It's always practically empty, so wait times are basically non-existent. They offer all the PO services and are even open on Saturday mornings (no PO Boxes here though). I just needed to pick up some forever stamps from the self-service station so I figured easy-in, easy-out. I wouldn't recommend parking right outside the doors as the place is situated tightly in the corner of the shopping plaza. Backing out of a parking spot can get hazardous. Walking in a lady was having trouble with the machine and the door alarm (I think?) buzzing wasn't putting her at ease. She let me go ahead of her and I got my stamps. I'm not sure why she had told me that the machine wasn't responding but it worked for me. Maybe she wasn't applying enough pressure to the screen. I added the stamps and dropped the cards off in the letter bin and got out of there. This trip was probably a one time thing.

They've even taken away the box INSIDE to drop packages in because of theft. No choice but to wait in the VERY LONG LINE just to drop off packages that already have postage be on them. I did mention it's dirty and smelly in here, right? So yea, not exactly where I want to be waiting. The outside of the building looks horrible too. As does the grass. The handicap sign is rusted and falling over. My tax dollars are actually paying for this? Uggggg!!!!!! Bonus: Got to listen to a "customer" (I use that term very loosely) having a yelling fit and literally throwing papers. I called this morning because the key didn't work in our communal post box. We have individual…read moreboxes grouped together and we walk there for mail. If the mail is too big or overflows they have a separate, bigger, box they place our parcels in. When I looked at the key it looked damaged, I tried both boxes to ensure they didn't give me the wrong key. When I called it was quick and efficient. I wasn't expecting to receive a home delivery the same day! I gave them the key that didn't work and thanked them for their prompt customer service. BZ to USPS!

I was in the area and needed to mail a friends birthday gift. I walked in and was next in line. Woo hoo! It was lunchtime. Service was fast and friendly! I was happy to learn the postal workers were still getting paid during the government shut down. I bought some Christmas and birthday stamps because I seldom go to the post office. Glad I decided to stop in!

The worker named Anthony there is incredibly rude. I go there at least twice a week mailing…read morepackages out, and every time he's the one that helps me, he always find some issue or can't get the scanner to work or comes up with some excuse. But when I go to the worker next to him and try the same thing, there's never an issue and everything works just fine. Anthony also tells me every time I go up to him that I can just use the self service kiosk, making it clear he does not want to have to deal with me. He grabs packages out of my hand aggressively, and when I hold up my phone for him to scan my QR codes, he physically grabbed my hand roughly and yanked it towards him. I found this incredibly unprofessional and went off on him and walked out. The next time I came in, I went to the self service kiosk instead of going to the counter, as he suggested I do multiple times, and he actually walked out from behind to counter out to the lobby, came up to me and said "hey Katie!" So I guess he was bothered by our interaction to the point of going through the trouble to find out my name, and is trying to intimidate me or something. Just overall weird and unprofessional. I don't know if he's racist, sexist, or just hates everybody in general, but another customer did mention that his 18 year-old daughter came in there and Anthony was yelling spitting in her face and she felt threatened that he would get physically violent with her and left in tears. So I'm not the only woman he's been hostile to. I'm sure that incident was probably reported, but the post office is aware of him being an issue and refuses to do anything about it. So all that to say if you see this worker that goes by the name "Anthony", a larger male with short receding curly hair and freckles on his face, just be warned in advance. He's going to give you a hard time and be rude.
