If there's a missing policy, you should find it. For Lost Life Insurances' nominal fee, I got back personal contact from dozens of insurance companies--in a timely way--all because of LLI's professional direct approach. As you may or may not know, many insurance companies have been sold or consolidated over the decades. How to find them all? Needless to say, there's not a universal form to submit to each company. It's daunting to think....if I go state by insurance- commissioner-state, will I find what's needed? Did I miss anything? Using service with Lost Life Insurance you'll have expert service. The service LLI provides complete peace of mind. Insurance companies don't voluntarily come looking for you. Glad to see Lost Life Insurance on Yelp....now I know I can refer them using a simple link. Yelp is a "yellow pages" with reviews that talk.

I got divorced and made an appointment in advance to go get things changed and into my name and renters insurance, etc...they had my name with ex's address, and vice versa...at the appointment the agent didn't even have info ready for me, I was there for over 45 minutes and got nothing accomplished and he wanted me to come back another day - then why did I make an appointment to come see you? He was very unorganized. After considering it I left them and went with Statefarm, and ever since I have still been getting notices that my policy is up for renewal, bills, etc...I have even since moved out of their state, and they are still using my old address and I'm still getting the mail I called them just now and the lady who answered the phone seemed even more incompetent than the agent. My saving grace is that mail doesn't get forwarded forever, because I don't think they will get anything corrected before then. I have nothing against Allstate insurance, used them for almost 20 years, just don't use this office...

As a 65-year-old newly retired customer, I reached out to explore options after downsizing to one vehicle (a 2016) and switching to liability coverage. However, once I submitted my cancellation, I suddenly received multiple responses in a single day. That inconsistency says everything. Customer loyalty clearly doesn't matter here. If you need timely communication or basic responsiveness, this is not the company I would recommend.
