They were at our house within hours. They did a fantastic job. Jordan, the team supervisor was very knowledgeable and professional. They arrived on a Friday afternoon and worked until 10:00 pm that night. They returned to check on the progress of the drying process every couple of days until everything was finally dry and sanitized. I couldn't be more grateful for their hard work. They did everything from excavation, pouring concrete, framing, bathroom installation, electrical, finishing. Start to finish didn't take very long to move mom in with us. Mom loved her new space. They are very quick to respond and return for minor items and all the questions that we had. The cost was reasonable as well. This is the second time that we've hired them for construction and would hire them again.

Porch canceled, because once I saw the cobbled mess, called barn doors, I knew they could not handle the job. Barn, not garage. There was no garage. No where does it state white gutters. U may have written that down somewhere, but I tried to talk to u twice and all you did was get mad, roll your eyes and walk away. Nita had black. You only covered the facia after I called you on it. One section still needs done. How dare I say," why didn't you do this, or why didn't you do that?" I shouldn't have to.! Your crew has no supervision; they just do what they want because u r never around. Whink Whink. But since they work so cheap for you, you really don't care what they do, or don't do. You never finished the job ! Of course you are not going to get the final 2900.00 dollars. Then hold the warranty hostage. Final payment not due until the job is finished.

Joe and the crew came out Monday, moved all the furniture, extracted the water from our carpet, put in blowers and dehumidifiers and got our basement dried out. Today they came back, tested the moisture level and made sure everything was dry. They removed the equipment and everything is back to 100% normal. The crew was totally professional, listened to our concerns, assured us that everything would be taken care of. They are wonderful to work with. They kept us informed during the entire process and are really nice people!

They quote you for "one man hour" (which is of no value) but don't give you ANY indication as to how many hours the job will take -- and therefore, no idea as to how much they will charge you -- until the job is done and your credit card is charged. Simply a HORRIBLE and extremely unclear way to do business. The total job cost me $266, to clean ONE floor of my house. IF I had known it would cost that much, I never would have hired this company. But I did NOT know it would cost that much until they charged my credit card. When I complained to the Better Business Bureau, the owner's daughter posted a nasty note on the FB page of my wife's employer. Seriously. The most pathetic and unprofessional thing I have ever seen a company do in response to a legitimate complaint. Stay away from this horrible company. Of note, I have since hired The Cleaning Authority. Their quote process is transparent (unlike House Calls), the cleaning job was just as good, and it was HALF the price.

I can't imagine the 100's of other people who have been scammed by this company who haven't posted on Yelp or other online review sites. They do not charge you till AFTER they are done cleaning. So you will have virtually zero idea of what you are going to be charged till they leave your house while they are taking their time doing a poor job of making it spic-an-span. I plan on paying it The next day or this weekend as I have paid for a class directly after work. During the class my phone starts ringing, 2 calls, the second with a voicemail asking how am I going to pay, oh...and I don't accept mailed checks. 20 minutes or so go by and he starts texting, can I pay tonight and did you get the invoice...again, I received the invoice that afternoon. Oh, and the friendly reminder that he doesn't accept mailed checks. I think I got 4 text messages during my class. I think 3 hours is an unacceptable expectation for payment, especially when you don't accept standard methods of payment. There was no option for me to use a credit card or even send a payment directly from my checking account. Yes, they did a nice job at power washing, but no I would not recommend them. At this point I'm feeling harassed for payment on an invoice I received less then 24 hours ago. I will share this with home advisors where I got the recommendation of the follow up.
