Scott recently came and did a presentation for parents at my daughter's school and he was extremely informative. Not only did he walk us through things like which apps can be problematic for kids, he also talked about various different filters and devices we can use to keep our families safe. He was thoughtful, engaging, helpful and relaxed--all of which made for a really great experience. And, after it was all over he sent us an email with the links to his Power Point presentation, the products and apps he mentioned, and to the handout in case we lost it. We had a Mac O/S issue - ours was dated being 5 versions too old! Scott Burnett was able to back-up our files and photos, then by going through the steps (one O/S version at a time) to install the latest O/S. He then restored ALL our files and photos. My four month old MacBook Pro became inaccessible due to an encryption problem encountered on a recent update. Genius bars are closed due to covid. I worked with Joshua: my computer monitor was down, and I couldn't tell at home whether it was the monitor, the connection, or my laptop. Joshua quickly confirmed that it was the monitor, and suggested where I could get a new one at a reasonable price (Microcenter). After 4 years, my HP Spectre laptop overheated and just died with no display or data recovery possible. I went to Best Buy/Geek Squad and immediately bought the best HP replacement hoping they would be able to extract the data off my old drive. Three days later, Best Buy/Geek Squad said they could not do it and wanted to send my laptop off to an unknown location for 3-5 weeks for $400. No thanks! I started researching independent, local firms to help me and I discovered Scott at ICC! I met Scott and he removed my hard drive, found a connector, and within an hour advised me that all of my data was extractable. The next day, I was able to pick up my data and he only charged me $100! Scott is the David Copperfield of computers and I cannot tell you how excellent he is! He is fast, fair, and trustworthy! Hi, I purchased a used iMac computer from this company at a really good price. I did plenty of homework before I made my decision to purchase the one I got from Integrity Computer Concepts . I knew I wanted a solid state drive, not a traditional hard drive . So I found Scott's add on Offer Up. I drove 30 miles to pick it up and it was well worth it. Scott did a great job helping us prepare our computes and devices for our 10 year olds. I intentionally waited before writing this review for a few weeks so that I can report that we have had a compete success! Our kids are no longer asking to use our phones and we can control the use of their devises. Scott came to speak at Harbor Day. He is up to date on all the latest everything that is not safe for kids. I had him come to the house to install some filters since my kids were getting into some bad stuff. We are pretty strict but the friends show them things... etc. He explains it all in simple terms. Integrity Computer Concepts saved the day! Recently, our Macbook Pro totally died. Scott and the team quickly assessed the problem was a bad hard drive. They provided a plan of action with a few replacement hard drive options (low price- same HD or upgrade to a bigger/faster hard drive for a little more $). They were able to recover tons of important documents but most importantly they got back our family pictures and videos that had not been backed up and I thought were gone forever. I was leaving on a trip in 2 days so Scott said he'd do his best to have it back to me before I left. Within a day and a half, they had the new hard drive installed, all data restored onto the new, larger HD and everything setup exactly as it was before.
