I had some visible mold in 2 areas, one in a bathroom, and one in a bedroom ceiling. The bathroom…read moremold was coming from a ceiling air vent. The bedroom ceiling was from an old and repaired roof leak. I first had an estimate from a company that sent a salesperson out to sell me a humongous headache, a large bill, potential and warning of a much larger bill. The plan was to UNNECESSARILY cut out drywall ceilings, leaving those to be repaired by someone else I would have to search for. That other business thankfully raised huge red flags, and I knew I needed a second opinion. I called Time Maintenance, the owner, Mark came out right away and was not there to sell me a ridiculous amount of trouble, home damage and endless weeks of unnecessary hassle, mess and headache. The areas simply needed cleaning and cosmetic repair. I could do this job myself if I chose. Time Maintenance is honest, and not in business to scam and rip your home apart needlessly. I will definitely go straight to Time Maintenance when I run into other repair and restoration issues involving water, mold, and other issues that they deal with. Thank you Mark and Time Maintenance, you saved my home from a long, messy, expensive nightmare!

No big deal you'd think, but they insisted on a structural engineer to come in and verify the roof structure. Seems odd for just replacing the drywall. They rejected the repair unless I had the structural verification. They insulted my intelligence with this because that is what I do for a living, but the documentation is horrendous. It would cost as much as the repair. I recommend you not use these people as the additional cost on their excuses to not do the work will multiply your expense. (ie. this was not covered by insurance)
