I decided to go for the same ones - only in the waterproof/ winterized model. They went up to a size 10. I had went online before coming here to make sure they had my size. Staff was unenthusiastic ( this seems to be a pattern at the 4 different locations I visited in the past 2 weeks ) The girl got me the black & grey ones. I asked to see the all grey as well, but she didn't seem like she wanted to go look for them at the back. When she did come back with them- I noticed that both pairs had flaws in the fur. Of course these were the only 2 pairs they had. I returned my size 9's and asked how long the sale was on for. She claimed to have no clue .....

A VERY RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE employee at this location.. MERCEDES…read more Literally I kid you not, BEWARE of the employee/manager, "Mercedes." Now you're probably thinking.. darn.. which one was she.. is the the woman who wears a mask and has purple hair? Or blonde? Because I'm pretty sure she wears different wigs. But anyway... THAT IS CORRECT. The audacity of how rude she is is actually freaking absurd. If you have a concern about a shoe for example, she will just answer you very rudely as if you're the one who has disturbed her precious day.. or shift should I say. Her tone in the way she speaks is just.. SO unprofessional. I know for a fact that all of these "positive" reviews about her is because she's guaranteed people to write a review for her to get 10% off their purchase!! She'll make you do it at the check out and watch you do it too. She asked me to do it once and I was like oh wow you are CLUTCHINGGGG. Customer service PLEASE go to this location and see her for yourself. I promise you've lost countless customers due to her, or the very least you've lost respect.

I love the clothes but will avoid in store visits at all costs. I've worked many years in retail…read moreand their sales people are unfriendly, not helpful and aggressive. I highly recommend shopping online - their virtual customer service agents are lovely as well. A couple of examples of the great "service" I had recently: I was looking for a particular item and as per their websites online stock, the store (robson st) had 1-2 items left in stock. I venture to the store and struggle to find the item on my own. I ask one of the associates folding some sweaters, where I might be able to find the item. She points vaguely to a table and says something along the lines of, "if we have it it'll be on that table (points to an area with multiple tables - which isn't super clear) but I haven't seen it for a while". I do not find the item and go home to avoid having another experience like that only to chat online to the aritzia CS team. I am shopping and have an associate start a room for me. My arms begin to fill to the point where it's hard to carry all the other things I'm wanting to try on. Another associate stops by and asks if i have a room started, I tell her yes and then she walks away. I guess if one person helps you that means another can't or won't because they won't get the commission? I get individual associate sales goals but I was always taught to help regardless of that sale being yours.

An Aritzia outlet?!! Yes PLEASE!! So so happy that I came here today and already want to go back!…read more Amazing sales that are up to 90% off, huge selection of clothes, and the girls working were the absolute sweetest and so helpful. One of the girls came up to me while I was shopping and held my clothes in the fitting room twice while I continued shopping and even remembered my name throughout my visit. So so sweet and attentive! I wish I got her name so I could give her a shoutout because it made my experience even better. Already can't wait to come back one day! Highly recommend checking this outlet spot out if you love Aritzia because the deals are amazing.

Still have my dress Rockports from here 3 years ago, going on strong--having another 5 pairs helps too (other labels). Customer service here is pretty knowledgeable, this aint no Sport Chek, and friendly too. On this particular visit there were Clarks brogues, Ronsport sandals (their own version of Birkenstocks, albeit way heavier), and K-Swiss sneakers etc. Back in the day I owned a pair of those classic K-Swiss all white sneakers with the signature five stripes down the side and silver d-rings for the shoelaces and I gotta say these new ones just do not compare. Not by a long shot. Everything's on sale in the back, but just don't expect jaw-dropping deals. Associates were friendly and eager to help though, and that made the experience that much more pleasant.

Some decent sales, with $100 pairs going for $70. Personally, I don't find them super comfortable, but they're super light, though that doesn't translate to good padding or grip. Indeed, their casual style is their appeal from this California-based company. With its gumball machine as a display for their Kids section, they do have their marketing down pat.

I was needing some cute slip on style sneakers because later in the week I was having hip replacement surgery and would not be able to do up any footwear with laces until healed. I go in and both sales people are talking on their cell phones. The young man finally hung up, and from behind the register yelled out to me what their special was today. He did not come over to help me. Eventually the young woman sales person hung up her call, and came over to me. She pointed out the slip on style shoes. I selected a few to try on. She brought them over to me an dropped them on the floor and went away. Remember I am an older woman (although as I said, rather stylish and clearly someone who buys fashion) WITH A CANE. I cannot reach down to get the shoes out of the boxes to try on because of restricted mobility and pain. I call her back and ask her to put them on the bench for me. She does, and walks away. Now I am not expecting high end service at Skechers. I am expecting common courtesy for someone who clearly has mobility issues. I did end up buy two a pairs of cute shoes. BUT, if it would have been easy for me to go to another store I would have walked away and not bought anything as I felt both assistants were rude, unhelpful, and uncaring. Given that walking is difficult for me I just bought the shoes. I regret needing the buy these shoes from these callous sales people. Having had to resort to cane and finding out how hard it is to have mobility issues, I really feel for people who have it much worse than me to navigate the world. It doesn't help that sales people can be thoughtless. I gave two stars only because the shoes are cute.
