I have had AAA for years never had a problem or issue really with using them up until today. The driver comes out here and because my grandfather is the primary holder of the account regardless of me and my mom having our own AAA card with our names on it and number underneath my grandfather, which is all three of us I Was left stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire all because my grandfather was not present and we have our own cards with our names on it on his account. We pay a lot of money to have this service and we are now letting AAA go and finding somewhere else more professional I would not advise no one to use AAA services for this reason if you have small kids AAA is not for you. You will be left stranded if you are under a primary card holder, regardless, if you have your own number with your name and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau because of this this is a horrible customer service and service provided AAA ought to be ashamed of their self very disgraceful company read more

Travel: discount tickets Went into this location to get tickets for Disney the gentleman we spoke to stated they no longer had tickets for what we were looking for. We left disappointed. Came home ordered tickets directly from Disney. Called another AAA LOCATION and the woman I spoke with sent me an email with all the discounts for the parks and there was the tickets we were looking for . So the agent at Swift Creek did NOT give us the correct information. We pay for a membership and couldn't use it for tickets. If you don't know ask don't assume. Auto service: Regardless of your appointment time that is a slot doesn't mean you will get in at that time is what I was told. I had an appointment at 10am , I had to call for an update they NEVER call back with updates . This is not the 1st. Then the gentleman stated they needed to get the parts from the dealer and our vehicle would be ready in 1-2 days. Call Thursday afternoon and now it's something Friday. They can't give you a direct answer. Then to make you feel like you're not a priority when you're a paying customer just like everyone else. A phone call with the any updates is better than NOTHING! Well -- as with MOST COMPANIED POSTCOVID -i never did get a human on the phone to answer a couple quick questions-- fooled with it off and on a half day- THEN GAVE UP. I really miss those days when you could ACTUALLY GET A BUSINESS TO JUST ANSWER THE PHONE !! I WAS TOLD there was a 40 min.wait when calling the IRS last week. AND IT WAS. I had an appointment for service at 9. Hadn't heard anything from the service center by 3pm. So I called and was told I had a nail in my tire but the couldn't patch it that day. Why have an appointment then? The kicker - my key fob was broken by whomever worked on my car. Their response- it was old. So I basically made an appointment to be told I had a nail that they had no time to remove and patch AND to have my key fob broken. Never again! read more

This place has no respect for people's time. I brought my car for state inspection and oil change at 8:30 am. I was told it would take at least a couple of hours. They had a shuttle service for customers so I was driven home and was told I would get a call. I didn't get a call so by 3:00pm I called to check the status and was told my car hasn't been done yet" it will probably be around closing time 7:00pm or the following day" ....so not cool ! I wish they told me earlier so I could have taken my car to another place. read more

I have been waiting for more than 5 hours for a tow truck to come and every time I call its another hour or 2 and they still have not gotten here yet. The last time I called they said 30 minutes and I have been waiting almost and hour and the truck that is supposed to be coming is going far out from where I am just keep passing by me they are the worst roadside assistance I have ever used read more

DO NOT take your car here. I went to have my tires rotated and was told I needed new Sturts, and that was going to cost around 1600.00. I called around and was told to try to have my tires balanced and an alignment because it was doubtful a car with 70,000 miles on it needed new struts. I took it back to AAA and was told again I needed new struts. I took it to Automotive Concepts, and he took my tires off and SHOWED me there was nothing wrong with them. I'm so pissed off. I thought because they call themselves Triple A, they would be good and honest. Nope!!! read more

I asked the auto care team to install some new front tires. They found abnormal wear and installed four. They also found and repaired some other outstanding items. Nothing extra was done without permission and a lot of communication. I spoke with the shop foreman and found him a straight forward shooter. I didn't feel at all that they were just trying to get extras out of me for extra income like Merchants or some of the other shops in the area. I would highly recommend trying them out. read more

I'm not sure that I've met nicer people than the staff here. I just walked in with my two young kids and they took care of me right away, even backing in my huge minivan when done so that it would be easier to maneuver out of the parking lot. read more

I've started coming here since they opened. I'm not a AAA member but feel their prices are excellent. Their hours and location is the best around. I've stopped paying over $49.00 for an oil change at the dealer. Had brakes replaced estimates were spot on and the work done with estimated time frame. The waiting area is very comfortable with coffee and water. The seating very comfortable and outlets easily accessible for recharging phones etc. It's nice to be able to see into the work area which looks very clean. They have a great selection of travel items including luggage etc. Their shuttle service is an excellent perk. I recommend them to friends etc. read more

A AAA Manager (Greg Petrella) called me about an experience I had at this location and was very professional, and wanted to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. He explained about AAA's policy and made the situation right. I give him a lot of credit for going the extra mile and doing that because that is how you keep customers and make sure your business will prosper! I booked a trip for a bunch of friends and myself through this office. We found out last week that there was a large special event at our destination that we didn't know about. I contacted the agent we used to book the trip and let her know I was disappointed that we were not told about the event and needed to change the destination. She informed me that it was not a travel agent's duty to research travel destinations. She made no effort to help me resolve the issue nor did she give me any ideas as to how I could go about doing so on my own. I, and everyone I spoke with about it, was under the impression that travel agents do research on travel destinations. She informed me that they did not, all they do is book the trips. You're better off just booking your trip on one of the online travel sites and saving yourself the headache of dealing with these people. read more

While driving home my car experienced odd electrical issues similar to that of an alternator failing. The reason I suspected the alternator is b/c I have been through that repair 3 times before over the last 5 years. So I contacted AAA to arrange a tow for the car. The very nice woman over the phone helped arrange a tow truck. During the conversation she asked if it was ok to have the car towed to a local AAA care center for repairs. There would be a 10% discount on all services. I thought sure why not, it is just the alternator. I knew at the very most they would charge is 600$ and with 10% off I could live with 540$. After pickup, which was prompt, I received a phone call from the service tech telling me that the alternator was no longer working. I said really (acting surprised) ok, what is the price. 736.00$---my first reaction was total shock...I asked 736.00 why so much. I had an alternator replaced before and it was not even close to that price. He said is was really the labor 2.8 hours. I was ok with that...I had made an attempt to replace an alternator in the past and vowed never to do again. So 2.8 hrs of labor seemed more than fair. However, the cost for the alternator was nearly 400$...which is insane. So I explained that this is our 3rd car and if you do not mind searching around for a better price, even if it takes a few days I will wait. He said sure and would call me tomorrow. Great!!!! Early the next morning I got the call that the local Nissan dealership had the part for 200$. Great...total price with labor 550$--perfect...proceed with the work. Later that day I received a phone call that they had found other problems. It appeared my engine damping bracket was leaking oil onto the wiring harness causing the wires to fail. I said, ok let me hear you clearly you said oil is leaking from a part that contain hydraulic fluid. No, no...you are also leaking hydraulic fluid. The oil is coming from the failed valve covers. So the whole wiring harness has to be changed. The price now is 1330$...OH no I must have really pissed these guys off by asking for them to do just a small amount of work to save me a few dollars. Now my first thought is get a tow truck and get my car out of there, but that would cost at least another 200$, plus having another shop look at the car. After time and energy spent I am probably coming in at 1300$. I said just fix it....I have learn my lesson LORD, I will never take my car to AAA again. So, a day later I get a call....it is a miracle they do not have replace the wiring harness. They were able to do something that did something that did not cost much. What the hell ever just give me my car so I can put this nightmare behind me. The new price 975$...fine, great, when can I get the car. Tonight!!! So, I arrive for the first time to a very nice looking center, and it all begins to make sense. The guy I had been working with over the phone was not a service tech, he is basically a salesman who knows nothing about cars. Our total converstation was complete b/s. They play on people's ignorance and sell them on whatever they think you can pay. So I paid 975$. Get the car, check for dents, and am on my way. In the car for 5 mins and begin to hear this odd sound coming from behind the firewall on the passanger side of the car. Well S$%T. It was late, I have a crazy busy day at work...I will deal with it tomorrow. So I call and explain the problem to the "service tech" who tells me to bring it in after work. I arrive a 635pm and he tells me to have a seat and they will pull it in the garage to look at. They close in 20mins, they are not going to be able to diagnosis the issue in 20mins. I said keep it and look at tomorrow. He said fine. Next day arrives, no phone call, I call them around 5pm and find out no one has even looked at the car. Why would they, I have already overpaid for services. I was told the tech who worked on the car was off and he will be in tomorrow. Fine. At 830am I get a call...drum roll please...tire roar....your tires are cupped and you are hearing tire roar...I said, SIr this is a noise that was not there before I brought it to you. Tire roar does not appear overnight. I attachly takes several years of not caring for your tires for tire roar to set in. I made the statement that i will be coming to explain the problem so they know exactly when I am describing. I am writing this story with the car still in the shop. I have decided to just get the car and have someone else look at it. I am tired and have learned my lesson and just want to end this insanity. I will never call or take my car to another AAA center again. Oh by the way they also overcharged my credit card for the towing service. Quoted 24$ to cover what my AAA membership did not cover. i was charged the entire bill. I am new to the area and know all too well that a good mechanic is almost as important as a good school. read more

I had an absolutely perfect service experience -- every person I dealt with was on top of the situation and kept me informed. My problem was diagnosed quickly and repaired for a very reasonable price. They'll be handling all service for my 2010 Ford Escape from now on -- the first provider I've trusted since moving out of the area from the dealership where I bought my truck. read more

I ended up with a blow out on my Pirelli tires on my one-month old sports car on a Sunday. Called several places, no one carries the tire in stock so it was going to be Wednesday at the earliest. Went to AAA, after some research, the gentleman was able to find the tire and get it here the next day at same cost. Tire was ready by 10:00 a.m. Monday. Couldn't ask for more prompt service and better yet, it was less expensive than the price the car dealership quoted me. read more

This is the BEST place to take your vehicle! EVERYONE is so awesome! They welcome you with open arms as soon as you walk in the door. You can't beat the price for an oil change especially when it includes having your tires rotated and a huge inspection of the car. The gentleman I spoke with let me know of a couple issues with my car, explained everything in a way that I could understand and even took me out into the shop to see what he was talking about! I did not feel pressured into fixing my car right away nor did they try to scare me. Being a woman a lot of shops try to take advantage of that but this place sure doesn't. read more

My car died a week and a half ago, so having AAA, I decided to have it towed to their repair shop. Got an initial diagnosis of a leaking power steering pump, which (apparently) dripped fluid onto my alternator and killed it, so both would have to be replaced, along with a battery. Was told I'd get 12% off their hourly labor charge, with a grand total of around $975.00. Needing my car, I told them to just do it. Picked the car up, paid the tab, and within a week there was a terrible screeching sound everytime I started it up. Took it back to them (missed a half-hour of work, though they were very courteous & accepted full responsibility), and they told me they needed to swap out a pulley from the old alternator and attach it to the new one. Didn't make much sense, but I'm no mechanic, so I didn't argue. Picked the car back up yesterday after work, and wouldn't you know it, the exact same thing (loud screeching from a belt on the alternator) is happening yet again. Not sure what will happen tomorrow, but it's obvious that the mechanics they have on duty are substandard. Beautiful, glitzy facility with nice sales people, but seemingly incompetent techs. Ideally, I'd love to get a refund for the labor, and take it somewhere else, as I've never been through anything like this. read more
