    The condition of my order containing 2 jumbo bottles of shampoo and conditioner, medium bottle of heat treatment and a small bottle of lux.

    Order #K146677175- Absolutely horrible. My box was beaten and frail. All the items were loosely banged around. Appears they've been on a rough ride, all day, in the heat. Not to mention MISSING my leather bag. Which clearly, by the packaging, they never had any intentions of sending my bag, in the first place. Even though my receipt shows it in the box- whoever packed it, knew it was not in there. ORDER # K146677175- Which now Alta doesn't feel they need to send it out to me, because it was "a gift to begin with" Per the customer service rep. While it was a gift that I had to spend $75 in order to not be charged $75 for the bag!! Hence why I then added the heat protect. But that's irrelevant. So it's quite comical that Ulta is like- "yeah, too bad too sad". Even though your receipt shows we sent you your bag, and we OBVIOUSLY did not send it-(per the photos of how your items were packaged). Ulta can't just send me another bag??? Because their "system" won't allow them to..... then The customer service rep. proceeds to say......UNLESS, you want to spend another $75.00??? Then I will get that bag sent out to you. Oh- I forgot to mention- This offer is still being presented to anyone shopping at Ulta.com! SHOPPERS BEWARE- it's a scam! Because I was clearly in shock by the sheer audacity- I asked again- So just to be clear- your system will allow you to lie and say you sent a bag to a paying customer, but it won't allow you to actually make it right and send the bag?!! Unless I spend another $75.00?? She said- yeah! So is that Ulta's game??? Only interest is getting people to spend more money? So what if Ulta has to make promises they have ZERO INTENTIONS OF KEEPING? Or should we look at any employee's just helping themselves to the bags and telling the customers that they don't have any? Remember it's only while supplies last......and sometimes that's upon the offering of this gift. The representative I spoke to at the Sterling (Dulles 28) location, informed me that that specific location NEVER had any of the bags. They never received any. When at ULTA.COM it states that they did have some. Limited- but they did have some of both styles. When Mary Dillon received the powerful/strong Woman Award- I'm sure it wasn't intending for Ulta associates to interpret that as to deliver acts of strong arming all of your hardworking ladies, to spend their hard earned money, for gifts they will never receive- AND TO NEVER PROVIDE ANY accountability on Ulta's part, for this! And when I say there is NO ONE with any accountability for quality assurance-I mean NO ONE! As I was sent on a whirlwind back and forth. Everyone in the stores has told me, "that's on the warehouse we don't have anything to do with it." Yet their warehouse reps, told me to return such items to the store- And if the store still had any bags they could give me mine, that I never got! But again- the system won't allow them to... (you know the "blame something that can't prove you're a liar" trick.) So these two separate yet do the same job for the same company, entities, must have ways of communicating to each other. Just nobody wanted to. Because it's not their problem- it's my problem- So I'm the one that ends up with nothing.

    Part of the strip a few doors down from DSW. Pretty large space, MILFy customer demographic. No greeter or floater, sort of surprised by that. Clearance rack hidden away at the end of the second aisle on the right side of the store. The sales associates definitely had varying degrees of familiarity with inventory, since two of the three I spoke to at the counter had never even heard of the purse hooks. They'd run out of them by the time I'd gotten there, and once that had been established they were pretty unhelpful. Still bought a cheap hairbrush, some thermal protection spray, and set of travel rollers though.

The best part? Tricare Prime insurance covers so these thousands of dollars procedures cost me nothing! I consulted with 3 other plastic surgeons in the area all of them charged a min $150/consultation visit and $500-900/mole removal. In my case since we are Prime, I just needed to get a referral from my primary doctor, then everything from the initial consultation to all of the moles removal and follow up were covered fully. Sometimes you'd associate "free" to something that is "less" than paying thousands, nope, not in this case. When it comes down to your FACE, you'd be scrutinizing everything, so take it from me with 6 facial moles and 2 bodily moles removed that I am very impressed and would highly recommend!

At first, I was told there was no appointment; when I explained my situation Laura/Lauren (the lady who answered the phone) was extremely understanding, very kind, very prompt with her communication and she set up a quick appointment for me!!!! This not truly speaks to their commitment, communication and thoughtfulness. But it also speaks to the level of service on some level. Once the appointment was set up, I drove in (of course, finding the space for a newbie in that area was a little difficult - to locate them ) ....that incident too shows their support!!!! they were so kind. They walked right up to the carwash area, spotted my car and guided me back to their door. confetti and brownie points yet again. I was brought to the second floor. A young lady helped with washing my hair, and then I got moved to Umber's booth. Umber is super nice, efficient. She understood exactly what I wanted and delivered. I wanted my hair with a tiny curl inward and she did it. She also applied some products so that I could keep my hair perfectly styled just in case it started to drizzle! I walked out feeling amazing. My hair was done just right and I was ready for the wedding.... They have a good collection of hair products. I also found some really nice refrigerator magnets.     I'm gonna start by saying I got this haircut from glow studios in 2024 so almost 2 years ago I wish…read moreI was able to post pictures to show how bad the haircut was they're sitting in my camera roll but won't let me post, maybe their staff has improved but honestly I received the worst haircut I've gotten in my life from this studio and unfortunately I'm still not over it like I thought I would be by now, I waited so long to leave this review because I didn't want to give it because I only went because my friend worked there at the time and I was just trying to support her work , so the first time I went I asked for a tone and cut, the color was fine for my hair but the lady cut my hair uneven it was slightly noticeably uneven I would say about 2 inches off when my hair was infront of my face, even tho that should've been enough for me not to go back for some reason I still decided to go back for another tone and cut but this time another lady, the lady I went to was super nice we talked the whole time I really did like her but as she was cutting my hair she told me to feel my hair and let her know how it felt at this moment I was pretty sure she barely cut the other side of my head of hair so then I told her it felt super uneven then she proceeded to gaslight me and her and another coworker tried to tell me half my head of hair grows thicker than the other and half my head grows more hair than the other THEY TRIED TO TELL ME THIS FOR BOTH HAIRCUTS!!! as if I don't know my head of hair for the past 20 years, she didn't fix my hair and since I was sitting down with the cape on still I couldn't see how terrible she has cut my hair until I got home, she had cut half my hair of terrible layers and forgot to cut the other half the same with layers, she had cut the layers terribly my hair became so thin, and then I had to go get my hair cut again at a different place to even it out and my hair is half as thin as it was, my hair was one of my favorite features it took my years to grow it out to my lower back and I care about it so much and I still miss it to this day, I held off of writing this review for 2 years because I really did like the staff they were nice and I told myself my hair would grow back and it'll be fine but it is still 2 years later and my hair is NOTHING of what it used to be and is still growing out from this terrible haircut I received I cried so much over my hair and I did tell my friend to tell the salon but they told me to call back but I never did because honestly no amount of apology's or store credits couldn't save my hair at that point so I left it, I still think the salon has a lot of potential the staff was very nice just unfortunately my experience shows me they are bad at cutting hair and this experience was with 2 different ladies, hopefully the salon has improved for their customers sake but unfortunately my hair had an awful experience here and it was genuinely the worst haircut I've ever gotten in my life and the worst haircut I've ever seen someone give in real life ALSO I would love to add that I gave both stylist very detailed instructions on how to curl my hair since my hair doesn't hold curl easy I knew they would just fall out if they tried to curl my hair like another other white person hair (I have Asian and white mixed hair) I was super specific with both stylists to tell them my hair needs a lot of moose and hair spray and my hair needs to be pinned after each curl I EVEN OFFERED TO BRING MY OWN SUPPLIES AND DYSON but they told em they can do it so I didn't they listened to everything I had to say then proceeded not to do it but to give me beach waves that I didn't ask for it looks like they only know how to do one type of hair and they're not diverse with styles they seem to only know how to do white people hair and they're don't listen to instructions I was super specific and if I'm paying for a service I would like to know if it can be done right instead of wasting my time doing it wrong and that's exactly what they did, they didn't listen to any of my instructions to curl my hair instead they did what they wanted or whatever was easier for them and gave me beach waves and didn't pin my curls when I wrote like so many paragraphs before I even got there asking if they can do it, they don't listen to instructions and they only give you the type of hair they know how to do, I don't think they're very talented and I genuinely have no idea how the girl that cut my hair got her hair license, I've never been so disappointed mad and hurt from a hair salon they did a terrible job on my hair and I definitely don't ever see myself returning, I wish this buisness the best and hope they can learn and grow from this mistake so it doesn't harm other clients
