An elderly driver side swiped my Nissan Sentra & demolished my driver side mirror. Have you ever driven on the Belt Parkway without a driver side mirror ? I would not advise it. We even had gotten keyed along one entire side; and the back bumper was a mess. They replaced the bumper, painted it beautifully, took out all those nasty dents. It looks like a brand new car. STAY CLEAR of the deception. The owner assured me he would take my bumper off and I was charged for removing the bumper and to be reinstalled as it said on the quote angelo gave me . While the car was being repaired My daughter remembered she needed her ez pass and when she showed up out of the blue to pick it up the bumper was all taped painted and nothing was ever removed . just a complete bait and switch fib ! read more

Had my car painted and it turned out to be a real bad experience save your money , not a professional shop . the color did not match and when I asked to speak to the owner they said he was on vacation. No one seemed to know what to do , the phone kept ringing and no one answered . iwent in and they said my dad is not in , but still no one when what to do . stay away !!!! read more

I've never written a fan letter to an auto body shop before but I am for Ultimate Auto Body in Glen Cove. My car had been rammed by an 18-wheeler, not only rammed but then dragged by this monster truck, ripping metal off the side as he went. This was one sick-looking car. A friend recommended Ultimate, so I brought my mangled car there. They said it would be coming back looking like it was on the showroom floor. They did not disappoint! It was there a whole month, unbelievable. I checked in regularly with the owner, Angelo, and his guys Tom and Carmine to try to get ETAs. They gently explained that the car literally had to be taken apart and put back together. It's back home now. I was completely satisfied with the service and expertise at Ultimate and so can highly recommend this company to you without reservations. read more

Great body shop. My 2016 Prius has had two unfortunate events in the past year. First, I clipped a deer driving along a dark road at night. Substantial damage to the front end. My mechanic suggested Ultimate to repair the car. Amazing work, impossible to tell it was ever damaged. They did take a little longer than expected, but the work was as near perfect as it gets. And they worked with the insurance company directly to get everything set up, I didn't have to do much at all. Then the Prius was rear ended at a traffic light. Less damage than the first incident, but I took it straight to Ultimate based on my first experience. After a thorough inspection they found the insurance company was under-estimating the damage based on their simple visual experience. They worked with insurance and revised the quote. Simple and easy. This time the repair was handled in three days, right on time. Angelo is a nice guy, easy going, and everyone there knows what the hell they are doing. He made what could have been two bad experiences no pain at all. Highly recommend. read more

Had my truck fixed after a major accident. When I got it back none of the mechanical issues were fixed only the bumper fenders and hood were replaced everything else was over looked. Not only I requested and certain type of hood and was given something else entirely. Brought the vehicle there in September and the job wasn't completed until February. Worst experience I ever had. If he's doing this to me and I know about cars,i wonder what he's doing to the little old lady. Sad! read more

I wish I had used Ultimate before I went to another auto body shop. Angelo the owner is the utmost professional. He gave me an accurate estimate and went to work on my vehicle. He didn't hold on to it for weeks. He had it done in a timely manner and on the date he said he would. My Chevy Malibu was in a pretty bad accident but he made it look like new. His price was fair and his work top notch. I will never go to anther body shop. read more
