If I could leave a six star review, I would. Ulmer's on Salem Rd. is the number one best auto care or auto mechanics business in the entire world. They are extremely friendly, kind, helpful, funny, smart and hard-working. They get the job done super fast, but it's still quality work as well. If you need ANYTHING related to cars, do not go ANYWHERE else besides Ulmer's. They are the nicest group of people you will ever meet and will totally answer any of your questions and make sure that you (the customer) are taken care of. You can schedule on-line or in person, and they will be happy to assist you. Took my mom's Jeep in for some fluids work and they were amazing with getting it completed in a timely manner. They allowed me to drop it off the day before and said it would be finished by the end of the day tomorrow, but it was ready by 9:00AM the next morning. They will even offer to give you a lift after you drop off your car. Can't say enough good things about Ulmer's! Great job, great business and great customer service! read more

Ulmer's Auto Care is amazing. Their staff is kind and knowledgable, their service is quick and they always guarantee their work. My family & family friends have all been taking our cars to Ulmer's for decades and each of us has our own story of how someone went above and beyond to make sure their vehicle was safe and that they had a good experience. I recently learned that when my grandfather was not doing well and had issues with a vehicle that he had purchased, Bryan worked with the dealer to resolve them for him - amazing. I truly can't say enough good things. When our family refers to any "Bryan" we assume it's Bryan from Ulmer's first :). read more

There are few companies that will do what they just did. My daughter had a routine Bumper to Bumper service done and when she drove back to Indianapolis a day later, her oil light began to go on and off. I called Bryan (the owner) and told him about it. He then drove all the way to Indianapolis that next morning to look at what was going on and then fixed the problem. It was a bad oil filter. Just think about it, here the owner drove over 100 miles to diagnose the problem, drive my daughter to work while taking it to a local shop to fix it. How many companies will do that? I would submit to you, not many... Thanks Bryan, read more

Professional Quality Service by Customer Friendly Technicians. I've been taking my automobiles to Ulmer's Auto Care for the past 26 years and consider the people and the service the BEST in the business!!! I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else! I've been taking my 2004 Mitsubishi there since the car was new and after 180,000+ miles and Ulmer's Profession Care the machine runs like it'll handle another 180,000 miles! Brian and all the technicians are great! A special thanks to Steve for the personal service going the extra mile on my last repair! Thanks to All!!! JB read more

Hmm, they diagnosed a faulty tire ball bearing on my daughter's Honda CRV that two other auto shops missed, consulted me, fixed it, and returned the car to me the same day for a reasonable price. Let's see, if I were to sum up my recent experience in a word, my options would be: Professional, Intelligent, Capable, Service, Accommodating, Friendly, Generous, Clean Cut, Prompt, Friendly (again), Reasonable, Efficient, Admirable, Superstars. I can't decide which word describes them best. Oh, I got it, "Wow!" read more

Bryan & the entire team at Ulmer's are FANTASTIC!!! They have helped me out of more "binds" over the last 10+ years than I can count!!! Bryan can generally tell me what is going on with my car, even before the technicians look at it. Steve and Wes have been awesome additions and are great. I have found everyone at Ulmer's to be honest, extremely helpful, and accommodating. They are friendly people who do quality work with integrity!!! Thank you so much!!!!! read more

The service at Ulmers is the best. The owners really care about your family and vehicle safety. Case in point, my daughters car had a chunk out of the tire that I was concerned about. I did not hesitate to stop by Ulmers, with no appointment, to ask them to check it out. The owner didn't make me wait, he checked it out and said nothing to worry about . Thanks Ulmers and thanks to your great staff! read more

Bryan and the folks at Ulmer's have been caring for our cars for the past 15 years. Since day one, Bryan has provided prompt, courteous, and outstanding service! If I have experienced car trouble outside of Cincinnati, Bryan has helped me locate a trustworthy shop wherever I am. I would not take any of our cars to any other person. I highly recommend Bryan and Ulmer's Auto Care. read more

This had been my go to place since I found them. Their service is impeccable. If they tell you when your cat will be ready it is. I use to take it to the dealer and every oil change they found something else that "had" to be done. Took it to Ulmers and it didn't so this is were I always go now. Give them a try you won't be disappointed! read more

Al D. I stopped in to have my oil changed on a rainy day. I really appreciate the concierge driving service. Very professional & trustworthy. Every time anyone in my family has their car serviced by them it's done correctly and within a reasonable budget. Before I found Ulmer's I had ok to ridiculously bad service. I am very pleased with them. Great guys ( and gals) and an absolute pleasure to work with. read more
