I went to the store last night with less than a hour until closing because I was hoping to try on some styles that caught my eye online. The fitting room educator named Sally really went above and beyond bringing me different styles and colors without rushing me, and when I told her that I wanted pants I could travel in & wear on the plane without looking sloppy, she suggested a style that I definitely wouldn't have tried on on my own, and I ended up loving them and buying them! She was so nice throughout the process even though I was dressed like a bum & the store was closing soon. I have been to this store before on a girls trip about a year ago, and again the educators were all very helpful and friendly here. This store seems to have a large amount of stock. Last year was the first time I shopped at lululemon in a very long time, maybe a decade? since they first opened and yes, the quality has gone downhill, but I think the Canadian prices to US are pretty decent savings, and they still have some great items if you look around. read more

I have been a regular consumer of Lululemon since their flagship store opened in Vancouver in 2014. That ended today. I'll tell you why.... The first time I bought their short tennis style skirt was back in 2023. I ordered another one online in white, and when it arrived I took it in store to get a different size, even though the size I ordered was my size and the black I already had was that same size...strange. I wore the black one I have had for two years and is a size 10 into the store to exchange the new one that had arrived. I asked service why the one that was shipped was so tight as it is my size and the same I'm currently wearing....they didn't know and suggested that since their products were manufactured in different countries they are not always aligned in terms of style and size....wow..really?? He suggested that he grab me one from the store and compare. Brought over my size but it was not nearly the same quality or look. It had strange lines in the fabric. The manager came over and was puzzled why two identical products look so different. One was manufactured in Vietnam and the other in Thailand. So, really depending on which country ships your product is which quality you'll be getting. I felt generous and decided to give them one more chance. I ordered a size up online with the clerk. Today it arrived and it was a disaster (see pic.) Extremely poor quality, strange flawed lines in the fabric randomly inconsistent, and it comes packaged heavily wrinkled, which is a bit of a problem, because you can't iron this product. I went back to the store for the second time and returned it. Even their in-store products upon touch you can feel it just isn't the same premium quality anymore. Thinner, cheaper, rougher material. Quite a few times I've seen in store products that are dirty or stained. Nothing like picking up a shirt or tank top with someone's deodorant stain to gross you out. Attention to detail and floor management needs serious attention. The staff are friendly but in my book dirty merchandise on hangers trumps staff smiles to drive me away. So, really they are now selling you lesser quality but still for the same premium price. I mean just the fact that they put their name on products that are manufactured in random places that there's no guarantee of consistency and quality representing the brand....just blows my mind. I think my local dollar store has more of a compass when it comes to product management. Writing this actually makes me a little sad, because I remember what Lululemon used to be like. Consistent, un-compromised high quality athletic wear. Ever since Chip Wilson left the quality went to Hell. 11 years I have been a Lululemon customer. Buyer Beware- Online shopping with Lululemon. I have placed three separate orders online with Lululemon. Orders say "label created" but orders were never shipped. When I contacted Lululemon (GEC team) they were rude, unprofessional and defensive. I will NEVER shop online with Lululemon ever again. They can't be trusted. I purchased an e-gift card as a birthday present, to be sent on the day of the birthday. The card was not sent on the requested day, nor sent at all. I called and spoke with an "educator" who confirmed all of the appropriate information was provided. The "educator" offered to send again. As the birthday was missed, I asked for the purchase to be refunded. No refunds on GC was the response. I then had a conversation with Courtney in the "resolutions department", who resolved nothing. She repeated numerous times that my concerns were valid, but my purchase not refundable. Courtney was quick to blame the GC provider, Cash Star but took no responsibility for the error, offered no apology until I pointed out one had not been offered. Courtney reiterated a refund was not an option and sent the e-GC. What a disappointing experience. From a company I had faith in to provide quality products and customer service. I've been a loyal Lululemon customer, but after this experience, I'm seriously reconsidering. In May 2025, my order was marked "delivered" at 12:46 AM by their partner GoBolt -- but I never received it. I had clear delivery instructions to leave it at my door or in our secure locker, but they ignored them. I checked building security footage -- no one entered at that time. Yet after 5 follow-ups, Lululemon denied my refund with no proof of delivery (no photo, no signature). They even hinted that because I had a past claim (due to a carrier error, not mine), my account might be "flagged." Lululemon refuses to take accountability even when their delivery partner failed and I provided clear evidence. I've now filed a BBB complaint. Lululemon, do better. This location is super busy- place was packed with people on a Friday afternoon. They had a lot of items in stock (saw tons of scubas, EBB, and leggings), but sizing and colors especially in the leggings were limited. The sale section is small but found a few goodies in there by chance and ended up with a race length long sleeve swiftly for about $20 off and with the US conversion, was totally worth it for me. Employees are friendly and quick (even if there's a line, it moves quickly). They charge a dollar if you need a shopping bag just FYI. read more

My lululemon addiction started at their original store a few blocks down the street back in 2005. That was back in the day of diamond gussets and thick luon. Ah those were the days. Now I like their street clothes, outerwear, and underwear better than the workout clothes. This location (Burrard/Robson) is a good sized store, so my one suggestion would be to put all the sale stuff together. They disperse their sale stuff though out the store so you really have to look for deals. I rarely pay full price, because this stuff is so expensive... I only had 10 minutes to shop til closing, and I like to see what's on sale first right away before browsing the full priced stuff. The sales girls couldn't really tell me where the sale items were, and they didn't know if they had any "Canada only" styles or colors. Pfft. On this trip I also went to the lulu store in Park Royal which had different items on sale which were easier to get to, all in one rack. But they too didn't know if they had Canadian only designs/colors. The price tags are all the same prices as US prices, so with the conversion, it's a slightly better deal for those of us with US credit cards. read more

Great location in the heart of Vancouver street shopping. Loved this store and our purchases. Loved that it was dog friendly for those with their pooches. Treats, water bowls. Wow! Not too many things for us to browse on clearance but not surprising for the area. The brand will always be pricey! Good quality though. I made it a point to visit Lululemon while visiting Vancouver. Could I get this at home? Sure, but, it's nice to buy the clothing from it's home country. Besides... with the current exchange rate and finding a few sale pieces, my husband and I couldn't help ourselves! We were greeted right away. The staff seemed friendly. There is a security guard at the door. Considering this store is packed with lots of people, that's a good idea. The fitting rooms were always filled, but it moved smoothly and the wait was nothing. Need help? There's at least 2 people at a time in the fitting room area. They'll also occasionally check up on you. Need a potty room/ loo? They got that too. Good to know if you're out and about. While we were shopping they had a lady doing a biking demo at the front window. It was like go-go dancing on a bike for fitness. Pretty cool. The cashier mentioned it was to promote an event happening that upcoming weekend. To the cashier, wish I could recall his name. He was so friendly!! What a great way to end our shopping experience at Lululemon!! NBD that we walked away with 2 polos, a jacket, 2 tanks, and leggings for less than $600 CAD!!! read more

Oh em gee. Stand behind me and make sure I don't faint. The flagship. I've come to the flagship. This store is on the corner of Robson St and Burrard St. And it's their flagship store in their home city. There isn't any other Lululemon that close by. The closest ones are the Lab on Broadway an in Kitsilano. It's not a huge store but they have a good selection of items to feed my Lululemon addiction. They don't have any special items exclusive to their store. However, one of the educators mentioned that their store normally carries all of their current items that they as in their brand, is selling. Items do go fast in this store so get it if you want it. I went back the day after my first visit and what I wanted was completely sold out. The men's section was a pretty good size compared to other stores. They don't have a huge dressing but they also have these cool pods to try clothes in. They didn't have a sale section but have them spread out with all their regular merchandise. It's a sales tactic to make you peruse all of their racks and shelves to find sale items and pick up other merchandise along the way...like we needed them to help us do that. I was perfectly fine picking up at least 5 items on my own in less than 2 minutes to try on already. Little do they know they already have me in their luon grasp. So what was the best part about this store you ask? The best part was that the prices on the tags were the actual prices despite the country you were in! If the tag said $50, it was $50CAD. In the U.S. it would be $50USD. With the conversion, it saves those with US credit cards and it saved me some money, about 25% to be exact. This meant since I was saving money, I could buy even more! More speed shorts, more Swiftlys and more Stuff Your Bras. I admit it...I go lulu got Lululemon. read more

I've finally done it: I broke down and bought my first Lululemon. Why? Because the US dollar is strong, and the skort was cute - great for an intrepid traveler. However, regardless of a store's price point, cuteness of clothing, need and desire for exercise wear, to retain clients, you've got to treat them right. Greet them when they walk in the door, or when they have a freakin' pile of bra tops and skorts in hand, or are sorting for sizes and color choices on the floor. I was virtually ignored until I walked over to the dressing room. Forty five minutes - and the only employee who spoke first was the cashier. Management, are you listening? Observing your employees? Because you can increase sales by hiring help who are actively involved in CUSTOMER service. Sale items? I asked. The reply, "Oh, you have to look for a purple tag." If this was a commission based job, perhaps the clerks would be more motivated to move merchandise. read more

The store is super busy, but the associates still make an effort to greet you and ask if you need help finding anything. I picked up the flux jacket and a couple of other things. So I'll start spending g my 3-4K per year at Athleta or different Lululemon location. Before customer service was on top, today it was below any standards. I bought a few pairs of pants and tops and workout tops just this past week! The staff are really friendly and always around if you need them... The workout gear is too cute and I love how they are constantly coming out with different styles on the daily. It's super pricey, but I've been a loyal customer since day 1! And the new location on Robson and Burrard is THE BEST REAL ESTATE for them!! Doors wide open = more walk-ins and more money to the lululemon owner! One week ago I bought a pair ABC Jogger Pants from this store. It was $140 CAD. Expecting it to be good quality, I wore this pair of pants for three days until I noticed, that the cuff around the ankles started to unravel. Because I only wore these pants 3 times (not wearing them with anything similar to velcro), I couldn't imagine that this fault came from merely wearing the pants. Thus it must have been a production mistake. Therefore I brought them back to the store that I bought it from. After showing them the issue and telling them that I have only worn it 3 times, they told me that this pant is not made to be worn with sneakers (don't know what JOGGERS should be worn with then? Flip-Flops?). They also told me, that it is absolutely normal for their pants to wear out after a short period of time, if there is any contact between the legs of the pants and the shoes you wear. So everybody who wants to buy their pants should be warned that it is best to know that you should mostly use them without shoes. read more

I love Lululemon. This store feels roomy with high ceilings and product that is not in all stores. Lots of staff to help you find your favs. I was in on a Saturday and it was PACKED and I mean PACKED. The team did an awesome job of keeping the flow in the store as the changing area was a bit backed up. Nice roomy washroom and the change rooms were unique that I've never seen in any lulu store. This product last such a long time. It's pricy but tights from Lululemon will keep their shape and they wash well, of course hanging to dry ....... I visited this store two weeks ago from Seattle. First impression was that it felt really spacious, in spite of a store packed with people. I think it's the high ceilings. The layout made it easy to shop. You could clearly see where all the product was located. And if you needed something, the educators were eager to help. Some of the dressing room stalls were none like I've ever seen (in a Lulu store) before. Cylindrical with metal doors. A little industrial vibe, but with bright colors nonetheless. Other features are the same, such as a sink where you can get drinking water, restroom inside with fun/uplifting quotes. Men's section is small compared to the women's, but that's how it goes. My friend and I ended up with slightly defective products so we had to go back the next morning to exchange. At first we received lukewarm responses to our situation, but then they went to the back and found our exact items in perfect condition. Problem solved! Thank you for taking care of us! Oh and they will convert US gift cards to CDN based on the currency exchange of the day. Take advantage, my US friends~ read more

Really appreciate the seamstering service that's offered here, especially useful if you're rough on your clothes in regular use. Only thing I miss is the drinks and service orientation it used to have, now it feels more commoditized and.... flat. Still, a great service that's possible for branded f stores. read more

I'd give one star if it weren't for the amazing young woman who helped me in the fitting rooms today. I was given a pathetic hello as I entered the store. I grabbed 11 items on my route to the fitting room. I was ignored all the way till I had to ask someone for a fitting room. Once in the makeshift fitting room, the young lady who helped me with sizes my faith was somewhat resorted that some people are good at Lulu. However on my way down to the cashier, I lost that faith again. At the cashier, the young gentlemen who "helped" me didn't really "help", he scanned my 3 items in, told me my total of over $200, and asked if I wanted a 1$ bag. Luckily I had my own bag I brought out, so I declined and said I could use it. Did he offer to help me pack? No. Did he turn around to have a chat with his co-worker. Yes. When he turned back around, after I paid and had packed my own items. He then told me that some of them may still have tags on. So he proceeded to unpack the bag, take ALL the electronic tags off. And... left me to repack my bag with no offer himself to do it. As I walked out the store, the many staff who had ignored me on my route to the fitting room were huddled together by the entrance, chatting away about nothing, and gave me a upbeat "Thank You". I sighed and walked right out. Highly disappointed by todays experience. To top it off, I recently visited Lulu in Richmond and gave them my phone # to put my purchase under my account, but today it didn't work... so I had to pretty much create a new account. Not thrilled by my experience. Will make sure to visit other locations in the future. To the manager of this location, the lovely girl upstairs with brown hair with blonde highlights deserves an immediate raise for being the only capable member of staff ! read more

How is Lululemon getting away with this? I seriously cannot believe what's happening. I ended up purchasing clothing for my employers girlfriend online with my Personal ATM card because they cancelled my previous order when I used my corporate card and claimed that order might be fraudulent. The only way I can use my corporate card in the future is to send them my credit card statement!! I called the bank that issued my corporate card and they have no records of fraud reported. Today I look at my personal bank statement online and Lululemon charged me multiple times for the same order. When I called to tell them, they said this is common practice? They said when items leave the warehouse I am changed again and they will refund the second charge in about 10 days. What the heck is going on?? That order was almost $900.00. I can't afford to have $1800 taken out of my bank account for no reason. I agreed to pay the total of the purchased clothing only once!! I've never encountered such horrible practices and customer service in all my life. I called my bank and reported the charges but I still have to wait to have the money returned to my bank account. Brand new Lululemon store! They've put up really nice lighting decor. The staff greeted us right away. They seem to be well staffed too at this location. The women's on the right and the men's on the left. With the change rooms being in the corner of the store. They have a good number of change rooms although there was still a bit of a wait. Everything was really well organized. I went in to get my pants hemmed and was in and out within 10 minutes. The lady who first greeted me told me of the process and guided me towards the change rooms. Once I put my pants on I stepped out and a lady had me stand on the stool by the mirror. She pinned one pant leg to my liking and asked me to check it. It looked fine to me and that's all I had to do. I changed back and left them with my pants. Got a pink slip and was told the pants would be ready in two days and was on my way! Super fast and efficient! Loved it. read more

I am going to be completely blunt. I have lots of lulu and when I'm traveling I go to as many if not all of them wherever I go. I live in San Francisco and partially in Edmonton. I am saying this because it gives you points of reference. When shopping at this location and the other location at pacific pointe, and Kitsilano the customer service is the worst out of any lulu I have ever been to. I've been to every lulu in Edmonton and when my partner and I go we are always greeted and welcomed and there is always someone to check in and see how we're doing and what we are shopping for. San Francisco is also very similar. When shopping outside of Vancouver I really thought "wow, Lulu really has it together!" Because everyone is so friendly and really there for their customers. When shopping in Vancouver... where they are based out of... something is lacking. My husband and I asked associates at the pacific pointe as well as the downtown store as well as the store on 4th street in kitsilano. We asked for something that they didn't have and instead of ordering for us, they all said, we don't have your size in store but you can go home and order it. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT?!? In any other location they would say, we don't have it but I can order it for you. And they get on their iPhones that lulu supplies for the team and they order it and have it sent wherever you need on the spot. It's almost as if they are reading different training catalogs and being trained by someone who doesn't have it all together. I implore you or if any management is reading this, go to West Edmonton mall where the traffic is always large, you will always be helped and smiled at and greeted, as well as Southgate. Go to any of the San Francisco locations. Even anywhere in the Bay Area, people are always friendly. Here in Vancouver, it's as if these people were not trained. It's not everyone. There was a very sweet girl on the register that was nice. THESE SALES ASSOCIATES NEED RETRAINED, AND NOT BY WHOM THEY WERE TRAINED IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! read more

a smaller lulu store in downtown. not the biggest selection. nothing out of the ordinary. it does have wifi so you can use it so you dont need to use travelling international data plan. not much on sale here. they do have all the sizes and the employees are super friendly and nice. i want more vancouver specific lulu (this is coming from someone in the states) read more
