Prices rarely dip below the $200 mark but you'd almost swear it's worth the splurge and temptation to claim "fashion need" bankruptcy. The pieces in this boutique are exquisite and come from a splattering of designers - both known and emerging - who all have impeccable taste. Unique combinations of neutral tones and tactile materials mix with bohemian and eclectic to create the most stylish wardrobe a girl could hope for. Apart from the shell-shocking price tags, the shopping experience at Misch is very pleasurable. Hardwood floors and neatly arrange racks make for easy garment spotting and you'll also find a small assortment of very groovy shoes and bags to compliment your gorgeous look. I will definitely return to Misch to shop up a storm, once I've made my millions.

In this scenario, retail therapy can quickly turn into a complete and total nightmare. My suggestion: choose a store that will calm and relax your nerves, no matter how frantic you feel. With flowers, relaxing music, and aromatherapy, Misch on Granville Street creates an atmosphere conducive to finding the perfect outfit. Peruse the racks of neatly filed fashion finds for many big names in fashion, some hot off the runway, in a plethora of fabrics, patterns, and cuts, lace, satin, cashmere; dresses, skirts, pants, blazers, tops, and jackets, shoes, and designer jewellery. Trend with a twist is what you'll find at Misch. And, since they only order one size of each piece, you'll never get caught wearing someone else's outfit!

The prices were very fair for the quality, every dress I tried on was under $200. When I was there I was the only person in the store, so I felt very comfortable when I was trying on dresses in front of the manager and my boyfriend. She was so sweet, very helpful and gave me heels to wear when I was looking in the mirror. She helped me chose my dress and was perfectly on the line between giving me time and space to decide, but also telling me how gorgeous the dresses looked. I felt no pressure to purchase, but when you try the right dress on, you know! She also had shoes in store that we very modestly priced, a cute pair of loafers only $40. Other, short dresses were more copious around the store, as well as jewelry and tops. I didn't have time to explore all the racks, but any upcoming occasion I have I will no doubt be returning here first. Cheapest prices, cutest, trendiest clothes and the sweetest girl running it all. Definitely recommend you giving this place a try. The only downside to this place is that it's not a chain, so if it's not on the racks it's not available, but I actually really like that. It adds to the uniqueness of the dress, especially for events such as graduation.

Not only did she remember me (i've bumped into her a few times at the shop, but not more then a handful) but she was still the incredibly energetic, totally genuine ball of sunshine that made me RUN home to pen that first review back in January. And so, as a tip of the hat to my top service ninja of the year, I thought it be best to share some new findings at Two of Hearts: 1. Karen has a jewellery line that she sells at the shop! Go buy it and support local crafters and an all around rad person! ...I don't remember the name, because I took a business card and had her write down the specifics on a few pieces. Such organization obviously means I will lose said card within 24 hours. I do however have a note that says: "Sounds like the muppets song Mahna Mahna." Because i'm an adult. So I will take that to the Twitterverse for further investigation. Stay tuned. 2. Hats!! If you are looking for the most fabulous fall hat, go check out the Andre felt hats from Montreal. I debated over mine last January and it is singlehandedly my second favourite purchase of the year (it's tough to compete with the Fiat...) They are an excellent price (under $100), made in Canada and just classic, beautiful pieces. But if you buy the red one in the window before, I will get mad at you. Bonus points: you can't even find this line online for a better price. Tip of the hat 2ofH. 3. Bags! I have beat the s%&t out of my bag over the year - every day, dual laptop wielding and it has survived. Definitely looking a bit worse for wear, but it's held up far better then I expected, considering the price point is so reasonable. Right now, they have super awesome colours like hot pink mailbags & bright red clutches. It's a rainbow money suck! 4. Still with the awesome people. Karen isn't an anomaly here. Honest to gosh, i've had nothing but the most fabulous service every time i've gone in. Everyone who works here is all sugar & spice. ...I still have yet to find any actual clothing that fits me properly here... but I don't care. Great accessories & fab people will keep this place as a go to. *** Meiku Designs!!! ... not even close.

Some items are reasonably priced and worth the purchase, but there are times when the prices are exceptionally high for what they offer. For example, I recently came across a pair of Chanel sneakers circa 2014 priced at $750, (it did not come with a shoebox). However, upon further research, I found the same shoes on a well known preloved boutique for CAD$325 (same color, same size and it came with a box and individual shoe bags), and the condition was better to what Mine and Yours offered. I understand the store incur additional overhead costs, such as rent, utilities, and staff wages, which can influence pricing, but it should allow them to be more competitive esp if customers are always looking at phones now and doing strategic price comparison. Of course, I will continue to shop and browse and like coming here, the sales associates are nice and welcoming. While the store has its charm and unique finds, the pricing strategy needs to be revisited by management especially when comparable items are available elsewhere at significantly lower prices.

I purchased expensive pants for Christmas end of November for my wife. The pants were $30 off but still well over $100 dollars total. Christmas came and my wife didn't like them. Ok, it happens. I moved to return them to be told that it was past two weeks and couldn't be done. I explained it was a Christmas gift. Happily, customer service relented on their policy for that allowing me to return them. However, I then received a gift card unexpectedly rather than a refund. It was explained that this is policy if the item is marked down. Really? I said to customer service I'll chalk it up to caveat emptor but to think that I'd need to read deeply in the returns policy when purchasing clothing online for the holidays to make sure I'm not out over $100 essentially (my wife doesn't like their clothing) is terrible policy. The customer service agent was nice and tried to see what she could do but was told that she didn't have the power to do anything. That's also bad customer service: failing to empower the agents who are the face of the company with the customers. So I explained I wouldn't make a stink but would be letting people online know of my negative experience so that no one else should suffer my fate. Hence this review. Beware and good luck!
