The staff pointed that very rudely and asked to pay for two buffets in addition to the à la carte order, which felt unfair and unreasonable. The staff also made statement about checking camera footage, which they should really check how less of food I ate from buffet. What made the situation worse was the rude and unprofessional way the staff spoke to us when we questioned the bill. Instead of explaining politely, they were disrespectful and made us feel uncomfortable. Good customer service and clear communication matter just as much as food quality. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and we would not return to this place again and would not recommend this restaurant to visit as a family. Advise to the restaurant owner: In such scenarios, you must clearly tell people about your sharing policy at the time of ordering the food and not at the time of paying the bill which will save you and the customer this unpleasant experience.
