Saying comments like that during the test drive really pissed me off because I'm an adult too and should be treated like one. Another thing that kept irking me is when I had questions about the car he would find it hard to answer and instead,he kept telling me to hold on because he needed to answer calls .It felt like I wasn't even taken seriously. I'm not sure how they've operating 30 years + (apparently) and still don't understand how to treat customers equally. I'm glad I didn't give my money to them. The car itself seemed fine but I noticed that the dealer had altered it to look like it was perfect condition but it wasn't, it was driving rough and wasn't driving the way it should be and I was told it was normal when it's not.

He was by far one of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Daniel was also very honest and a just good human being all the way around. He never once pressured me to purchase my truck and never tried to feed me things he thought I wanted to hear. He won my business just by being honest and again not trying to sell me my vehicle. I took the vehicle for a test drive and basically knew it was exactly what I needed, the price was right and I was able to get them a check the same day. I was encouraged to take it to my mechanic if I wanted to and if something came up to give them a phone call. They offered me a 30 day warranty and again I was encouraged to call them with any issues. After driving the truck a bit I started to notice a mechanical problem, however these things can be expected when you purchase a used car. Car Corral also knows things happen and this is why they offer a warranty on all their vehicles. A company that purposely is selling bad vehicles would not offer a warranty of any kind, it just would not make business sense. I reached out to Daniel who told me to bring the vehicle back so they could help me out. I brought the vehicle back and to my surprise was given a loaner vehicle to drive while mine was being looked at. You can't even get a loaner vehicle at franchised dealerships these days, so this was an awesome benefit. I drove their loaner vehicle for a few days before receiving a phone call telling me to come pick up my truck. I arrived to pick up my truck and they said they were unable to locate the problem. However they didn't just say sorry about your luck they told me to take it to one of my mechanics and see if they could find anything. I took the truck to a different mechanic and they were able to locate my concern. I sent over the work order to Car Corral and they assisted me by helping me pay the bill. There was very little push back on this and I was pleasantly surprised. The customer service and integrity of this dealership is second to no one. They may not be a franchised dealership but they are not a "buy here pay here" either. These guys will take care of you even after you hand them their money. Thank you!

    This is long but full of caution against doing business with this place. On a Monday, we went to…read morethe dealership to purchase a pre-owned Toyota Tacoma that was very nice! Fully loaded, clean Carfax, sunroof, lift kit, all the bells and whistles for the price point we wanted. We bought the truck, paid a $5000 down payment, and signed all the paperwork on Monday evening, but we were told the truck just needed new wheels and that they were being delivered and installed tomorrow (Tuesday) morning and then detailed and we could pick it up Tuesday. We said okay no worries and left. Tuesday afternoon we called after not hearing anything and they said it wouldn't be ready Tuesday because during the tire install, a specific, special bolt broke, so they had to order a new one and it would be delivered and installed Wednesday and we could pick it up Wednesday. On Wednesday, we called and they said it's almost ready, it just had to be aligned and detailed, but it would be 100% ready on Thursday. On Thursday we actually go up there and are told that there was an issue with the control arm, but it would absolutely 100% be ready to go home on Friday, no questions asked and they would deliver it to my husband at his workplace, and we left in a loaner. Friday comes and they call and say they 'cannot get the truck to align' and they discovered $9000 worth of repairs so they cannot sell the truck... At this point we were very frustrated but did appreciate that they didn't just give us the truck anyway, but they needed to make this right. We asked for a manager and were given to the General Sales Manager, Shaun. We told him they had 24 hours to produce at least 2+ other comparable trucks to choose from and we would not be putting another cent towards it, and we would be keeping the loaner they gave us until they had a viable option for us. We also made it clear that he's only open to Toyota or Nissan ONLY. He said no problem, and to come by at 11:00 the next (Saturday) morning to look at the other options. Shaun calls Saturday morning and says they have 3 options, one is a Chevy and we stopped him and said we told your receptionist only Toyota or Nissan last night, but he claims he 'didn't get the message from her' but luckily he has a Nissan Frontier with less mileage and a newer year (although no bells and whistles) that we can try out when we get there. We arrive and Shaun takes us to his office and asks for a rundown of all that's happened so far since he 'wasn't on the sale from the start'. We believe he should have done all the discovery prior to us arriving, but we go over the past week in detail. He then goes into this long, drawn-out spiel of the issues with the truck we originally purchased (we already knew these things) so we ask to just move on and see the Frontier. He says, 'Well I'm going to fall on the sword here, it's 100% my fault, but the Frontier was sold last night.' If he knew the Frontier was sold on Friday evening, why tell us on the way to the shop Saturday morning that we could come and look at it? At that point we were ready to walk away, but he said he could pull together a list from their entire group's inventory of possible options. He comes back 10 mins later with a spreadsheet of trucks - ALL are over his price point and the one that was sort of an option was a Nissan Titan WITH damage on the Carfax AND a diesel engine... We said that we were totally done and ready for a refund of the down payment, and then he started to say 'Well we don't typically have accounting here on the weekend...' but we insisted that we would be leaving with our money in hand, no matter what he had to do. We got 'lucky' per Shaun, and they did have a finance person working and we left with our refund and the absolute worst taste in our mouths. Take your business elsewhere.

I kept telling her no, I was not interested in any other vehicles. She kept at it, the one you want is sold, but these other ones are the same model but, in a different color. I desired the one in the color I chose. I HUNG UP!!! I thanked her for her phone time. The next day she called, saying exactly the same thing. I was disappointed. I ended the call nicely. Next day, I didn't answered, she left a voicemail and was very rude. She said, I hope you do not think Haley Ford has time to consistently call and you do not answer. Lastly, she said, you better believe that. I have known a lot of people buying vehicles at Haley Ford over the years and were happy about it. So I said, I am going there. This was very disappointing. Also, Patrick was no better, it seemed they were seeing who could corrupt me more. This happened two months ago. I just have been distraught over it. I am still looking for a reliable vehicle. But, this experience left me with misgivings. I have a photogenic memory when certain things bother my soul. This stood out, when I passed by there recently. I did not want to even look over there

There has been nothing but problems with this car. When we took it back the first time they discovered I need a new brakes and motors... Do you not check a car before you buy it and put it on your lot? Second there was problems with the gas intake. Third the head gasket blew only one month after having it... Had it in the shop for a whole month and three extra days to charge an AC which only takes an hour... They have some nerve charging $1400 for a car that has over 200!!! Thousand miles on it. Everyone's been doing nothing but bullshitting me and my husband. Whatever person owns this place just know you have a lawsuit coming. Not to mention the hundreds of other horrible reviews from this place of how they sell lemons to people. You guys should be ashamed of yourself genuinely. Now our families out of a car once again and we have to wait for a lawyer. Oh just to mention while I was in there filing a complaint for what was wrong with the car a lady came in through her keys at the guy and said they need to fix her car that she just bought. Battery has a four year warranty but he refused to honor because it was replaced under warranty. Never heard of such a thing, two other Nissan dealers told me and showed me in the computer that it is under warranty but he refused to do anything about it. I'm sorry an employee became ill the day my husband waited 7 hours at your dealership. I stand by my remarks. I believe your dealership sold us a "Certified" vehicle that never should have had that dubious honor. Despite your claims that this vehicle wasn't part of the recall and warnings in Altima years 2013 -2016, the warning light remains on and it will cost more than $3500 to repair on a low-mileage vehicle. We have integrity and will not knowingly sell or give the vehicle to anyone with this airbag warning light displayed. Stating on the repair ticket that the warning lights "aren't part of the VSP inspection list" is also conflicting information. Warning lights are there for a reason. It's our plan to have the issue rectified, but not at your dealership. I have bought both new and certified used vehicles from your dealership in the past, but don't feel comfortable doing so again.
