Bought a used Elantra for my son, a college sophomore, that I found online. His ONE condition was Bluetooth, and that was listed under the features on the website, so we drove two hours each way to close the deal. Once the test drive and paperwork were done, we then discovered there was no Bluetooth. The General Sales Mgr explained it away as a 3rd-party vendor, but that's NOT who I wrote the check to. An assistant agree to send us a gift card for a tank of gas - never got a call or received a card. Since we live so far, they agreed to have the plates shipped to us; they did not. As my son's temp plates were about to expire, they agreed to overnight the plates, but on a Friday evening (and we questioned if that could be done, due to weekend restrictions); they even provided a tracking number. Come Monday, we call back to find the plates have not even been shipped yet. Just a clown show. My son also had to replace the wipers the first week he owned the car. read more

Do not come here. The Service is extremely slow and attitude is "ok" at best, but in general not worth your time. We had an oil change and inspection last week (2-3 hrs for that after waiting 3-4 weeks for the apt. we scheduled), and unfortunately the car failed for front brakes. We had them done at our trustworthy mechanic and came back a week later to get the inspection sticker. We came back for the sticker, but the service dept. said we would have to wait behind 5 people in front of us to even look at the brakes so at least 1-2 hrs. This should be an in and out, "we care about your time Mr/Mrs. xxxx since you already spent so much time with us last week getting service done." Even after 30 or 40 min of waiting and trying to persuade...no budging. Spend your time somewhere else who values you more...you will thank yourself. read more

My grandson has a 2015 Sonata and the motor exploded at 104,000 miles. Since these motors have a habit of going bad so quickly Hyundai agreed to replace the motor under warranty. Since buying the car in middle 2022 he had no other problems with the car and loved driving it until Pearson installed the new motor. The day he went to pick the car up, the signal lights were blinking on and off and the backup lights were on. The service department sent a mechanic to take care of it and just took out the lightbulbs and said he would have to make another appointment to find out what was wrong. This actually put my grandson's life in danger allowing the car to be driven off the lot in an unsafe and illegal condition to drive on a public highway. On his way home the car started acting up and was losing power. When he got home the car was hardly running and was overheating. When he opened the hood oil had splashed all over the motor and dripping on the ground. He went to check the oil but there was no dipstick in the hole to the oil pan. He has a friend who has a sonata and asked if he could borrow his dipstick to check his oil with and found the oil was almost two quarts low. He called Pearson and was told it would take weeks to make an appointment to check the car out. He cleaned under the hood and engine and the next day he took the car to a nearby car shop and see if they could find out what was wrong. The battery was very hot and was in danger of exploding, found that the alternator was overcharging the battery due to a short in the wiring harness that apparently was damaged the old motor was removed or the new motor reinstalled. The car had to be towed back home so we tried to locate the shorted wires but did not see any signs of one. I took pictures of under the car, under the hood, battery, and the fuse box and wiring under the fuse box and did not see any obvious signs of a short. The car was then towed back to Pearson Hyundai to troubleshoot the problem and was told the wiring harness is bad due to corrosion under the fuses. He also found that the mechanic who was working on the car had forgotten to put the dipstick back in the motor, it was found on his toolbox. The pictures of the fuse box I took showed No signs of corrosion anywhere. I have called Pearson to talk to James Matthews the general manager at the dealership for over two weeks to try to get to the bottom of this and get my grandsons car repaired but he will not answer or call back to get this serious matter in the service department corrected for the betterment of the customers. As a matter of record, I am not sure if Hyundai or Pearson Hyundai made an offer to pay half of the wiring harness cost of around 28 hundred dollars if my grandson will pay the other half. He is 18 years old and lost his job because he had no other transportation to get to work, this is totally wrong. But now, he has told my daughter in-law that if I do not remove my complaints I have filed with the Virginia Attorney General's Office who also handles consumer complaints and the Better Business Bureau, they will drop the offer to pay half of the cost to replace the wiring harness That They Damaged. All of this matter could have been taken care of the correct way if Pearson Hyundai would have returned my calls and just took responsibility for their actions. I believe that could be called extortion and I have filed this complaint for him because I am his grand dad. read more

This place has been a total NIGHTMARE since day 2 of owning our car. Lost our 2nd key fob, been in the "shop" 3x in 3 months, and they say nothing was wrong. Took it to another shop and was told our alignment was SHOT! Apparently Pearson didnt even drive it the 3x we brought it in for the same thing. Extremely rude about everything since day 2. Lost paperwork and insurance info, so we had to go back 4 TIMES to keep re-doing paperwork! Absolutely incomprehensible as to how they are even still open! read more

Took the car back to dealership, we're being told the repair isn't covered understand warrant. $18,000 dollars spent, now the repairs are $2,100. Someone please explain this to me. I had to take my 2017 I purchased new with 27,568 miles to be repaired for a second time for heater not working and overheating of car. After having to wait 3 weeks for a scheduled appointment to bring in I had to wait another 4 days for them to order and fix a radiator hose that was leaking. I asked could I take my care elsewhere for repairs because of their long time to fix and its under factory warranty and they stated no. If I can find a way not to take it here I will never return. If I have to take a third time for the same repair that is another matter. I guess I will check my States Lemon Laws. read more

Complete crooks. They charged me for a few things that were not even done. And they told me I needed a tire replaced when it just had fix-a-flat settled in it. They never inspected this tire for safety, just scraped the sealant out. On another visit, they said the TPMS needed to be replaced also due to the sealant. It just needed to be wiped off. They tried to tell me that the use of tire sealant caused nearly $300 worth of damage on a $100 tire. The worst part is they don't include a spare tire with their cars, just a can of tire sealant. Upon placing complaints with the dealership, they actually tried to up-sell me a spare tire kit. Every visit is a chance for them to exploit their customers. This almost was going to be a 1-star review, but Pearson Hyundai was saved by a really good salesman they have named Justin. Sunday afternoon I went to check out a used car newly listed on Autotrader, and the first salesman I encountered was very disinterested in assisting me, didn't speak much, tried to convince me to go to another dealership down the street, and then flat out walked away from me! Having been in sales before, these are things you just don't do. And, although I felt really burned, I was adamant about seeing this vehicle. After walking around the lot a minutes more, Justin approached me. He was courteous, engaging and very knowledgable about their selection on the lot. He was everything the first representative wasn't; was able to show me the car and discuss its history; and after some good negotiation amongst myself and the Pearson management, we worked out a great deal for the vehicle. If it hadn't been for Justin's personable demeanor and solid salesman ship, I would have left the lot bitter and would have settled for another vehicle elsewhere. But I suggest you give them a try, and speak with Justin. I've been able to walk away really happy knowing that he was willing to go that extra mile. read more

I understand Covid is affecting things and time frames. Stopped by on Wednesday night and said I have my check engine light on and need to get looked at. Was told they are closing in an hour but bring the car back in the morning and we will be able to look at first thing. Get there and asked if I had an appointment. Said no. The manager behind the desk says it will be 3-5 days before we can look at. The lady that told me to drop off in the morning was sitting there and said oh well. We are busy and can not take your vehicle for 3 weeks for an appointment. The issue is not the they are busy but they lied that they could get me in. Unacceptable in any time. read more

I'd like to add my one star review to the host of other one stars as found below. First of all, don't expect anyone from the sales person ,general manager ,tech or anyone to know what they're doing. For that matter don't expect anyone at Hyundai USA to help you with any problem or concern either. Secondly watch out for numerous and tricky hidden charges, and convenient non-disclosure. Example : I bought a Veloster Turbo with the tech package. This was supposed to include everything from satellite GPS, automatic car locator, remote start, remote climate control, etc.What no one told me, including the ethically challenged salesman who left three days after I bought the car, was that these features were not accessible unless you bought the Blue Link package which can cost upward of over $200 a year. Also it's been my experience that if you have any TSB or warranty issues no matter how small, plan on leaving your car for at least a half a day or longer. Also if you have any free car washes thrown in as part of your negotiation, again be prepared to leave the car there for at least 3 hours or more. In summation , I think Hyundai makes a pretty good car, but if you want a good, honest buying experience, go elsewhere. read more

Do not waste your time here, me and my fiancé both purchased brand new vehicles from them. Within the first week my check engine light came on, panicked because again it's a brand new car and there should be no issues I reached out to the service department. After being told they had no appointments available for months I was told I could drop it off for the day and the issue would be resolved. 4 days later and I had still heard absolutely nothing from them, mean while I had to figure out a way to get back and forth to work and was told because I didn't purchase a genesis I wasn't eligible for a loaner vehicle. I don't care what I bought I spent my hard earned money to purchase that vehicle, and then due to their negligence I was out of a car for a week. I finally called on the fourth day and was told my car was in the shop currently being worked on which was a lie. Long story short, it took them 6 days to reset something in the computer system that would've taken the tech 5 minutes to complete. The whole process was horrible, from start to finish. My motor blew in my car and they held it for 5 months before giving me a call about what was going on. Finally got the call to get my vehicle is ready to find out that some how, my brakes are out , battery is dead , alternator is bad & also my master cylinder is bad. Before I gave them my vehicle it is perfectly fine, drove it for days before the motor blew. Honestly the managers don't know anything , neither do the "foreman's". If you are a woman, they will try to get over on you so don't let it happen. I've called and no one returned my calls but they did call my wife multiple times to discuss what was going on. Stand your ground. When I finally got my car towed back home , It's just funny how I had brakes and my battery was fine. Don't let this company get any money from you. Shady sales tactics! But what else did you want from a used car place??? We went to look at a couple used Hyundia Santa Fes there. Spoke to a salesman and the 2 cars had been there for a while. The salesman called to set up a time and 15 min before called again to see if we were going to make it on time which we were. We pull up on time and just by chance another couple just happened to want to take a test ride in the car we told them we wanted and were in it waiting. Yea ok. The salesman talks to us about how he is going to try to talk them out of it and get them in a new car (obviously trying to get us emotionally involved and want the car even more). We wait and end up test driving the 2nd car we liked. Turns out its being driven by the manager there and he smokes so we pass on it immediately. The fake couple come back and talk loudly how much they love the car and want it. Their salesman just happens to talk them out of it so we could get it if we wanted it.....How nice right? i went to go get my boyfriends car checked out for a few things and the total came out to $3,700 wrong with things including i needed a new transmission in my boyfriends car and he had a break light out and a turn signal light in the back, i went to two different actually reliable places to get my boyfriends car checked out and they told me that he didn't need a new transmission he only needed transmission fluid, i also followed him to get his car fixed and he did NOT have a break light out nor a rear blinker light. i think they tried to scam us because we are young and they tried to take advantage of that fact. my boyfriend and i will NEVER be bringing our cars back here again. read more

My boyfriend and I came here looking for a used vehicle, and we spoke to Dale and he said he had something for us. When we get there he is immediately rude and says "I told you to call me before you got here. Someone else is test driving the vehicle" Then he showed us the list of used cars they still had available, though each one we liked wasn't available anymore. Another sales man came over to us and started arguing with Dale about whether his customers or us can test drive the car. Who the hell argues over which customer can test drive a car, and we got there before his other customers. Dale and the salesman go outside to bicker some more and leave us standing at the board of NON available vehicles and Dale never comes back to let us know if we can test drive the vehicle or find another option. I will never recommend this place unless you like your salesperson to be unprofessional, rude and inpolite. Update below which is horrible. DO NOT use this service department if you have a recall or a problem covered under warranty. In other words, a car where they don't receive any money in the shop. I scheduled an appt. last Friday at 11:45 AM. I was on time and the check-in guy asked me if I wanted to wait. I said no, please call when done. Around a couple of hours later, I received a call that in fact the warranty part was defective. I had watched YouTube videos on replacing this part and they had to have spent some time to get to it through the steering column. After refusing a laundry list of recommended repairs ( of course, it's a dealership), the guy said he would call when ready. Didn't hear anything on Friday and called the next day after the shop closed. Car was not ready. Finally received a call this morning. I was out of a car all weekend. As far as I'm concerned, they had a freebie car that was going to wait until they finished up jobs where money was involved. Bad business. UPDATE: The worst part of my saga. Finally can post after they finished repairs. YES, repairs. Turns out the tech broke my turn signal/light switch where the dashboard lights would turn off when you turned the lights on, they broke the steering column cover and tried to hide it from me (when you turn the wheel you could see it) and while driving the driver side lower heat vent fell between my feet. They had to order the cover part. They said around a month. After 1.5 months, I called. They had not ordered the part. 2 weeks later, after another phone call a week earlier, they had the part. They gave me a free detail which I got today and they did not wax the car. NEVER will they touch one of my Hyundai's and I have two. read more

I had a great experience here, purchasing my first new(er) vehicle in almost 12 years! For months I had been browsing the Internet for the vehicle I really, really wanted, and I ended up getting a fantastic deal at Pearson Hyundai. The model I purchased is not even a Hyundai, and I never felt any pressure from the salespeople to look at another vehicle because I knew exactly what I wanted and they were accommodating to my wants and needs. I got to the dealership at around 9 a.m. (I had set up an appointment ahead of time- I definitely recommend doing this. It will save you a little bit of time). I ended up leaving with everything taken care of by around 1:30. I was able to work with the financial coordinator to get the deal I wanted with no distress. About a week after I had the vehicle at home I got a call from the dealership asking if everything was going OK; I really appreciated that. I know it's probably common courtesy to do this, but I still liked the gesture. I would recommend doing service with this dealership. They are courteous, obliging and willing to work with you to get what you are looking for in a vehicle. read more

I went here because my heart was set on purchasing the G80, that day! This location seemed perfect because it was within an hour drive and they had the exact car I had built online. I entered the showroom and explained I'm interested in test driving the G80. This is where everything went downhill. The customer service was horrible. I believe the person I was speaking with was new because he literally knew nothing about the car nor where the car was located in the showroom! He never even took the time to ask my name, but made sure to take the time to ask me about financing. Later on, he brings his manager over, who wouldn't even smile, but he did at least ask my name, but never stated it while speaking to me. The manager seemed non-conversational and almost spoke down to me. The whole experience was EXTREMELY unpleasureable. I feel the issue was they didn't want to move the cars out of the show room. So, I even offered to make an appointment for later, if it was a hardship to do it like at that moment. They both declined and reluctantly agreed to do it, but by this point I was tired of the rude interactions and opted to just leave. I've never been to a dealership where I've clearly stated I'm looking to purchase a particular car, that day, and treated so unprofessionally! I will never visit this particular location again! When I left, I honestly, wasn't even sure if I wanted a Genesis at all, if this would be the type of service I would receive just in the showroom, alone! read more

Agree with other reviewers that the service staff is disinterested in providing any measure of decent customer service. This wasthe absolute worst experience I have ever had buying a car. I have purchased over 20 cars....and this was the worst. George Best-salesman kept saying "bumper to bumper"--LIE. Beware...go anywhere else. ANYWHERE. Headlight showed moisture inside within the first week of ownership. Service asked us to bring it in and refused to believe there was a moisture issue, so we took pictures. Then the service department said "we'll pay 1/2". What a great favor when it should have been fixed for FREE because of the "BUMPER to BUMPER 30 day warranty". LIES....go elsewhere. Go to Chesterfield Auto Parts, at least there no one lies.....you know you are buying a junked car. This is the worst experience EVER. I thought the headlight issue was unprofessional. Well. It became worse. We took the van back reporting some bouncing in the rear ....mechanic supposedly drove it and said that there was nothing wrong with it. We took it to our Firestone, where I have known the manager for over 20 years-never steered me wrong. (Take a lesson Pearson Hyundai.). They reported in a physical estimate that one of the REAR AXLE BEAMS was bent. Because the axle beam was so bent, the shocks went bad, and the two rear tires went bad. PEARSON HYUNDAI SOLD AN UNSAFE VEHICLE and SAID THAT NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH IT. So, after visiting Firestone, we took the physical estimate back to Pearson, where we were told "well, we're going to have to check with sales to see what they WANT to do". WANT to do????? They sold an unsafe car that could have killed numerous people on the highway. WANT to do??? Shameful. They agreed to fix the beam, and again they were asked about the shocks and tires, "well, we'll have to see"........ So. That was MAY 22. After numerous times of hearing "it will be done Wednesday, Thursday, Monday, Tuesday," "we ordered the wrong part," being put on hold, not called back, we went there today JUNE 14 (after having called twice in the morning with no answer). Brian Parker-service manager-miraculously said it was finished. TWENTY-THREE days...TWENTY-THREE days it was there. After leaving Pearson Hyundai, we immediately dropped it off at our Firestone to see if the axle beam and shocks were replaced as we were told they were. The two tires had been replaced--but you can visibly see that. I will update soon to report if the IMPORTANT PARTS--like SAFETY PARTS were replaced. They did replace the axle beam and shocks. Lesson learned. Before buying anything anywhere, I will take it to a trustworthy mechanic before I sign any papers. I hope that the workers at Pearson Hyundai buy a safer car than we were sold. read more

I received a recall notice in the mail regarding ABS braking system. I scheduled appt and they only had one 2 months out. Scheduled the appt and got a sitter for the day of the appt. I got to the maintenance department and was told they had just installed their last recall package that morning and would have to order more. No call to let me know when that happened. They just had my appt paper and other appt papers sitting in a pile to notify us when we arrived. I arranged and paid sitter for nothing. I was told I would be called when they received more recall parts. 3-4 weeks goes by and I finally get called. I scheduled the appt for a day I was off work (specifically this day due to my work schedule). I get to the appointment and am told that the appointment is in their system for the next day. Same thing, ironically, that the guy behind me was told. Not true. I scheduled it specifically for my day off. Again, they overbooked themselves and tried to cover their asses by blaming it on the customer saying we had the date wrong- lies. Then I'm told that because I'm there on "the wrong date" it's going to be at least 2 hours before they can "squeeze me in". You mean you're really running behind because you can't maintain your own schedule? That's what I thought you meant. I then call to speak to a manager while waiting- guess what? No manager present! Have to leave a message. Unbelievable. Would never go here except that it was for a recall. The WORST! read more

I recently scheduled an appointment to have my radio checked on my Hyundai Sante fe 2016. It is under warranty so when i made the appontment the serviceman mentioned a diagnostic fee. I questioned it as my car is still under warranty and he led me to believe there would not be one. 3 email reminders later i actually read through the last one and in the smallest print ever it said $109.50. When i called to cancel the appt and asked about this fee i was told yes there is a fee. This is the 2nd vehicle that i have purchased in the last six years and will never buy another from them. The original warranty means nothing so i am sure the 100,000 warranty means less. Their interest is in the sale, not satisying the customer or standing behind their product. read more

Purchased a 2014 Santa Fe(pre-owned) back in March(2019) to make room for our third child. After the first oil change the engine began to knock on start up only, added an oil treatment(Lucas) and it quieted right down... Seemed to me that the issue had been there and that they did the same thing to get it off the lot. Fast forward to now, six months later, the car now sits in the back yard on ramps in need of a motor. I went to get off the highway on to Midlothian Turnpike, heading to a funeral, heard this loud pop and the car shut down. Pouring smoke and dumping oil. It through a rod out the bottom end of the motor after SIX months of owning the vehicle and now we're still on the hook for 14k with a vehicle that needs a new motor and Pearson just says: "sorry, the vehicle was sold as is". This is the third vehicle I have purchased from them and will absolutely be the last. We are a family of five, now down to one vehicle, two working parents, making payments on a vehicle that needs a new engine... read more

Pearson Hyundai gave me the worst experience in my life this week. Over my life I have bought over 25 vehicles for personal use and hundreds for business. We decide to buy a Hyundai SUV so we called the salesman there we bought another car from. He had the SUV we wanted and had it cleaned when we got there. We liked it now it was crunch time. The numbers we spoke about on the phone were not even close. He had to go to his Manager several times and we ended be off still. I guess we were not good enough for the sales manager not to come out and talk to us! So we left and that's is the first time in my experiences a sales manager ever did that. It showed me being a loyal Pearson Customer means nothing. That would of be out 6 vehicle into out family. I admit the trade is something they do not deal in. Well I was able to work another deal with another dealer got our number and more! I felt bad for the salesman and seen the frustration in his face. I was so upset I called their cooperate office left a message for the regional manager never go a call. So my next call was to the owners answer machine. Today I get a call from the sales manager at the dealer ship. He left me a message and I left him back one. Well the lost a loyal customer which it shows me they are all about the money. I contacted Pearson Hyundai to inquire about pricing for a new 2019 Tucson for my mom. I spoke with the manager John Judy who was friendly, sincere, attentive, kind, welcoming, listened, and actually cared about my mom's needs. I explained the situation that I was trying to help my mom get the best price possible, and make the car buying process as painless as possible since she hadn't purchased a vehicle since 1974 (my dad always did). John and the entire staff was amazing and helpful. He was able to get my mom into a brand new Tucson under her budget, and a lower monthly payment she wanted to be at. He handled the test drive, all the paperwork, financing, and walked my mom through the entire process step by step with absolutely no pressure for her buy. I can not say enough good things about John and the entire Pearson Hyundai team. The facilities were first class, and will be returning early next year to purchase my next vehicle from them. read more

I went to Pearson Hyundai on Midlothian Turnpike to discuss the price of an '18 Sonata. I had already test driven the car previously, so my sole purpose for the visit was to receive a price...I explained this fact to the salesman, Rick. I waited in the lobby for over an hour. After I'm sure Rick could tell I was beginning to wonder what was going on, he came back over to tell me he was waiting on a manager to come talk to me about pricing. I waited another 10-15 minutes for Kevin Holmes to come over. When Kevin came over, he began a spiel about the negative equity in my current car, which I had already explained to Rick, I was well aware of. I reminded Kevin that my inquiry only concerned the pricing of Pearson's vehicle, of which he provided none. When I asked Kevin (repeatedly) Pearson's best price, he childishly/unprofessionally parroted, "we can do what West Broad Hyundai can do. What price did they give you?" Annoyed, I reminded him that I had been in this dealership for over an hour (without a test drive) awaiting a price, and that I didn't have time for this back and forth/unprofessional game. He never provided Pearson's price. Switching topics from the childish game Kevin was playing, I finally asked what the value of my trade was, and he gave a number well under blue book and over $3,000 less than West Broad Hyundai, Honda, and Acura. As such, I grabbed my keys and left. I'm not sure if this is a tactic Kevin uses to cheat people, but it was a ridiculous waste of time which lost Rick and the dealership a sale. I've purchased from other sales personnel at this dealer twice in the past over the last 3 years. Perhaps they both lost it because neither could understand my clear inquiry of their best price. If poor service, wasted time, and a run around is your goal, this is the place. read more

I got a tire pressure monitoring system warning on 6/28/21. Check tire pressure and all was good. Since this is a new 2021 Santa Fe Ltd, 2500 miles, I took it to Pearson Hyundai as that was the closest Hyundai dealership to me. TJ had someone look at it right away, this was great, and I was told that it is a Tire Pressure Sensor malfunction and they needed to order a part. Really? They don't have TPS in stock, that's surprising but ok. The part would be ordered and they would get me back in the following week to fix. Not hearing back from TJ, I called back and finally caught up with him on 7/1. He had not even ordered the part. He offered to do it but it would be sometime the following week, if not the next week before he could get me in. I am so annoyed that it would take me having to call back for him to order the part and he really had an I don't care attitude. Take it or leave it if you will. Like others here, I left a message for Melissa Best to call me as well. That was on 7/1 and now on 7/7, I still have no call back. Done with Pearson! I bought my 2018 Hyundai Tucson from them but was not about to buy my Santa Fe here. To say the least I am not a fan so I will go back to the dealership from which I bought my car but so much for being able to have any Hyundai dealership help you with something that is a warranty issue. On Saturday, April 20, 2019, I brought my 2014 Hyundai Sonata to the Pearson Hyundai Service Center for a factory recall issue and an oil change. The Service Advisor came to me and related to me that the cabin filter and the engine air filter were both dirty and needed to be replaced. When I asked for the costs, I was told $79.99 and $59.99. I then told him to go ahead and replace only the cabin filter at this time. When my car was ready, I got in and immediately noticed that there was a cut in my dashboard; not a scratch, but an actual cut. This cut is very noticeable and when I showed it to the Service Advisor, I explained that it was absolutely not there before and that it had happened during the service. He took a picture of it and said he would relate this to the Service Manager and have him call me on Monday. I then left the facility and within an hour or so, the Service Manager called me and said that he had asked the technician if he had done it. The technician denied doing the damage and the Service Manager then went on to say that he stood there and watched him perform the same task on another vehicle and that he didn't harm the dashboard of that car, so his technician could not have caused the cut. Are you kidding me? This is about the most ridiculous analogy I have ever heard. This damage was absolutely done by one of Pearson's service technicians and the idea that they would knowingly lie and cover for each other's lies to keep from having to take responsibility is dishonest and even more so, reprehensible. I have called the Regional Manager and asked for him to return my phone call on his voice mail. It has been several days and I have not heard back from anyone. I would NEVER recommend Pearson Huyndai's Service Center to anyone. read more

Having read the reviews and having an unpleasant past experience with this dealer, I stopped in on a whim as they had two of the cars I wanted in stock. Hesitant and expecting the worst, very glad I did as was pleasantly surprised how attentive and genuinely considerate they were of me and my time. Their sincerity was apparent, and they worked with me to get my deal done. During our conversation, I advised them of my past experience 5 years ago and that I was glad I came in. They completely earned my business and respect. I hope it continues when getting my car serviced. I will certainly advise on this site but we're off to a good start. read more
