The fitting room educator named Sally really went above and beyond bringing me different styles and colors without rushing me, and when I told her that I wanted pants I could travel in & wear on the plane without looking sloppy, she suggested a style that I definitely wouldn't have tried on on my own, and I ended up loving them and buying them! She was so nice throughout the process even though I was dressed like a bum & the store was closing soon. I have been to this store before on a girls trip about a year ago, and again the educators were all very helpful and friendly here. This store seems to have a large amount of stock. Last year was the first time I shopped at lululemon in a very long time, maybe a decade? since they first opened and yes, the quality has gone downhill, but I think the Canadian prices to US are pretty decent savings, and they still have some great items if you look around.

The staff are friendly and when my kid's jacket had holes in it less than a year after buying it, the warranty process was easy to go through. Just remember to wash the garment before bringing it to the store for them to mail to their repairs/warranty department. They give you a form to fill out and they will contact you within 8 weeks to let you know if the damages are covered by warranty (damage due to manufacture defect vs customers" rough use) and if they can repair it or if they will give you credit to cover replacing the garment. All the customer service people I dealt with were friendly and understanding. Now we buy jackets from them all the time because we have confidence in them.

I usually don't need any help when I shop at lululemon, and have actually had customers, friends and clients (I'm a personal trainer) ask ME for advice or recommendations on all things lulu! I guess I do know a lot about all their products lol! I've been a loyal fan since the very first Hawaii lululemon store opened in 2008 or 2009 when I still lived in Honolulu. Anyway, my husband and I were back in Vancouver recently and were excited to do some shopping at both the Kitsilano and Robson St. stores (which we did!). I've shopped at this location many times, as I used to come to Vancouver every summer to run the SeaWheeze Half Marathon (LegaSea here!). Sheri helped me select some shorts and answer questions I had about a couple items I had saved in the app (unfortunately they didn't carry those items in-store). She took the time to chat with us about our visit to Vancouver and even about their ambassadors, which we just appreciated her being so personable. Ended up leaving with a few more items that I wasn't even planning on buying, but hey...when in Rome! Or in this case, when in Lulu! ;)

Sourced an 847 through Zappos.com in the US so had to have my family receive and ship them to me. Called the location again a week later to ask for the corporate contact number and asked about the 990 and was surprised they did have a pair in stock . I was asked if I wanted to place them on hold and I said yes. Unhappy I'm paying more after shipping and currency conversion for a lower tier shoe. I received a call and had to disconnect. Called back and was told the 990 is on hold for someone else. Now irritated I've received unhelpful, conflicting info.
