Do you not check a car before you buy it and put it on your lot? Second there was problems with the gas intake. Third the head gasket blew only one month after having it... Had it in the shop for a whole month and three extra days to charge an AC which only takes an hour... They have some nerve charging $1400 for a car that has over 200!!! Thousand miles on it. Everyone's been doing nothing but bullshitting me and my husband. Whatever person owns this place just know you have a lawsuit coming. Not to mention the hundreds of other horrible reviews from this place of how they sell lemons to people. You guys should be ashamed of yourself genuinely. Now our families out of a car once again and we have to wait for a lawyer. Oh just to mention while I was in there filing a complaint for what was wrong with the car a lady came in through her keys at the guy and said they need to fix her car that she just bought. She was an older lady... This is horrible and sad what y'all are doing to people who trust you!

Only problem was that dealer was 4 hours away. Called and spoke to Nathan at around 4:00pm. That's when the over the top exceptional customer service experience began. We had recently thought we found a vehicle only to arrive at dealer and find the car was sold. Expressed our concern that this might happen again. Nathan explained the VA Select Policy of not "holding" a car if someone came into lot and wanted to purchase. What he did do, was commit to letting us know upon closing that evening (via text), that the car was in fact still available and we could commit to driving there in the morning. But that wasn't good enough for Nathan. He also went the extra mile and took a picture of a scratch he noticed on the vehicle and sent us pictures. Said he would ask the body shop to buff it out first thing in the morning. We texted Nathan when we departed our house at 6:30am (they don't open until 9) and he was then able to remove it from the lot so no one could purchase since we were now enroute. Upon arriving to the location after 4-hour drive, the first thing we say at the entrance was a shiny, newly detailed Dodge Charger. My son was very excited and Nathan proceeded to give us a 30-minute certificate to do a test drive. This completely suprised us, as our experience had been drive around the block with saleperson hovering in back seat. Son was convinced it was the car after driving it for 5 minutes. Upon our return, Nathan offered us beverages and escorted us to his desk for the daunting "sign and make it yours experience". Not once did we feel pressure. No haggling was required (we knew this before we came), and Nathan patiently answered each and every question. Once the paperwork was complete and ready for us to go to the financing department, we all went outside and talked about the car some more. Nathan shared several personal stories with our family and we were happy that we had him as our salesperson. But it didn't stop there. Once Finanace was ready for us, Nathan took it upon himself to take the vehicle to the the nearby service station and top of the gas tank. Outstanding. The financing process was quick and painless as we had pre-approval for the loan. Robert Seeney (F & I Manager) took over from there and made sure all the paperwork was in order since we were from out of state. He was extremely professional and had the personality of someone who took the customer service experience seriously. Bottom line is that our experience with Virginia Select Auto was exceptionally pleasant and we would hope that everyone would get the opportunity to work with Nathan if in the market to purchase a car. Their no-pressure process is something we will never forget. Thank you VA Select Auto!

I dropped my car off Friday (12/19) at 10am with an appointment and was told it would be ready between 3 and 5 that day. When I checked in, I told my service rep that my USB and USB C ports were not working. He cut me off, said it would require a separate appointment, and never wrote it down or passed it along. My car sat at Haley Ford all day with no updates. At 5:30pm, I was told the recall could not be completed because it had to be installed using a USB drive, but that it "wasn't working," even though no one had documented that the port was broken. I later learned that the recall did not actually require that at all. Around noon the following day, I was told my car was ready, but when I asked what had been done, the answer was nothing. After more than twenty four hours at the dealership, neither the routine service nor the recall had been completed. My car never left Haley Ford and sat there untouched the entire time. When I attempted to speak with someone other than the original service rep, I was told no one else was available and the call ended while I was requesting to speak with a supervisor. I then took my car to Sheehy Ford, where the recall update was completed in about five hours without any issue. They were confused when I explained why Haley Ford said it could not be done. Everyone else I have interacted with at Haley Ford has been kind and helpful, and my purchase experience was great. My concerns are specifically with the service department's communication and follow through.

One the guys there belittled me for my age and kept telling me "go tell your daddy to buy it for you" , "yeah, yeah tell your daddy to come with you next time" , "go ahead and come back with your daddy " well let me tell you man , don't judge young buyers! , you shouldn't even judge anyone even if there young! Saying comments like that during the test drive really pissed me off because I'm an adult too and should be treated like one. Another thing that kept irking me is when I had questions about the car he would find it hard to answer and instead,he kept telling me to hold on because he needed to answer calls .It felt like I wasn't even taken seriously. I'm not sure how they've operating 30 years + (apparently) and still don't understand how to treat customers equally. I'm glad I didn't give my money to them. The car itself seemed fine but I noticed that the dealer had altered it to look like it was perfect condition but it wasn't, it was driving rough and wasn't driving the way it should be and I was told it was normal when it's not.
