But we had to give it a try. We were at a loss when we came in just because of the wide selections of brands and fit. Then we found Vincent. He had the best customer service, patience, knowledge and style. Not having much knowledge about suits, he gave so many advices and suggestions. He brought out different fits, colors and styles to try. He also tapered the suit for alteration and now it looks like it was custom made for my son. It also helped that Vincent is young and understands the more modern style. He suggested sitting down to check comfort. He gave my son a dress shirt and shoes to complete the look. Even the waist line which I thought a belt can help was altered to avoid any sheering. This experience totally changed my opinion of Moore's.

Super disappointed to see one of your employees wearing store merchandise while I was shopping…read more What made it worse was that she continued wearing it the entire time I was there. I even went back to check before leaving, and it was still on her head, complete with the tag and plastic fastener attached. Trying on store merchandise briefly is one thing. Wearing an item that's intended for sale for at least half an hour is another. The fact that the tag was still attached suggests it could very well end up back on the sales floor for a customer to purchase. I have a photo but won't post it here. However, I do think management needs to address this and better educate employees about appropriate handling of merchandise. This was clearly not a new employee, as other staff members were going to her with questions throughout my visit. I tried calling the store yesterday and again today, but nobody answered. Since I haven't been able to reach anyone directly, I'm leaving this review instead. I wear Lululemon products daily and have been a loyal customer for years. It's disappointing to see this kind of behaviour in a store environment. While I don't want to stop supporting the brand, experiences like this certainly make me consider alternatives.

My first time ever leaving a one star review, came here with friends from out of town to change…read moresizes. There was some language barrier as my guests were from India, which I tried to explained to the sales lady as I could tell she was getting impatient with them. As I explained it, she became more upset and said things like "we are in canada, not India", and made us feel like she was doing us a favour by just doing her job. I had to walk away because I was getting upset at the complete lack of civility let alone customer service. I appreciate that we all get impatient or are off some days, but to be snarky with customers isn't right. Fortunately my out of country friends are the easiest and nicest of people, they didn't even notice her behaviour and pleasantly thanked her for her help. Personally I've never seen such poor customer service. Over the years we've sent a lot of business to this store, sending our out of town guests here for sandals but not so sure anymore.
