Walking in, it's hard not to feel like a kid in a candy store because the selection of boards here is way impressive. Ashleigh gave me a very fair price for my Firewire performance longboard, carbon fins, and board bag, and JP offered thoughtful, honest advice about my quiver and resale value. The entire transaction was fast, efficient, and handled with integrity. Could I have sold the board myself for more money on Craigslist or Marketplace? Possibly. But my time is valuable, and the convenience, expertise, and professionalism made this an easy decision. They have a lot of variety which makes it such a great surf shop to check out. It's really easy to find parking on the side of the building in their lot and/or street parking. Their customer service is great as well as they always greet us, ask us if we need any help, and also help when we do have questions. Everyone is really kind and helpful honestly. I support businesses that provide their customers with adequate store hours so they can buy products at their convenience. The employee who helped me was helpful letting me use tools to take off the old bearings and then they easily put the new ones in for me!
