I would give ICC 10 stars if I could. I phoned Scott Burnett in a panic as I somehow managed to delete my entire Cox email account which consequently erased 7 years worth of emails. This is not to mention that my Cox email account wasn't even sending my emails out due to a change of the Cox system. It was a technical nightmare. Scott was busy the day I called and couldn't come to my house, but he said he had a 30 minute window and I could bring my computer to him with the back up and he would try to unravel the mess. 36 hours later he had completed the mission and retrieved my account with all my old emails. I couldn't believe it as the technicians at the Cox store told me there was nothing to be done. He also helped me create a Gmail account and set it all up so the old Cox emails would be forwarded. We made a later appointment where he came to my house to make sure it was all in order and he answered my various computer operating questions, fixed my printer, and added 2 internet extenders to improve our house hold Wifi. Not only that....while at my house he phoned Cox for me to review our current plan and ultimately determined that we could actually pay LESS each month and receive FASTER internet from Cox if we upgraded our plan! I repeat, our bill went down by $2.00 per month. I would have never known to ask for that! The icing on the cake is that not only is Scott truly a computer guru with very fair pricing, he is a really nice person with sage advice on raising teenagers in this internet age. He lectures at local schools on the topic and as a mother of 3 teenage sons I peppered him with lots of questions. I thoroughly enjoyed this whole process and what started as a nightmare ended up being a computer dream. read more

As a whole I was satisfied with my transaction with ICC. Customer service was great. I bought a "refurbished" HP laptop from one of the gents there. I went there on my lunch break and tested it out as much as I could with the time that I had. When I got home, i ended up throwing in an SSD into the computer and installing Windows 8.1. Once that was done, I noticed that the built in camera didn't work (computer didn't "see" it). After a little bit of digging online I found out how to fix the problem. The cable for the camera was not plugged in. I used to refurb computers myself and I did my best make sure EVERYTHING worked and were clean before selling them to customers and if something wasn't working I would make sure that I disclosed that information upfront to avoid any kind of negative repercussions. The only other thing that I didn't like was that the computer was dirty. There were grime marks (not finger prints) on the edge of the screen and keys. So much so that I felt the need to put some hand sanitizer on my hands once I got into the car after my initial testing at the shop. I'm not by any means saying theses guys were trying to pull a fast one on me. Just trying to let them know that something like this could have dropped their perfect Yelp rating, and it would have been over something that could have been resolved with a little bit of elbow grease and a 5-10 min search online. These minor things will not deter me from buying from these guys again! The products work and the prices are fair. Scott has been working with us for the last several years when we have issues in our office. We are a busy medical practice with 3 providers and more than 10 computers, 4 scanners and 3 printers. I have been using them for a while now and I always get Scott as my technician. Last time I called him because my Internet was down. He told me over the phone a few things to try and walked me through it and in 4 minutes I was back online. This last time I called I couldn't get my emails to send but I was receiving emails.
