Then Junior washed and rinsed her hair and gave her scalp a massage as she was leaning back in her chair. She was enthralled. Finally he towel dried her hair and applied oil to her scalp. Judith was very pleased. He had done exactly what she requested and done it well. Finally, as we went to pay, Junior followed us and said "no payment necessary. Also, it took about 3 hours for the cut, wash, deep conditioning, & styling...another reason to only do the dry cut in the future. I'm not really sure I can justify the cost too much to return but I'm also not sure I can say that I've ever loved a haircut like I do this one. Four stars is mainly for price.
