Appointment was a week out. no…read moreproblem. i dropped my truck off for the appointment. 2 days later i get the work order to approve to have the work done. i noticed a large service on the work order was on there twice but with a different code. i called to address this issue and to see what my warranty was going to cover. i was told they would get back to me. 3 days later i had to call them to get an update. wouldn't you know, they have done nothing. so after a week of waiting for my appointment and 5 days after dropping it off i never even received a correct work order to approve.
