I have always been a customer of this establishment, however today, I went to get some spark plugs…read moreand either the clerk was trying to skim some money off the top or he was completely incompetent on how to look up and ring up the correct part for my vehicle. I pray they are not price gouging or doing the bait and switch. The O.E. plugs where "NOT IN STOCK" and or "THE COMPUTER SAYS WE HAVE THIS MANY BUT THERE ARE ONLY THIS MANY IN THE BACK. I can only pray this establishment in not engaged in this type of behavior. I am truly dis appointed, in addition too I hope to God he gave me the right plugs cause he also asked me "THIS VEHICLE HAS EIGHT PLUGS" I clearly told him I have the 3.5L engine which has six plugs, which he tried to charge me $60.00

He even refuses to give me my car key back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM!!! He seems to have a lot of fake "good reviews" his GF Ashley Ann aka Ashley S knows exactly what he's up too because she's in it with him. Do yourself a favor and avoid this business at all costs.

Joseph Booth is the owner and when you first meet him he seems like he knows what he's talking…read moreabout. He was doing some mechanic work for a neighbor and I asked him if he could do some work on my van. He said he could and said he goes by the mechanics workbook and that would tell him how many hours it would take him to finish the work. He charges $125 an hour. So I had bought all the parts I needed for the work to be done: 1. Valve cover gaskets 2. Oil pan gasket 3. Oil cooler lines 4. Inline fuel filter 5. Oil filter 6. Motor oil He sent me a text message stating that it shouldn't take more than 5 hours to do the work. The first day he got most of the work done but the valve covers were warped and he couldn't get the gaskets to go on them correctly so he ordered some new ones. They came in Thursday and he came back that Sunday. He put on the valve covers and did the oil/oil filter but the oil cooler radiator was stripped out and had to be replaced. He replaced it that night and all was good he said. Now remember that the initial job didn't include the oil cooler radiator being replaced so that would have taken some extra time. He initially quoted me no more than 5 hours for everything but the radiator replacement. So how many hours did he charge me for everthing? He charged me 14 hours. Really!!! Thats a huge jump from the 5 hours he quoted. Even so i was willing to let that all go but guess what? My van WILL NOT START!!! Now my van ran well but leaked oil and i was tired of checking and adding oil every time i stopped the van. I talked to him several times on the phone and through text and he said he would come bye to check but he hasnt shown up or answered my text/calls. So now hes ghosting me. I would say that he is not a stand up guy and will not stand up for his work. I had a running van BEFORE HE WORKED ON IT NOW ITS A PAPER WEIGHT. I am going to contact a lawyer and see what i can do about this RIPOFF ARTIST. STAY AWAY FROM HIM!!!
