It was never explained beforehand how long this process would take, so it was awkward having to wait around 20 minutes and another 20 minutes in a place that had no magazines, tv, distractions, nothing. Another salon screwed up a section of my hair. I am used to stylists asking about it. My hair looked fine at first, but since it's naturally curly, it only lasted about a day and a half, even though she said it would last longer.
