This is long but full of caution against doing business with this place. On a Monday, we went to the dealership to purchase a pre-owned Toyota Tacoma that was very nice! Fully loaded, clean Carfax, sunroof, lift kit, all the bells and whistles for the price point we wanted. We bought the truck, paid a $5000 down payment, and signed all the paperwork on Monday evening, but we were told the truck just needed new wheels and that they were being delivered and installed tomorrow (Tuesday) morning and then detailed and we could pick it up Tuesday. We said okay no worries and left. Tuesday afternoon we called after not hearing anything and they said it wouldn't be ready Tuesday because during the tire install, a specific, special bolt broke, so they had to order a new one and it would be delivered and installed Wednesday and we could pick it up Wednesday. On Wednesday, we called and they said it's almost ready, it just had to be aligned and detailed, but it would be 100% ready on Thursday. On Thursday we actually go up there and are told that there was an issue with the control arm, but it would absolutely 100% be ready to go home on Friday, no questions asked and they would deliver it to my husband at his workplace, and we left in a loaner. Friday comes and they call and say they 'cannot get the truck to align' and they discovered $9000 worth of repairs so they cannot sell the truck... At this point we were very frustrated but did appreciate that they didn't just give us the truck anyway, but they needed to make this right. We asked for a manager and were given to the General Sales Manager, Shaun. We told him they had 24 hours to produce at least 2+ other comparable trucks to choose from and we would not be putting another cent towards it, and we would be keeping the loaner they gave us until they had a viable option for us. We also made it clear that he's only open to Toyota or Nissan ONLY. He said no problem, and to come by at 11:00 the next (Saturday) morning to look at the other options. Shaun calls Saturday morning and says they have 3 options, one is a Chevy and we stopped him and said we told your receptionist only Toyota or Nissan last night, but he claims he 'didn't get the message from her' but luckily he has a Nissan Frontier with less mileage and a newer year (although no bells and whistles) that we can try out when we get there. We arrive and Shaun takes us to his office and asks for a rundown of all that's happened so far since he 'wasn't on the sale from the start'. We believe he should have done all the discovery prior to us arriving, but we go over the past week in detail. He then goes into this long, drawn-out spiel of the issues with the truck we originally purchased (we already knew these things) so we ask to just move on and see the Frontier. He says, 'Well I'm going to fall on the sword here, it's 100% my fault, but the Frontier was sold last night.' If he knew the Frontier was sold on Friday evening, why tell us on the way to the shop Saturday morning that we could come and look at it? At that point we were ready to walk away, but he said he could pull together a list from their entire group's inventory of possible options. He comes back 10 mins later with a spreadsheet of trucks - ALL are over his price point and the one that was sort of an option was a Nissan Titan WITH damage on the Carfax AND a diesel engine... We said that we were totally done and ready for a refund of the down payment, and then he started to say 'Well we don't typically have accounting here on the weekend...' but we insisted that we would be leaving with our money in hand, no matter what he had to do. We got 'lucky' per Shaun, and they did have a finance person working and we left with our refund and the absolute worst taste in our mouths. Take your business elsewhere. read more

My girlfriend took her car in for a simple issue that most likely was loose wiring but instead we sat in the lobby for 5.5+ hours and were given the run around every time we asked for any sort of ETA or info about the car. They already referred her to a body shop and told her that they could not do anything for it but after going through a body shop she had to bring the car back up here for them to run the same tests they did before. I recently took my 2016 Kia Optima to Loyalty for an appraisal. My vehicle was in excellent condition with no interior damage and had previously been appraised by another dealership as being in like-new condition. After Loyalty's appraisal, they reported a gash in my dashboard, damage that was not there before. Based on the timing and condition of my vehicle, I believe the damage occurred while it was in their care, likely to justify a lower appraisal. This kind of behavior speaks volumes about the lack of integrity and character within their operation. I expected honesty and professionalism, but instead left feeling deceived and deeply disappointed. I would not recommend trusting them with your vehicle. read more

Every time I have dealt with this place I always have an issue one way or another. We have a Toyota warranty that is supposed to cover a total service and never had an issue until we moved here. We still have to pay somewhere around $70 making the warranty almost useless. Today we went because they were offering a deal for oil services at $50. Upon arriving the advisor then told me that that only covered 5 qts and since I had a bigger engine that I would have to pay extra for the other qts of oil. No where in the text we got about the deal did it only say 5qts or less. I was willing to move past that and still pay the little difference. It came out to $90 and they wouldn't budge on the price. I could have done it cheaper myself. They also suggested a plethora of services to include replacing the cabin air filter which I did a few months ago myself. After it was all said and done I walked out to my truck to find the mechanic left oily hand prints on my hood and door. Once I got in the truck it smelled like oil and I had to air it out for the entire drive home. I would leave 0 stars if it was an option. Gave them my VIN#, and I paid $30 for a J Hook. Yes, $30. When it came in, I picked it up and installed it. Turned out it didn't fit. So I went to return it, and the Parts manager said "since you installed it, you can't return it." I told him "you ordered me the wrong part, this is your mistake." He refused. So I went to the General Manager of the dealership, and he made it right. He looked up the CORRECT parts number, refunded my money, and gave me the correct J hook for free. Which was supposed to be $10. While the General Manager did make things right, it was still an overall terrible experience. I just called the parts department today to ask for the part # and the price for fuel injectors for my Toyota. The lady on the phone said "We don't give out parts numbers". But she did tell me that each individual fuel injector is $392 each. Service department is great . I brought a car from them 2 years ago. This place I wouldn't get extended warranty from . My car had check engine light on the first time before this time oil change. I went to advance and Riley and both places stated low oil pressure . I mentioned this but they was head up for to be charged 200 for their test which stated the same thing the free one did . Now the engine has problems and thr warranty wants to put blame . Top it all ..they wants to charge me extra for more test ...to get out of paying for the repairs. I don't even know where to begin. Firstly, I was essentially held hostage by two ladies in finance as they wouldn't let me leave before they sold me a warranty. I don't like or trust warranty companies, and they would literally not let me decline a warranty. It was about thirty minutes of talking to them before I finally said "fine" and left with a warranty I didn't want. I said I didn't want it multiple times over the course of 30 minutes! Then, they failed to submit my registration or title paperwork, so my temp plate went expired. The finance ladies then just completely refused to answer my phone calls for weeks. I left multiple messages a day, and I was very careful to not be rude or demanding throughout the entire process so they couldn't blame me being a bad customer. Not once did I push, or prod, or raise my voice or get angry. But after almost three months of going through this, I finally talked to a manager and explained the situation. They helped me out, and the finance ladies called me and gave me the number to the title company to "do it myself". While I don't think I should have "done it myself", I figured it was a huge win getting a call back to begin with. When the time came for me to cancel my warranty, the warranty I again didn't want, they refused to pick up their phone or call me back. Everyone there was very nice, but they are so pushy and refuse to help you once you walk out the door. Not very "loyalty" of them. I had to wait to finalize my warranty cancellation before putting up this review for fear of them making this nightmare even worse. Oh yeah and the salesman took my phone and gave their dealership a 5 star review from my account. What the f&!@ is even that? I really don't know what else to say here. Avoid. read more

I bought a car from them and got their warranty that was so great, lifetime power train. Don't believe it the company does everything to find a way for you to have to pay for the repair, then when they can't, they only pay a portion of the repair, leaving you stuck with the bill. And they requested all this diagnosis of the vehicle, after I had two certified Mechanics determine that the engine was bad. One was the deal for the vehicle. Keep all your repair receipts, and any oil changes. The warranty is not worth the money you spend they will make you pay over and above the $100 they say is all you will spend. The other thing do not trust Loyalty, they over charge for their cars and all that glitter is not gold. They give you all those free inspections and service deals to find a way to get you to spend more money in the service department. Take your car to someone you trust to check if the item they say needs fixing and try to find someone who will not charge you as much as they will. My car did get fixed, but not without a lot of going back and forth with the dealership and the warranty company. I ended up paying approximately, $1200 when it should have only cost me $100. Be careful of what you purchased, and my advice is don't get it from Loyalty. read more

I TRULY REGRET BUYING A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Customer service at this place is awful! They tout these "lifetime loyalty" benefits if free oil changes and state inspections - well you better book those 3-4 months in advance or you're never getting to use them. When I bought my car here they held onto the keys for my trade in basically until I signed the sales contract. I felt like a hostage there. It was a good deal on the car, but not a great experience. They also added some crap "Auto Butler" service that I have to get refreshed every 6 months - well, they don't do those appointments in weekends and it takes them literally 5-6 hours to do whatever it is they do, which means I have to burn an ENTIRE vacation day if I want to keep up with the warranty on this service that they charged me $700 for. They would not refund it or take it off the sales contract either - the sales rep made it seem like it would be an easy thing to maintain, but it's not. They don't offer loaner cars for service, not even warranty service, so you're stuck with three optons: get someone to drive all the way to Bermuda with you, pay $60+ per day for a "rental", or wait for hours in a lobby with little comfy seating and no free snacks or drinks. Colonial Honda next door has WAY better service - snacks and drinks in the waiting area, day or longer term loaners (free) for more complex repairs (beyond just an oil change). Why you should always get multiple assessments. I brought my hyundai in for them to look at it an appraise it. I got there at 430 car probably went back shortly after. About 30 minutes passes and I am told that my car was dogged hard enough to go into limp mode so they are "taking" a look at it. Finally after being there for an hour and half not being told about anything what's going on, I was just offered to see cars. I am told they had a "Hyundai" expert brought in of 10 years to assess my car. The person stated the Hyundai expert says that's an early sign of transmission failure and that he can't believe it because it's rare. So after that I get my quote back and I am offered to simply pay my car off. I said good day and I don't trust your assessments and here is why. I had my car inspected and assessed by Hyundai the day before this occurrence. When my car was dogged to the point of hitting limp mode at loyalty Toyota it was because of a clogged catalytic converter, not soon to be transmission failure. Reassess your "experts". With this being my only interaction I have had with "loyalty" Toyota I will not be purchasing a vehicle from this dealership and yes this was a judge of character of the dealership I will always assess before actually buying a car. They do really have a Very bad and poor customer service they refused to do our 25k tire rotation under covered warranty because the car passed 25k mark which is I found unfair because the only reason we had to wait is because of the date of the appointment we had to book compared to day day of the service it was almost 20 days far fro the closest appointment and they don't really care their service guy I don't want to mention his name that was all he would do. We'll buy from you, even if you don't buy from us.) , and their ads for free inspections and oil changes...... We arrived at ll:15, left at 12:45, and after all that time we are still shopping. :( We were looking at purchasing a new or used car, we have our financing approved and was just waiting for the appraisal so we could choose the vehicle and do the paperwork. While I didn't think we would get 150% of the KBB value, I thought we would get more than $1000!!!! The KBB trade-in value is $4525. This also doesn't take into account that we just spent over $600 on new tires. It was a Definite Deal breaker and I feel it is false advertising. We spent a lot of valuable wasted time waiting for the appraisals, they redid it after we objected to the first. I so wish I had said NO and walked out then. The salesperson was nowhere to be seen during these times. He could have used this time to show us other vehicles, as we were trying to decide between new and used. We received 2 other appraisal offers at other dealerships. One, from another local dealership, was close to the KBB value and the 2nd was more than the KBB value. I was also told that I would be able to take the vehicle to my mechanic to ensure it was in good condition before I bought it. When I arrived, I was told the vehicle wasn't on the lot, that they needed to run my credit to see if I would be approved for financing (after I had in writing that I already was), and that I would not be permitted to take the vehicle to my mechanic, but they offered a seven day exchange policy (Not a return policy). I am not a mushroom and therefore do not enjoy being fed bull$&@(. The manager listened intently while detailing for the technician. Sure enough I had been right. Brian Johnson has been my service manager for several years now and I find him reliably honest in dealing with me regarding issues, cost, and time needed for repair. I communicated with Karen that I was interested in the car and would stop by after work (1/13/2022). I called to confirm with Karen around noon but she was with a customer. I spoke with a manager, Sean and he assured me that he would pull the key meaning no other customer would have access to the car. WAIT THE KICKER - they send another manager whose supposed to be neutral and he tells me the customer's been trying to get to the dealership for 30 days to see the car. LIAR LIAR - look at the CARFAX Report it will show the dealership accepted the car on 1 Jan 2022 - Today is 13 Jan 2022; doesn't that equate to 13 days? LIAR LIAR. What type of dealership does business like this? I asked to speak to the Owner and Farley states "you won't talk to him today, he's in a meeting." The meeting was that important that Mr. Dave Perno couldn't speak with a customer? The owner nor the staff is trustworthy. THIS IS FACT - LOOK AT MY DOCUMENTS...I attached the price of the car from the Loyalty Toyota website, CARFAX report showing when the car arrived at Loyalty Toyota, and the information from the Purchaser showing he offered $13.995 - That's a $4000 increase. I was completely satisfied with them until they messed up my oil pan and then would not take ownership or responsibility for their mistake. I went in for a oil change and left with a leak. After one month they finally corrected the mistake stating they were doing it as a courtesy to me. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this one. I wonder what does Loyalty means to them. I had to threaten to report my car stolen for them to respond to me regarding the payment they owed me for my vehicle. I visited Loyalty Toyota at the end of April 2024 to purchase a used 2015 GMC pickup truck. When I arrived and saw the truck for the first time there was body damage that was not shown on the advertisement pictures. There was very noticeable body damage to the passenger side of the bed. This damage was nowhere to be seen in pictures. When I started the truck there was a tapping noise coming from under the hood (exhaust leak). The salesman stated that it made that noise at the initial start-up. While looking in the engine bay I saw that an exhaust manifold bolt had been broken into the block. Even with these issues I still wanted the truck. I went inside to talk numbers with the salesman. We agreed on a price and he went to fuel up the vehicle and run it through the car wash. About twenty minutes go by and the salesman has not come back yet. When he finally does he tells me that the truck has been wrecked (the salesman and a customer were backing up at the same time and collided). Still not knowing what happened the salesman walks away from me. The manager sat down with me and told me that the finance division was not going to run my credit and that he wanted me to see the damage. While outside with the salesman and the manager they stated to me that the truck would not be fixed properly. To fix the truck properly it would need a new bedside, tailgate, and bumper. I was told they would fix it as best as possible and that they would put a new bumper on it to hide the damage. The other offer was that they would take twelve hundred dollars off the agreed amount. Both offers were not acceptable and I left the dealership without the truck. About two weeks later I received a letter in the mail. The dealership did run my credit after I was told that they weren't going to. I will not deal with this dealership again after this experience. If I could give zero stars I would. I am grateful that I did not go through with the deal because I would still have to deal with them. read more

I have been faithfully using this dealership to repair my Toyota Highlander. I went in for a front end wheel alignment and had to take it to another auto repair shop to get the issue resolved. I have so much play in my steering that I knew for $168 they did NOTHING! I do not need the attitude from the car porter who brought my car around..especially when "LOYALTY Toyota" is GIVING me nothing for free. They lost my loyalty. 12/28/2022 - My Service Representative was kind and apologized for the incident that day and in the call made on this day. I will always hold a special place for Mr. Stith - and the Service Mgr called and sincerely apologized and rectified the incident. Thanks for reaching out - you do have a heart.
