After having an awesome rig overclocked for about 4 years, it went kaput. At first it just looked like a corrupted windows update, but of course after this amount of time a gremlin was possible. Sean took a look and began doing diagnostics right away. Of course the computer wasn't playing along, which required further testing. But if a new part failed to fix the issue, they wouldn't charge me for it. To top it off, I needed to get some information out of one of the drives in the desktop. I told Sean I'd swing by to pick it up, and he instead dropped the drive off at my house inside an external drive reader for easy hook-up. This past Friday my computer wouldn't start so I called Sean for his free diagnostic. Him and his team diagnosed the problem quickly and, after an initial misquote, called me to offer a very competitive rate (including a student discount). His team was able to fix my computer in a timely manner, and worked on the repair over the weekend during hours when the shop was closed. Sean was responsive throughout the whole process, both by call and by text. I know a decent bit about computers and had planned on replacing/upgrading my computer myself, but in the end opted to have Sean and his techs perform the repair, which ultimately I'm glad I did. They were able to repair my motherboard - something I would have been unable to do myself, and ended up saving me roughly $600 (Cost of upgrading/replacing mobo, cpu, and ram was $700-800). I was even offered 90-day warranty on the repair, and Sean has followed up with me a few times since the repair just to make sure the computer is running properly. i had a few problems with my pc and macbook pro. called every IT shop around my area and they were charging a ridiculous amount of money to fix both of them. Sean, took it in within a week my pc was working just fine; however, i had a bigger issue with my macbook pro, the motherboard was damaged, due to covid i was not able to afford the cost to fix it, but Sean, realized that i needed that laptop for school, he ended up replacing my motherboard and fixing my keyboard for free.
