Alandata has provided straight answers with professionalism. Explained common process and protocol on getting your hard drive fixed. Also, the thing that stands out from any other repair spot. They have an address of location you can go to for evaluations. An actual Lab catered for specific hard-drive repairs. It is very difficult to trust a company with all your memories. You can use online mail services or go to other fake repair shops to entrust them to fix your priceless memories, risking damage or uncertainty of scheduled repair as well as not knowing where your devices current where abouts. Shopping around, I believe Alandata is a solid company that you can trust to fix your Hard-drive. I never went with them since I was able to repair my hard-drive myself. But if I had too, this would be my definite place to get my priceless memories fixed. Thank you Alandata for your feedback.

Before we even officially onboarded, they audited our expenses and identified cost savings in the high five figures annually... effectively paying for their own services! They are far more than just support; they are strategic partners. We previously had a split environment, and TechWorks helped us seamlessly migrate 70+ users from Google Workspace into our existing Microsoft 365 solution. Consolidating everyone onto a single platform has been huge for our collaboration and resulted in significant licensing cost savings. Beyond the migration, they managed a cost-saving transition to a new CCTV surveillance system, and secured our network with a WatchGuard firewall and advanced spam prevention and phishing protection. Whether it's negotiating Microsoft licensing discounts, deploying solar-powered remote cameras, or providing 24/7 coverage so I can actually take a vacation, TechWorks is an invaluable extension of my team. Highly recommended for any organization looking to reduce IT costs while improving security.

As a busy dental office, we rely heavily on OpenDental, Carestream, and our 3D imaging systems and TechWorks ensures everything runs seamlessly. They recently managed a complex Windows 11 migration for our workstations to meet the October 2025 deadline, ensuring we maintained strict HIPAA compliance without disrupting patient care. When our physical server failed previously, their emergency backup and disaster recovery protocols kicked in immediately. They virtualized our server so fast we didn't even experience downtime. What I appreciate most is their flat-rate Managed IT Services model. Whether they are upgrading our Wi-Fi and network security, managing vendor relationships for our phone and internet, or performing maintenance after hours, the price never changes. Before I integrate any new software, I make sure to get them involved so that it is all taken care of properly. They are the experts! It truly feels like our IT is on autopilot. Highly recommended for any medical or dental practice needing reliable support!

When we first began working with OC-IT to us a PC was a fancy calculator that you could play music on... We were a challenge for them I'm sure. :) They were very gracious and have frankly trained and guided us into practices that reshaped the way this 35 year old company has done business. Our company had been in an office in La Mirada for 25 years when we made the decision to move to Irvine, we had a new office space and knew it was time to "get with the times". OC-IT consulted with us, installed and now manages our VOIP Phone systems, Servers, work stations, laptops, cell phones, mail server... I'm sure they do even more... I just don't know what its all called! ;) These guys are amazing, really amazing... We deal with hundreds of professional businesses in our line of work and OC-IT truly handles our account with a goal to exceed our expectations. (They work on Mac too which is not as common as you would think) I sort of feel bad I haven't written a review on them until now... they are an essential part of our business, shame on me for neglecting to give a review so long. NOTE: Ive written plenty on Pizza places and Burger joints lol... the truly important things in life! Personal Recommendations? Angela over there is an angel, Forrest cares more about our projects than we do, Mark could probably build and design a real life 'Death Star' (he's that much of Tech Nut) Honestly, they're all great... work with them and they will become part of your companies culture and will define a new definition of service, professionalism and efficiency.
