People in the Enda B were always friendly and happy to take the time to walk through clothing. Even when I was a student who couldn't afford anything and told them that flat-up, they were gracious enough to show me why certain suit jackets were so much more expensive than others. They also had a great selection of things that became accessible on their massive sales, which I went there recently to try and make use of. The DKNY also doesn't carry any men's stuff really, except for a small section - smaller than what the Enda B did. Anyway, I guess it's the end of a time when I would randomly wander in there and sometimes find that piece that I found would fit perfectly with my clothes regardless of what situation I was in. Base on what we were told, we headed promptly to the store. After 30 min of driving and finding parking, we made it to the store. To our annoyance, Rae at the store indicated to us we were misinformed and that he was unable to provide the price adjustments as agreed by this colleague. Even after showing my phone log and reiterating the conversation, he stood firm with his statement. We asked to speak to his manager, to which he indicated he was the only one there. My question is this event is for "Customer Appreciation". This experience alone does not make this customer appreciated at all. I'm was appalled your store did not honor what customer service representatives indicated resulting us wasting our time. I've since emailed them and am waiting to hear back as to whether or not they'll do the honourable thing and make this right ... Update: Since reaching out to their website and posting on Yelp, Lauren, the store's Shop Director contacted me to resolve the issue.
