The place to go for brewery food that is absolutely a cut above the rest! The atmosphere is warm & friendly, local & welcoming. They seem to use as much local food as possible, which is always refreshing. The food is tasty and plentiful. Really cool space, fun atmosphere, friendly staff. The pizza was decent, but not mind blowing and our crust was super burned on the end and then wet and floppy in the middle. The burger was impossible to eat without a fork and knife because it was SO big (even for my large husband). Also, I really miss having severs though and am not a fan of their ordering system. You have to either order on your phone or go up to the counter. We have got to get off our phones, especially when out being social - so when everyone is heads down looking at menus and stuff, it's really disappointing. I can't decide if I could go back. The beer was good, so maybe it'd be worth that at least. read more

After driving past this place for years, I decided to try it out. I'm not into the "bar" scene, but let me tell you.. this place was classy. We sat on the patio and enjoyed everything UBC has to offer. My partner and I are vegans. I had the beyond Burger and he had the falafel burger. Both were fresh and delicious. Fries were hands down the best fries I have ever had. My partner said the same. Other party members had meat dishes and all were loved. This is the perfect place for date night or hanging with friends. It's a versatile place with many many options for everyone in your party. read more

Always good food and drinks. Staff is always friendly. Love the ambiance. Relaxed and fun vibe.

Great service. COVID smart. Outdoor seating is great. Burgers were awesome! Good drinks!

Popped in here on my way to Potter Valley. I love that it was dog friendly (seriously, everyone was so so nice to my pooch) and veg friendly! I had the falafel burger which I was nervous about the flatbread but it was crispy and so so delicious! Beers were great as well. Honestly, this was the best place I ate at while in the Ukiah area! Will definitely be going back! read more

We actually ate here twice - once on our way from Sacramento to Patrick's Point and it was so good - we purposely stopped here again on our way back home. Service was REALLY friendly - plenty of servers and they were all so nice and seemed genuinely pleased to help! Food each time was good - we tried the burger, the salmon cakes, Brussels sprouts, kids salad, kids burger, sweet potato fries, and kids pepperoni pizza. Loved that the kids menu had a wider variety of options that actually included veggies! We sat outside both times and while it was warm they had shade and misters so very comfortable. Servers masked up and require masks inside when not eating - which we appreciated with our kids who are still too young to to be vaccinated. DEFINITELY recommend stopping here - great food, pleasant seating, wonderful service! read more

WOW! This restaurant bar with live music is a well thought out establishment. Their menu has many great choices, the food is delicious, the service amazing, and the place has such a great vibe. LOVE IT!!! read more

It's a good place for a quiet talk and a beer. Happy hour: beer $6 fora pint, elegant hostess who is also a waitress. We had a enjoyable time there! read more

Ukiah Brewing - Lovely onion soup! - Breweries Near Me - Ukiah, California

Food, desert and beer is AMAZING! My husband and I come here for dinner every time we're in town!

Great place to stop for vegans and omnivores alike! My wife and I stopped here on a road trip and liked it so much we came for lunch on the way back through town as well. Plenty of vegan options available with fresh ingredients and house-made sauces. The falafel burger was great, loved the harissa and vegan tatziki. I do wish they had a vegan bread or bun option other than the house-made flatbread as it doesn't hold up well. Grilled bread or a vegan bun would be better, but I enjoyed it despite the mess! Wife ordered a BLT the first time around and a burger the second. Both were enjoyed and very filling. Beers were interesting and not the typical California style, which was a nice change of pace. read more

Love the food but is SO LOUD in there that you can't hear the people you came with. I have literally gone back because the food is good but upon opening the door turned around and went somewhere else. Music is great but as a background ‍ read more

Beat spot in Ukiah! Food was delicious and the service was excellent. Loved it. Looking forward to going again.

We wanted to like this small town brewery but overall it was probably between 2-3 stars. The folks there were super nice but everything was extremely slow. We waited for an hour for our food to the point our server even asked if we wanted dessert . But the kitchen staff, everyone, thanked us for our patience. Which again, completely understand kitchens can get backed up but it was slightly ridiculous. My food also came.our about five to seven minutes before my husband s which was also annoying. The food was average and beer wasn't anything special which is why the three stars. read more

This is my first visit to Ukiah Brewing Company. Their lighter beers are just that...order Coors Light. However, their darker beers are excellent!!! I especially enjoyed the Belgian Scotch Ale. If food is your focus I recommend the Bison Burger...add Bacon Jam, your mouth will thank you. They use a tangy, spicy barbecue sauce that is a perfect match to the low fat Bison Patty....and get yourself some fries too, I mean, you are already gonna eat the bun on the burger and you can get back into Keto in 3 days no problem, totally worth it!!! read more

If you're road tripping, you gotta stop for lunch here (especially if you've got a dog with you!) The staff was very accommodating and nice. The wait time between ordering our food and receiving it was next to nothing. The portions were perfect and we all ordered something different. The burger was pretty standard, but the cook of the patty was really good - juicy and tasty. The fish n chips made the top 5 ever had! The fish tacos were delicious, the cook of the fish and homemade tortillas being a highlight. The chicken sandwich was also good, perfectly fried and tender. You have to make sure to get the beer battered fries and onion rings - they were unbeatable. Willits Wit - perfect for a hot summer day read more

My girlfriend and I went to the Ukiah Brewing Company for New Year's Eve and it was a lot of fun. We danced to disco music all night. It was a big turn out and they involved the crowed a lot. Even a dance contest. I really hope they will put on events like this more often and not just once a year. read more

Good food, a little expensive for the area but, came fast was tasty and they had a live jazz band playing on a Sunday afternoon

Ordered steamed greens, mushroom soup and bison burger. The meat is juicy and not dried. Sauce is delicious. Definitely will want to go again! read more

My boyfriend and I decided to do a holiday trip on the coast and stayed in Ukiah for a couple days; while there we found this restaurant, which was a real gem. We ended up eating there three times during our stay, because it was genuinely that good. Not only that but the service, by our host Savannah, was impeccable. She went above and beyond both during our visit and after. With so much going on in the world it's relieving to feel there are still people out there that don't mind going an extra step to make a stranger's day. If you visit Ukiah, please stop here, order the margarita pizza and cheesecake, and ask to sit in Savannah's section. read more

Wow. Service was horrible. We sat for 20 minutes before our order was taken and an HOUR plus before we got our food. Our server never came to refill our drinks food was mediocre at best. Hubby asked for ketchup for crappy fries. Never got the ketchup. And she was rude. Fries were barely warm seemed baked not fried. They have a great yelp rating so maybe we were here on an off day. We come to Ukiah a few times a year. I'll never come back here for a meal. There is a DJ for Sunday brunch. Annoying Felt like I was at burning man. read more

We were visiting friends up in redwood valley and they told us about Ukiah Brewing Company that just recently reopened. We decided to try it out instead of our usual lunch spot, Saucy. Lots of space inside and looks like there are more tables on the upper level as well. Our friends said that later at night they may have live music set up in that upper level, which could be cool. I ordered the UBC classic pizza and my friends ordered the grass-fed burgers (+1 for grass fed!!). One ordered medium well and other medium rare - but both came out pretty well done, which was disappointing, but they said that the burger itself was still pretty tasty. They also upgraded the side of fries to truffle herb, and garlic and cheese. The garlic and cheese fries were just okay. Cheese could've been more melty and there wasn't much garlic. The truffle herb cheese was much better. My pizza (super thin crust, yum!) was HUGE, much larger than what I had envisioned. But it was sooooo delicious, I ended up eating almost all of it (which put me in a food coma for the rest of the day...). The crust is super garlicky and yummy, and the toppings were also very fresh and so good. I highly recommend the pizza!! Now for the beers - I don't drink, so I can't personally review them, but this is what I heard from my friends. The beers were generated pretty good. They got flights, which came with 4 beer tastings that you can choose from a list. I believe all the beer is brewed onsite. Note - the one "sour" in the list is not actually a sour at all. They thought it might have been mistakenly taken from the wrong tap so they asked the waitress, but she said that it was actually just an amber that was "turning sour" so they just call it a sour. But really not actually a sour at all, so just keep that in mind. Regardless, it was still really good and they ended up getting an extra cup of that beer after the flight. Overall, highly recommended for the pizza. The burgers and fries were good too, and their beer is decent. read more

We've been here a few times just for the falafel burger. Great eating for a change now and then. Nice ambiance, good service. A bit steep for too frequent visits in my opinion. read more

beer was really good, steak was okay(ordered medium rare, got near to well done), fish and chips was not plain. Okay enough for a take out place. read more

Slow service, had to seek out multiple people to get the components of our meal. Pretty dang expensive for such small portions. No pancakes or waffles on kids menu (had to ask for one); paid $14 for Belgian waffle with berries and whipped cream. $4 side of 2 sausage patties... $4 lemonade...$4 fries...that was just what the 9 year old ate. Not impressed. read more

I highly recommend the brewing company for almost any reason: quick and delicious bite to eat, hang out with friends, brunch or nice dinner out. Their outside seating is great in the warm months when they have live music. The patio is dog friendly with plenty of seating. The inside is really nice as well. They also have live music in the evening on certain days of the week. The menu is pretty good, a lot of choices for all diets. I usually get the beyond tacos with a side of sweet potato fries. They did use to have the best coleslaw around, but it appears they changed the recipe and it's no longer good. Staff is hit or miss with quick and friendly service. They do have a contactless ordering now which is a great improvement and seems to make ordering and getting your food quicker. Their lemon drop is the best around. read more

Finally found a nice IPA here! Orr spring IPA nice flavor! Staff was friendly and accommodating! Would visit again.

Owner and staff very rude!! Actually told me I'm not welcome to come to his restaurant after his waitress was unprofessional, he never talked to me about incident. I have used his business at our office for art walk providing food, have taken clients there for lunch. That's okay, don't want to go back, would rather spend money where people appreciate it. read more

Super yummy! They have lovely cocktails, and we've always had a wonderful time. Their menu did change though and our favorite falafel sandwich isn't available anymore, so I will say that their vegan & keto options are a little limited. read more

Not worth your time. Go to Cultivo instead for better food and better beer. Sad that this is the only local option for a Ukiah brewery.

Cool place, with good beer, friendly staff, and solid tasty menu. I have a hard time with brew cos in general that have high prices as if they were a fancy restaurant. When I want to blow some dough, I go this brew co. read more

Stopped by with some friends and we're very pleased with our lunch. The atmosphere is friendly and not overly noisy, and our waitress was fantastic. I had the fish and chips which was excellent. Plenty to eat with fries and a house made (I think) tartar sauce. I'm kind of a fish and chips snob and this was way up there in my best list. My wife had the fish tacos and they were great also. And the desserts are great too. read more

Very loud and hot. No table dice wait service just servers. Order with your phone, or with the hostess. Had the rise flight. Nice healthy pours. Excellent imported choices. Bratwurst is good. Has a chemical taste at the back. Ordered 3 pigs pizza. Yummy. Hot. Ordered water. Ice tea is$3 no free refills. Aioli sauce tasted like miracle whip with garlic. read more

We visited on a Monday with a party of seven... things went downhill fast. Prompt service of alcohol and quality of food is keeping this review at two stars. Salad was first out about 15 min. after drinks arrived. Two burgers came out 15 min. later, third burger 30 min. after that. The two steaks 20 more min. Pasta was last to arrive, when we asked where the main entree was for the person who ordered the salad "oh didn't someone come out and tell you we ran out of salmon cakes".... hell no, no one bothered! Large bill for something we all couldn't enjoy together. New to town, won't be back! read more

This is belated review for a Sunday dinner. We were seated at a tiny table basically at the front door. Cold air blow in every time someone opens the door. Minus 1 star. Service was extremely slow. Minus 1 star. The music in the dining/bar area was good. Waited a long time to get waitress' attention to take our order. Minus 1 star. Waitress came by to ask if everything okay. Before I could ask for a refill, she already left our table. Minus 1 star. Food was mediocre / so-so for the price. After we put money on the check, the staff took it right away. Hmm.
