    Horrible experience... My 2024 Tucson I bought recently was not detailed!!! They stole my left driver side floor mat and replaced it with a ripped one while waiting on a detail and windshield before taking it home after buying!!!! GM was so rude and did not make anything right!!!

    The rude customer service woman (wearing a hat) training the woman who is clearly uncomfortable with the customer abuse.

    Currently sitting in the waiting room while the black woman at the service department customer service section, who is seemingly training another woman, is consistently being rude to each customer that calls in. It is extremely uncomfortable. Alongside this, she is speaking extremely poorly of each customer after she hangs up with them with a lobby full of customers. If my car wasn't already being serviced, I'd walk out right now.

These parts cost very little, and I would have gladly paid for them at that time. Instead, I am now facing additional expenses and a vehicle that is not functioning properly.those bad engine mounts was not mentioned to me at all !! This level of service is unacceptable. I expected professionalism, transparency, and quality workmanship from a Mercedes-Benz dealer, and this experience has been the complete opposite. If this issue is not resolved promptly and fairly, I will ensure that my experience is shared publicly, including through well-known influencers, so other customers are aware of the practices taking place at this location. I am requesting immediate attention, a thorough review of the work performed, and a reasonable solution.

    After retiring from the military following a 38 year career, I decided to purchase a new Ram Truck…read morein January 2025. This was going to be the third Ram that I have owned and my "retirement" gift. My wife and I went to Whitten Brothers Ram on Midlothian Turnpike and found the exact truck I wanted. A solid black 2025 Ram 1500 Rebel with all the options. After finishing up the paperwork, we went out to drive the vehicle home. I should have suspected something when we came out and the vehicle was already running but, I did not. We drove the vehicle home and that is when the problems started. A few mornings later, I came out to go to work and the truck was dead as a doornail. I had to use the manual key to open the door. I contacted my salesman, Willy, at the dealership and they towed it in. After trouble shooting, they replaced both batteries. When I went to pick the truck up from the dealership, it would not start remotely or by pushing the start button inside. I decided to leave the truck at the dealership until they could fix that problem. A few weeks later we received a call from the service manager asking us to come in for a meeting. We go in for the meeting and he proceeds to tell us that it is a "known" problem on the 2025 Ram Trucks will not start on their parking lot due to some kind of interference. The work around is to place the key fob in the back passenger side seat to start the vehicle. At this point, I just wanted the truck back and decided to go with his solution hoping that a fix would come soon. Fast forward to May 2025, while driving in traffic on Interstate 95, all lights on the dash illuminated for 1 to 2 seconds, adaptive cruise control kicked off, the dash then went totally blank for 2 to 3 seconds and slowly came back to life with the fuel gauge showing zero when there was ¾ of a tank prior to this event. I took it in for repair and they found the power wire for the left rear midrange sensor was chaffed through. They repaired the truck, and I picked it up. Unfortunately, that repair did not fix the problem. This has occurred several different times. Originally on May 23 then subsequently on June 9, June 10, June 27 and August 28, 2025. I took it into Whitten Brothers Service Department for the fourth time for this specific problem on September 12, 2025. I picked it up on October 17, 2025 and I was told that there was a software problem but they has updated it and it should be good to go. The truck worked fine until May 12 and May 14 2026, it did the exact same thing as last year except it now shifts into neutral while still driving down the highway. This causes me to have to coast to the shoulder, completely stop, shift into park and back into drive before merging back onto the highway. Throughout the year and half that I have owned this truck, it has been in the shop for well over 4 months for this problem. It has been in the service department a week for this last episode, and I do not expect it to ready anytime soon. Bottom line, I do not recommend buying a Ram Truck or any vehicle from Whitten Brothers.

Instead of complaining about what I saw here are my suggestions: 1) Entire team needs to wear same "team" polo shirts with logo and name tag; the very slow software needs an update - fast!; the snacks need to be presented with welcome instead of dumped in a basket; throw away the August magazines'. the team needs to listen more, talk less; the blonde woman should keep her political views to herself, and cover her cleavage. Clearly this Auto group doesn't care about customer experience - if they did they wouldn't have 1.5 stars. I drove to Midlothian hoping for better attitude than a Broad Street dealership. Hope my next experience is better.

I ended up going there four separate times and ultimately getting the lights disconnected instead of fixed. They offered to "fix the lights properly" but, since this was VISIT NUMBER FOUR, I told them to just take them out. The whole experience was frustrating. Visit 1 was to confirm I needed the recall, 2 was to put in the parts only to discover they didn't have everything they needed, 3 to do it right except they scheduled it on the wrong day and then the lights were back on that evening, and then 4. The only time anyone apologized was when I pushed for it. I don't know if it's a higher up management issue, but the experience was so bad I'll be actively steering (car pun!) people away from them. Subie Guy is so much more reliable, friendly, and treats you like a person.

    Bought items from GM and the closest install was Haley for new 2026 Colorado. The service was quick…read moreand one item was installed OK. Though problems existed with the Bed Liner, I noticed it very stained thinking I could clean it, discussed with the serviceman. After 3 professional attempts it still stained. I noticed that the featured rear integrated storage pockets were not provided. I texted this to the service department with pictures. In reply they said the pockets were in the front. indicating a shallow shelf. I sent them a pic of a truck (1500) they were quick to pick this out. not indicating that they were in fact, rear integrated storage pockets. IMO this is a modified, not new, showing cutting in the rear and little or no rib alignment, pictures available by text. They have offered to clean it or return it. Which being another 5-6-hour trip unacceptable to me at my age 77,not cost effective or health wise! They are welcome to set up appointment at my residence to change the liner or remove and provide a refund. They have my text number! I have received a voice mail in it you state, for some reason "I have a situation? No, I have a indicated new bedliner. That is dirty with stains showing having at least six inches of water in it, for some time. Seems weird also that it was back ordered but received in 6 days. I don't expect you to do anything, I will just share my experience.
