he tells me to give him 40 min to check with his distributor and at this point i'm becoming frustrated because he first said he would be receiving it and now he says he has to go pick it up. To make matters worse he ultimately said if it wasn't in stock he wasn't going to be able to fix it. What was the point of him telling me he could do it and receive the part by Monday if he wasn't sure he could get it? That alone was already very deceiving and dishonest of him so I began to become skeptical about it. He calls me after I agreed to wait for him to check with his distributor and he said he finally got it and would take him 45-55 min to get to his kiosk, and that the new charge was going to be $75. I couldn't believe it would take this long for him to get back on top of the fact that he's now charging me $30 more considering I had been waiting hours for his call. Whatever I felt obligated to go anyways so I go to him around 5:30 pm and he texts saying he was 10 min away because of traffic. Once he gets there he begins to show me the waivers and warranty's, explains that the process is now going to be 2-3 HOURS, and then proceeds to tell me the job is a 75/25 percent chance of success and if it did not work he would not charge me. What??? Now he can't even guarantee me that he'll be able to fix my phone after ALL of this wait and trouble he made me go through? This is where I completely felt he was being dishonest about the entire thing and I asked him why it wouldn't be a guarantee if he bought the part. He said he had to weld parts together and do all kinds of stuff and it just didn't seem right. Long story short he wasted so much of my time considering I had to drive 35-40 mins TWICE all because he made me believe he could do it. I spoke with my father and luckily he knew of a shop near our home that could do repairs so we decided to check that out. Thank GOD for my father remembering this place called "Cracked my Phone" in Lakewood because I walked in and spoke with the employee who told me I was being ripped off here. He told me it was one part that he had to change and he said if he had the part in stock it would only take him MINUTES to fix. He checked the back and came back with the part and showed me EXACTLY where the broken part was and how easy it was for him to fix and rest assured he had my phone fixed within 25 minutes tops. I could not believe how much trouble I went through for something that simple and easy. I would have appreciated if Sean would have guaranteed me the repair from the beginning and was honest about the part because all this turned out to be a waste of my time. Please if anyone needs a repair make sure every question you have is completely answered before you make the drive. I was really disappointed in all of this. He seems very nice but was ultimately interested only in my business and not keeping his word. read more

I've been asking around couple shops and kiosks to fix my iPhone screen and this place had the best deal yet. They provide one year warranty with screen repair. After the repair, the color seems to be a bit different and the screen seems to be less sensitive than the original screen but I think they are normal with any screen repairs. read more

I found good reviews for this place. I don't post reviews often but this warrants one. I went to the website and it said they were open. I got there, they were not. I called they said come the next day they have shorter hours in the winter 10:30-3 or something similar. I go the next day when they told me to, they were there but they didn't have the battery for my phone, ok it's older phone, no problem. They told me they'd order it to come back that Saturday at noon they'd give me a discount since they didn't have the part. Cool ok no big deal. I go that Saturday at noon not open.. um ok so I have lunch come back at 1:30 nope not open. Ok, being patient I decide to try again during the following week. Two different days I go between 12-1:30 not open . Ok I'm over it but decide one last time to try again two weeks later on a Saturday and their site says they are open. I get there nope. Ok have lunch again and go back...open...nope. I would advise anyone to call first to make sure they are open because what they advertise is false.
