Very good store with plenty of friendly sales associates that will help you and arrange for your fitting room. I like clothes & quality is very nice! I bought myself few items that I liked. The only thing I don't like that mirrors are not in fitting room. I choose few blouses to try while I came in my dress so I coudn't go out to see them because I didn't had any pants to try with them. Also when there is a lot of girls trying clothes it gets very cramped and Also I am shy person it get me pretty uncomfortable to fit clothes while others are watching & sales associates make comments... I prefer privacy within the fitting room. But it just how I feel... I didn't return anything so I am not sure about return policy but girls at the checkout made it clear that is was the final sale. I picked items that I liked and I was traveling back to Seattle so I dont need to return anything..'

It was fun and successful. Based on one quick experience during a big sale... stopped in while walking Robson and looking to spend some of my Canadian dollars - easy enough you'd think on Robson. What appeared to be a small shop ended up being a really huge shop that took up the space of at least four - all connected internally at street level. The place was hopping, and there were definitely more customers than salespeople because of a big sale that was going on. I guess they're well known. Huge selection of fashionable ladies wear aimed at the urban consumer. I was able to scan the whole inventory and picked out a couple of nice things to purchase. Thankfully the 50% mark down made it affordable. I found the staff to be very helpful, and attentive to my needs, even fetching other sizes when requested. The whole atmosphere was very plush, with multiple comfy lounging areas for those who prefer to stare at their phones instead of shopping I suppose. Obviously a rather high end fashion store geared for trendy young small women. I didn't recognize any of the brand names, but they do appear to be of good quality. Lucky for me I scored a couple of things, so I'm a happy camper. I will probably check them out next time I'm back in town. Fun just to experience the buzz from all the hyper little girls hopping and swapping clothes. I would give them five stars if they had a bigger selection of natural fiber fabrics, but will hand it to them for having a little more than most shops these days. They actually had ripped up blue jeans without spandex, can you believe it! But I wasn't going to pay $200-$300 for some ripped up pants. Did I mention, I hate polyester. (And you should too).

So you don't think It's a fake review and you see I was actually there .

I must say I was shocked at how bad the service was , I mean you are a very overpriced store as it is , I also need to get a crappy service from you guys ? Granted the women working on the floor are nice , the bad service part is when you get to the cash register and for some reason you get the snobbiest of all the women working there . I'm in Vancouver on vacation every 3 months and my next time I will make sure not to go to this location ever again.

When I entered the Wilfred store and saw that the whole floor was one huge connected Aritzia store, I thought I'd died and entered shopping heaven. Aritzia is beyond a doubt my favourite clothing store. It sells a variety of clothes with styles ranging from casual to business formal, all of which are cute and of super good quality. I usually shop at the Park Royal location, and sometimes the Metrotown one or the Pacific Center one, but damn, this is the HOLY GRAIL of all Aritzia's. The store is literally massive and has so much stuff, not to mention the gorgeous, minimalistic decor. The service was also great and I liked getting a changing room set up in the beginning and adding things as I went so I didn't have to carry a boatload of clothes in all at once. Basically, if I had to buy all of my clothes from one store for the rest of my life, it would be this Aritiza store.

The manager here in 2014 was so bad at understanding how to order three dresses in the same style, same colour and different sizes. Wow it was so painful and I shouldn't have been put through that trauma! My sibling was trying to order dresses for her wedding here and the manager couldn't understand how to place an order. It was hilarity. If that kind of person was running (the Aritzia) portion of the store....... Imagine the quality of her hires. I have been a customer of Aritzia since the days it was only sold at HILLS in Kerrisdale!

Fifteen minutes, a few hundred calories, and a quick Yelp search later, I found myself standing inside of their beautiful Gastown store. First, it's hard not to be smitten by the space itself. Wood, brick, and steel seem to be Gastown staples, and this space blends the materials beautifully. At the same time though, cascading wall plants and some strategically placed trees make the space feel cozy. Factor in the ridiculously comfortable sofa near the dressing rooms, and you just might find yourself inquiring about a sublet. As for the main event, the clothing, the styles are mostly classic (with some welcome twists), the fabrics look and feel expensive, and the cuts are on the slimmer side. You can find everything from t-shirts and chinos to formal suits and sneakers (and pretty much everything in between). And the best part - the prices are actually reasonable. I have to give much deserved kudos to the wonderful staff, who made my shopping experience enjoyable from start to finish. Their patience and assistance while I seemingly tried on everything in the store was greatly appreciated. One final tidbit, make sure to enroll in their rewards program, which gives you back 4% of your in-store purchase for next-time. The credit never expires, and is stored electronically in their computer system for your convenience.

If you are in their store, it is most likely that you've chexked out their website already. My review is based on the customer service I received at the Gastown location. Me being an old dude, I'm use to shopping at GAP where the staff are smiling and super friendly despite on the stupidity of my questions. In this store, I got a blank look when I asked for helped, as if like a regular dude like me don't have clothing questions. The staff was unsure on what products were in promotion which is fine, if I was in their place I wouldnt remember either. It wasn't all that bad, but I just got a negative vibe from the staff almost as if they were lifeless and annoyed. Essentially, Frank and Oak staff in this store really need to smile and greet customers as if they like being there. No attitudes despite on shitty the day is going. The atmosphere in the place felt very snotty which does not make a good shopping experience. Regardless, I will continue to shop here and continue to ask questions so beware staff I will test your patience. I like their products and their prices are fair. Good day to you all!

My kids got their ears pierced there (a few times each!), TOO many tchotchkes and accessories to count, and I've shopped there after every big holiday as their sales were always pretty darn amazing. The merchandise has consistently been trendy, reasonably priced, and the selection, humongous. I've not been in a Claire's store for years, as my kids are grown now, and I've not been in a Canadian Claire's store ever - until yesterday, that is! I was invited to a New Years eve party with a disco theme. I thought I'd get some inexpensive disco accessories at Claire, as I've passed this Granville St. Claire's so many times, and from outside, it looks exactly like the Claire's stores in the States. I definitely did NOT want to spend a lot of money on items that I'd undoubtedly only wear once, for a few hours, max. Walking in the store, wow, it was such a throwback to my kids' young years, with all the girlie items, of every sort, every trendy theme: earrings, bracelets and necklaces, every type of hair tie/bow/headband/scrunchie, belts and bags, VERY cheap makeup (I'd not recommend the makeup here, IMO), smaller gift items (journals, pens, stuffed animals, etc.), and seasonal/holiday items (Christmas fuzzy socks, smaller stocking stuffer stuff, etc.). They still have all the old promos, too (buy 3, get three free). Even the layout of the store was the same as it was a few decades ago in the States, with the ear piercing station at the front of the store, and the centrally located check-out/cashier counter smack dab in the middle. I immediately asked the girl who was working for any disco stuff, and she brought me a pair of disco ball earrings right away. (It was the last pair here and I probably would never have found it. I was so glad she knew about it and brought it to me right away). I was really surprised at the price, though. Used to be, the stuff at Claire's was really inexpensive. These earrings cost over $12. In fact, I was surprised by the prices of everything here. They are significantly higher than what they used to be. I know it's been years, but even counting for inflation, wow, prices are high for such mass-produced, lower-end items. I saw some blingy, crystal-encrusted elaborate layered necklaces, and a bling-y mesh top and a metal-mesh thin scarf, all of which would be PERFECT for a disco bash - but they cost between $25-$65! Yes, $65! For a very low-end (but blingy) mesh top. Like, what? Prices at Claire's was never this high, not even close. I did find a few things on sale that worked for me: glittery body stickers, some funky disco gloves, and a glittery thin headband, all half off (on sale from $3-$6. Not bad. They always did have decent sales). On the way out of the store, I noticed they had jars of jewelry cleaner (I had been looking for some a few months earlier. I never thought of checking out Claire's for this type of product!). Nice. Ideally I'd rate this store 3.5 stars, but I'm rounding up as the girl who helped me was super nice and knew about the merchandise well (bringing me the disco earrings right away), and the store was clean and well laid-out.

I went into the store to discuss it with the Manager because when I purchased it in the summer she said it was a 1 year warranty on all their products. However the reality is that when I asked the Manager began back pedalling. The process of return is that they (in her words) " call the company and "see" what they say"! Then they take your product and send it back meanwhile your out of luck until they resolve the issue Of a defective product. The current Manager of fine finds does not seem confident in the information she gave me, however she was fine taking my money when I purchased it for $200.00, that's right they are not cheap, and so it was an added bonus to discover that they stand behind their products and offer an warranty. I've dropped hundreds dollars into this store and this to me is unacceptable. It's a headache when a consumer is given misinformation. When I presented her with facts she challenged me and basically said I was wrong. Even after I showed her the bag. She still annoyed me by basically saying that Matt and Natt bags are indestructible. They are not leather so they do get wear and tear. I had another one years ago and it also cracked near the handle.
