I have had AAA for years never had a problem or issue really with using them up until today. The…read moredriver comes out here and because my grandfather is the primary holder of the account regardless of me and my mom having our own AAA card with our names on it and number underneath my grandfather, which is all three of us I Was left stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire all because my grandfather was not present and we have our own cards with our names on it on his account. We pay a lot of money to have this service and we are now letting AAA go and finding somewhere else more professional I would not advise no one to use AAA services for this reason if you have small kids AAA is not for you. You will be left stranded if you are under a primary card holder, regardless, if you have your own number with your name and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau because of this this is a horrible customer service and service provided AAA ought to be ashamed of their self very disgraceful company

Travel: discount tickets Went into this location to get…read moretickets for Disney the gentleman we spoke to stated they no longer had tickets for what we were looking for. We left disappointed. Came home ordered tickets directly from Disney. Called another AAA LOCATION and the woman I spoke with sent me an email with all the discounts for the parks and there was the tickets we were looking for . So the agent at Swift Creek did NOT give us the correct information. We pay for a membership and couldn't use it for tickets. If you don't know ask don't assume. Auto service: Regardless of your appointment time that is a slot doesn't mean you will get in at that time is what I was told. I had an appointment at 10am , I had to call for an update they NEVER call back with updates . This is not the 1st. Then the gentleman stated they needed to get the parts from the dealer and our vehicle would be ready in 1-2 days. Call Thursday afternoon and now it's something Friday. They can't give you a direct answer. Then to make you feel like you're not a priority when you're a paying customer just like everyone else. A phone call with the any updates is better than NOTHING! DO BETTER! Treat your customers how you would WANT TO BE TREATED!
