I have had an on and off water issues in my lower level for years. A previous "life-time…read moreguaranteed" solution from another provider went bad. The company went out of business so the guarantee was worthless. When I noticed a musty smell, I contacted three other companies for opinions and solutions, All gave me different information and a wide range of prices. When I told a realtor my frustrations, she recommended Dry Effects. When the inspector came out, I immediately felt confident with his knowledge and experience. The Dry Effects estimate was also more reasonable than the others. Dry Effects sent out two crews. The first one to remediate wetness/mold in the walls and another to install a drain connected to my sump pump. They also provided a guarantee for their work. When another hidden problem arose months later, they promptly remediated it at no cost to me. After COVID, I have found it hard to find service providers who are reliable and efficient.
