While the employees have changed recently, Todd is still there and is always so kind, efficient and knowledgeable. He always reckoned, which is nice. Noah, who is the absolute sweetest gem of a soul no longer works there, but had for a long time. I do miss having his upbeat, positive affirmations anytime I stopped in, he was always in a good mood. I don't know why USPS always gets a bad rap. They work as quick as they can, and a line out the door is not their fault. People choose to ship their stuff very last minute, during holidays, and I know I'm grateful they can get my stuff to the destination on time. If I have to wait, it's of my own fault. The employees don't get treated the best all the time, but we must remember to be kind. It goes a long way. I could talk forever about how hard USPS staff work, but you get the idea hopefully. My only negative experience is one of my packages went missing after dropping it in the outside box during the holiday last year. I didn't get a receipt, which is my own fault. I'm not sure what exactly causes a package to disappear as there is a few probabilities. I just make sure to go in and get a receipt as I ship with insurance every time. This is a trusty location, and if you're patient and friendly, it should never fail you :)

I must say, even with all of the "hurry up and send my package out to arrive tomorrow" attitudes by some, these ladies maintain their composure and keep smiling through the Holiday rush. I'm appreciative of personalities like theirs. The process requires us to work together to get the package on it's way and to it's destination (by filling out the right forms, add enough postage and make sure the contents won't leak all over other packages ;o), so to see their smiling faces and personable, professionalism aiding in accomplishing that end goal while following the strict guidelines, I just want others to know about my personal and pleasant experience. Their job is one that deals with the public at large - not an easy task to say the least, but I truly feel these women are representative of the willingness to not only do their job, but to do it well and they deliver on service in delivering our mail/packages.
