My phone was a mess, seriously. I took wrecking a brand new iPhone 11 Pro to a whole new level. I'm talking broken camera, broken back glass, broken screen... Sean was really nice and helpful. He didn't mock me for my iPhone-trashing expertise. He solved all my problems for a very reasonable price--thank God someone will. There really should be no reason to spend $600 on a repair through Apple when the phone itself is worth a mere $430 on trade in to AT&T... Ultimate Wireless Solution, I want to thank you again for your help. Short story, I upgraded my phone with At&t and they were running a promotion. I was able to get a new phone and 2 tablets. I give the tablets to my kids and with the luck I have 1 of the kids drop it and shatter not only the screen but the LCD. I contact At&t for help, but was given a terrible offer for repair. I am stuck with a tablet, paying for a service, but cant use it. Unfair to one kid I decide to find a way to get this fixed.
