I made my appointment through the online booking platform which was super easy and straight forward. I got a confirmation and reminder emails and texts. The day of, the place was hard to find as it is part of this big complex and there are two suites labeled "250." I went to the first suite 250 and it was under construction. I tried to call to confirm the location...no answer. When I finally found the right suite it was dark and no one was there. I sent an email and called but have still not gotten any response. I have gotten facials and waxings from many business which are self-run but still good about texting/communicating with customers. I drove over an hour for this appointment so I am very disappointed.

Unfortunately, as I walked through their door, I was unwelcomed by the nasty staff who gave me an "attitude" despite my all smiling face and being sorry as I was aware I came like 15 mins late (who the hell should care, I paid for it). She said hi, but displeased. She asked, "so that's Groupon?" like she wants to imply something. She was all complaining with a discouraging face and tone of voice. She said she was only going to do the remaining time for me because I was late, not only that, she said, I still have to fill out I think more than 5-page forms which is an implication that since they are lot of pages, I may not have enough time to really do the facials. At the back of my mind, OMG! gurl! Am I getting this for free??? Helooo.. I paid for this! Grrr! I was still positive and composed but still she continued complaining.. She said she was already tired. They have to close at 6 pm; she still has to drive home for two hours; she still has to prepare the equipment , water , etc! omygod! She handed me the forms and I was ready to fill out but she wouldn't stop talking, she pushed my button! So.. to conclude, I still maintained my composure. I didnt want to ruin my day..
