According to her, the person who came was very friendly and made sure she knew everything beforehand, including cost and procedures of the cleaning. I received a text at 2:30 stating they were 54 minutes out only for the technician to arrive at 4. The technician was having issues with the equipment and took almost an hour after having to call the office many times to actually get started. He did add the odor elimination to all 5 spaces after I paid extra for just one room. The carpets looked fine after and seem to be drying as expected. After he left, I noticed that there were some small things like, he must have hit my daughters desk with the machine as one of my daughters Lego sets had fallen an broke (she's in college and not home so I knew it wasn't her).
