A couple of examples of the great "service" I had recently: I was looking for a particular item and as per their websites online stock, the store (robson st) had 1-2 items left in stock. I venture to the store and struggle to find the item on my own. I ask one of the associates folding some sweaters, where I might be able to find the item. She points vaguely to a table and says something along the lines of, "if we have it it'll be on that table (points to an area with multiple tables - which isn't super clear) but I haven't seen it for a while". I do not find the item and go home to avoid having another experience like that only to chat online to the aritzia CS team. I am shopping and have an associate start a room for me. My arms begin to fill to the point where it's hard to carry all the other things I'm wanting to try on. Another associate stops by and asks if i have a room started, I tell her yes and then she walks away. I guess if one person helps you that means another can't or won't because they won't get the commission? I get individual associate sales goals but I was always taught to help regardless of that sale being yours.

Some of the colors/design make the ties look cheap but some are really classy looking. Quality of the ties seem pretty good compared to other ties. Though still way too pricey for what it is in my opinion but, I think it's worth looking at during sales like Black Friday/Boxing Day! And if you're not satisfied you can still return or exchange what you bought. Staff are kind, though perhaps a bit too pushy at times. One of them kind just kept standing, watching me, and waiting for me to choose my three ties when I wanted to look at them peacefully without pressure.

It carries more bags here, with some wallets and smaller accessories. The selection of clothes and shoes are very small. There are about 2 tables for the jewelry. The staff is friendly and quick to assist if you are looking for something. Some will also hover around you, watching that you are not going to steal anything, especially at the jewelry and wallets sections. It did not bother me as they are just doing their jobs, and it makes it easier to flag them when you have a question. Good place to pop by when you do not want to go to the US.
