I bought 3 cars from them so I went to trade my car in that i bought from them they really low balled it. Then they didn't want to sell me a car unless it was for an outrageous price. My car i was trading in yes it had one problem but that problem was the same when I purchased it from them. Im telling you they didn't even try to work with me unless I pay $800 a month for a used car are u serious. So no I wouldn't dare patronize them again. I have a 627 credit a $1500 down payment and a 2020 ford fusion sel for the trade in and u still want my payment to be more than $800 dollars a month. What it was they thought I was just another stupid black man. The thing is a black man was trying to sell me the car. This here is wrong all the way wrong. Wow! Everything started out good. The sales guy was really friendly and not pushy which I liked so I bought the car. Now its been nothing but a nightmare they can't seem to get my paperwork correct my temp tag has expired then they're sending things to my old address that I used to live at five years ago I don't understand what is so hard about processing a new purchase. read more

I had such a great experience today that I couldn't even wait till tomorrow to say how great this place is. I filled out an inquiry at enterprise rentals and told them I wanted to buy a car. They referred me to enterprise car sales and Marcus called me later that day. When I spoke to him on the phone I was amazed about how nice and knowledgeable he was. I went in the next day and met with him and it went great! Rasheed, one of the managers, popped in and introduced himself. Both Marcus and Rasheed worked with me to find the car I was looking for. This was THE BEST customer service I have ever experienced from a car place! They are awesome, they will take care of you, and it's haggle free. They didn't boast about how great the deal was ( well under kbb value), or how great there selection was, but they gave me great customer service and addressed all my needs! do not purchase a vehicle from enterprise car sales !!! they lied to me when i bought the car and stated it was under factory warranty when it was not !! i had to have my car towed to the nissan dealership because i had a faulty oil pan !!! nissan informed me there was no factory warranty so there was no record of service on this car !!! enterprise took it to a tire shop for maintenance which they knew voided the warranty so therefore i had to pay 185 dollars just to have them release my car to them !!! they repaired it at a tire shop kept my car for a week , they paid for the repair but they still owe me 185 dollars for their lie about their factory warranty !!! do not trust the justin or raymond !!! read more

I went to Enterprise after someone told me to check them out. My old truck was totaled in January after an accident on black ice. I had my truck for 14 years. I met Paul told him I didn't quit know what I was looking for but all I really wanted was a navigation system. He brought out a Pathfinder and we took a drive down the street. Like the truck so when we got back i proceeded to buy. I get home and the next day I realize that there is no navigation. I called Paul and said there is no navigation and that was all I wanted and he just sold me something that didn't have what i ask for. He but you liked the truck, and you can use your cell phone for navigation. to make a long story short I wanted to return the truck he said we can find you something else with nav. The next day I get there and he had 2 other trucks for me to look at but upon looking at both trucks they did not have nav. I felt they were giving me the run around. Then they proceeded to tell me they would pay to put one in the Pathfinder. The found a place that would do it, so I let them keep my truck for a day and a half only to find out the place couldn't do it because they needed another piece that was not manufactured.They wasted my time, and they made sure it was too late for me to return the truck. Paul and the Manger Mat said they would keep in touch with me when they found this piece. Well nobody ever called back. I Called and texted Paul and got nothing. So on day I stopped by Audio Express to see if they could put a navigation in my truck and Alex said yes. I called Paul and he said he ok. The next day I call Paul again and he said his manager wanted to take care of this because I have waited a long time (its now May). First they said they would pay , then they came back and said they were only going to pay half and I had to put the $500 deposit down so I did. the following week I dropped my truck off and they put the navigation in. Audio Express called and said they were done but I couldn't get my truck until enterprise paid their part. I had to get on the phone and call Paul he told me he was out of town so I had to call Matt the manager and he said he sent the invoice in, So I said i need you guys to pay now so I can get my truck back. Then he said he would call me back. I had to end up calling Matt back and he did not take my call. Audio Express let me come get my truck and enterprise had not paid there part at that time. The story is much worse but this review is long enough. It took 5 months of pursue these guys and they pretty much gave me the run around. I hated I went there and I will never by anything else from them. i rent a lot of cars as well and I will never rent a car either. Worst experience of my life!!! read more

First the bad. Decided on the car and price I wanted; was told they found a white minivan that was on an Enterprise lot in Marion, and that it had to be put through the 106(?) point inspection and certification process, the oil changed and the vehicle detailed, and that it should be ready by Monday. When I called Monday it wasn't ready and I got a 90% chance it would be ready Tuesday. Not. Was told Wednesday that the car had arrived, been detailed etc but was the wrong car! (Turned out to be grey instead of white, a 2014 instead if a 2013, had less mileage and was ~ $3000.00 more. I said I'll take it, and I did. Now the good: The car was immaculate, even the engine was pristine, and Enterprise took care of notifying DMV, arranged my loan through my Credit Union, changed out the license plates from my trade in car, etc. and gave me full Kelly Blue Book value for my car. The only negative I have at this point is that the owner's manual wasn't available and they ordered one for me, but it's been almost 3 weeks and I still haven't gotten it. All in all, after a bad start I ended up with a nicer, newer model car with fewer miles and a prettier color than the one I had originality been promised, and I'm happy about that. read more

The entire experience made us feel very welcome and we were very satisfied after them showing us several options and trying to get us something that we would love now and have value in for the years to come.
