I am extremely disappointed with the recent service I received at your Mercedes-Benz location. I…read morewas quoted $8,500 for a repair that should not cost anywhere near that amount--especially considering my vehicle is now shaking so badly that it can't be driven normally. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that I had already authorized and paid $40,000 for a new engine, yet the smaller components that should have been replaced while the engine was out were ignored. These parts cost very little, and I would have gladly paid for them at that time. Instead, I am now facing additional expenses and a vehicle that is not functioning properly.those bad engine mounts was not mentioned to me at all !! This level of service is unacceptable. I expected professionalism, transparency, and quality workmanship from a Mercedes-Benz dealer, and this experience has been the complete opposite. If this issue is not resolved promptly and fairly, I will ensure that my experience is shared publicly, including through well-known influencers, so other customers are aware of the practices taking place at this location. I am requesting immediate attention, a thorough review of the work performed, and a reasonable solution.

OK is not "good enough" for Subaru. My expectations for Subaru service is six star from Michael's…read moreSubaru in. Bellevue, WA. The staff is smart, "on-it" as soon as you drive in. The team at Hyman was on their cell phones and computers. I didn't know what to do. Robert was pleasant, nice enough and enthusisatically recommended new tires. I'm going to shop around. Instead of complaining about what I saw here are my suggestions: 1) Entire team needs to wear same "team" polo shirts with logo and name tag; the very slow software needs an update - fast!; the snacks need to be presented with welcome instead of dumped in a basket; throw away the August magazines'. the team needs to listen more, talk less; the blonde woman should keep her political views to herself, and cover her cleavage. Clearly this Auto group doesn't care about customer experience - if they did they wouldn't have 1.5 stars. I drove to Midlothian hoping for better attitude than a Broad Street dealership. Hope my next experience is better.

The service department will lie to you and do a poor job at basic tasks…read more I went in for a state inspection 2 days ago. The car passed, but Robert came in to let me know that my serpentine belt had "chunks" missing and made it seem like it was imperative that it be replaced now or it would "squeal and break and leave me stranded." For $200, I declined and bought a $30 belt from Napa. I just replaced it at home and there was absolutely nothing wrong with the existing belt. No cracks, no chunks missing. Absolutely disgusted by their dishonesty. The service department has also cross threaded a lug nut on multiple visits. While replacing the wheel stud because of their initial mistake, they cross threaded another lug nut on a different wheel in the same visit. When I called about it happening a second time, the person assured me the shop foreman "did them with a torque stick."

September 20, 2022 I dropped off my vehicle for state inspection at Haley Chevrolet. A few days…read morelater I was told it did not passing inspection for failure of hazard lights not connected. Haley wanted to charge me $300 for repairs I told them I would come and get the vehicle and get the part from the nearby salvage yard. A few days later I brought the vehicle back for reinspection, I did not get a call or text or anything for over 24 hours and no one told me until I actually went up there in person that it would not be able to pass again because of the hazards don't stay on when the lights are on? I thought that was odd I could not get back up there right away. I finally rode my bike from home, since I work throughout the weekday, to get the truck on Sunday 25th only to find out my battery completely dead. Luckily there was a NAPA Auto center nearby and I was able to take the battery out and have them recharge it to be able to start my truck and get home. Sure enough the hazzard lights worked just fine regardless of if the vehicle was running not running or all the lights were on or off whether the engine was running or not running. I have video documentation of all this of course. Today October 5th I rode my bike from work to get up there I discovere there is no inspection passing sticker on the truck!? I went to go in and speak to the technician (in this case Jason who has yet to text or call me back since this whole ordeal began). He knew that I was there waiting for you speak to him as the other lady in the service bay clearly and directly spoke to him while I was in his presence that I was there about said vehicle, yet he decided to help someone else so I just left. I have my original key, so I took my vehicle and went home. Moral of the story, avoid Haley Chevrolet. They're unprofessional, they try to swindle you out of money, and they don't return texts or phone calls. ------- ** Update ** Chris, the service manager was great in resolving and apologizing for my experience. He allowed me to bring the vehicle back and show that everything was fixed with the hazard lights, and advised me there were no further issues with my vehicle. I was in and out in under 15 minutes, and I was on my way with a passing inspection sticker. Chris definitely gave me more confidence in the Haley dealership. The only reason I withhold five stars is because there's only one fast charger for my Bolt EV and is almost always blocked or difficult to get to.
