The area has lots of parking. Establishment is clean and inviting. Aeron was so friendly and welcoming. She was very attentive to what I asked for. I gave her sample photos of the haircut I wanted, and she gave me everything I asked for and more! She was so sweet & patient with me, I asked lots of questions about hair styling and hair products as I don't get to do my hair often, so I sincerely appreciate her being patient and kind with me answering all my questions. Aeron was also super attentive and caring when styling my hair, stopping to ask if the blow dryer temperature was not too hot, and how was her hairbrush grip while styling my hair to make sure she wasn't hurting me. She even sent me home with some hair clips and a grip hair roller for my newly cut bangs, to help me style it! Also educated me on what hair products she recommended for my hair to style and care for it. I love my new haircut! It was worth the 3 hour drive up to have her do my hair. Highly recommend Aeron at Hair Cuttery Salon.

I walked out of the salon, and embarrassingly enough, her own associate attempted to remedy (because she herself was too occupied with another person despite my scheduled appointment time). I waited a total of 20 minutes to never be greeted or apologized by her, despite having seen her many times before. This is in addition to a foot injury and crutches, meaning not only my own schedule was disregarded despite my disability and inability to drive, but also my mother's as she has been driving me around. Considering I would have missed another appointment right after my service, I was forced to leave. I am very disappointed with this standard of service, and I recommend all new customers absolutely stay away from Amaya due to her complete inability to communicate effectively and offer good customer service and quality work. And based off her utter lack of service alone, I will never be returning to this location.

I yelped several places and I came up upon this haircare studio. At first, I was told there was no appointment; when I explained my situation Laura/Lauren (the lady who answered the phone) was extremely understanding, very kind, very prompt with her communication and she set up a quick appointment for me!!!! This not truly speaks to their commitment, communication and thoughtfulness. But it also speaks to the level of service on some level. Once the appointment was set up, I drove in (of course, finding the space for a newbie in that area was a little difficult - to locate them ) ....that incident too shows their support!!!! they were so kind. They walked right up to the carwash area, spotted my car and guided me back to their door. confetti and brownie points yet again. I was brought to the second floor. A young lady helped with washing my hair, and then I got moved to Umber's booth. Umber is super nice, efficient. She understood exactly what I wanted and delivered. I wanted my hair with a tiny curl inward and she did it. She also applied some products so that I could keep my hair perfectly styled just in case it started to drizzle! I walked out feeling amazing. My hair was done just right and I was ready for the wedding.... They have a good collection of hair products. I also found some really nice refrigerator magnets. All in all, a beautiful hair studio in Ashburn - do visit !!!!!
