Lufteknic spent over 2 hours inspecting a pre-owned Porsche for me. They reviewed the machine end to end and provided detail on the good and bad, as well as went over the machine diagnostics with me. He has seen various conditions of these cars and had so much perspective to offer. He was honest about the features and condition of the car. Kenny is still alive, so I expect they still do it the same as the last two generations. In my twenties and thirties (OK, into my early forties) I drove a succession of tire eating machines (a 351 Cleveland Torino, a Datsun 2000 roadster, three generations of RX7s) that Ken kept shod. The one problem I ever had with service was when Billy did something sloppy mounting some tires for my 1985 RX7 GSL-SE and scalped the edge of one rim. I was standing there and saw it happen and headed straight to Kenny. We went back over, he asked Billy what happened, Billy said "Man says I damaged his wheel." Kenny said "I can see the shavings all over my machine, so somebody here did it." He spent six months looking for an acceptable replacement because we agreed that the dealer price looked like somebody should be standing in the shadows with a Colt .45. He found a nice one and called me and took care of it. tl:dr: This is a family run place with family values: if something is wrong, they will make it right if you let them.

They fixed the issue, confirmed that the work the other auto shop said I needed actually did not need done, and they picked up on another intermittent issue that had been going on with my truck for some time. They went above and beyond even after a extended ordeal with my finicky truck. Jason and the Mincz crew are knowledgeable, honest and professional. I appreciated that they communicated what was going on with my truck in detail and physically showed me the issues, instead of the usual "Your truck is ready." They will have my business for all my vehicles going forward.
