After some research, I found the items for less on Amazon, so we called Hansens. My fiancé spoke with them, and they were willing to price match. Enter Patty, the awesome manager! I support businesses that provide their customers with adequate store hours so they can buy products at their convenience. The employee who helped me was helpful letting me use tools to take off the old bearings and then they easily put the new ones in for me!
